I purchased several items from Wish, and they charged my card, but then informed me they did not have any of the items in stock. I am frustrated as to why they would take money when they couldn't fulfill the order. I have yet to receive a refund or credit, causing increased upset. I need assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Wish should not have processed payment without having the items ready to deliver. Your help in addressing this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I appreciate the refunded amount for a portion of my order. Unfortunately, there seems to be a red flag on my account preventing me from canceling the last item on my order. Despite filling out an appeal form, I have not received a response. As a loyal customer, I have had no previous issues with orders but am currently dissatisfied with the delayed delivery. He realizado varias compras con ustedes y estoy desilusionada y molesta ya que los productos buenos siempre dicen que se agotaron o ya no están disponibles, pero las chucherías sí están disponibles. Quiero que me devuelvan a mis tarjetas el dinero de los productos que no me han surtido, ya que algunos productos los compro aquí casi al mismo precio o más baratos y los tengo de inmediato. I placed an order on Wish on November 27, [redacted], with Order # 5fc1f3eccd[redacted]f6091ca. The item was delivered on December 5, [redacted], but it was sent to Oshkosh, WI, [redacted], instead of South Africa where I reside. I am confused about how this mix-up occurred. I reached out to Wish through [redacted], and they responded by suggesting I seek a refund within a specific time frame or risk losing my money. I clearly stated to Wish that I preferred to receive the item I purchased rather than a refund, but it seems I am not communicating with a person but rather with an automated response system.

I recently received my order, which included a pair of stud earrings that I purchased. However, instead of the one pair of earrings, I also received 4 bracelets which I did not order. I only ordered the earrings, beads, and [redacted] silver. Please issue a credit for the 3 additional bracelets that I did not request and please refrain from sending any unauthorized items in the future. I have raised a dispute regarding the unsolicited items being sent. Kindly process the refund for the 3 bracelets promptly. I placed an order for a tablet on November 26th with order number 5fc082fd18c4e266d79edaf8. Unfortunately, the tablet seems to have been lost in transit. DHL tracking number [redacted] showed that the package was delivered to an address in Miami, Florida, but after contacting them, it appears that the tracking number does not match my tablet shipment, leaving me unable to locate it. Wish's customer service is not easily accessible, with no option to speak to a live agent for help. I purchased a jacket for my father-in-law for £29.35 with an additional £14.00 for postage. Even though I ordered an XL, it barely fits my 11-year-old son. I contacted customer service through the app, but received an automated response stating that I can return it at my expense, and I won't be refunded the £14.00 postage fee. After seeking advice from CAB, I was informed that under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], I am entitled to a full refund since the item I received does not match the description.

This morning, I mistakenly placed an order for one item and accidentally ordered all [redacted] items on my wishlist, amounting to $[redacted]. This unexpected expense will severely affect my finances as I have yet to pay my rent, utilities, or even buy Christmas gifts for my granddaughter. I have not yet received my item with Hermes barcode number [redacted][redacted]. The tracking information shows there were three attempted deliveries, but I did not receive any notifications as I usually do. The latest update on the Hermes app indicates that the parcel is on its way back to the sender. The lack of user-friendly communication is causing me some concern and unease.

I have not received the order I placed in September [redacted], which is the only order I made this year. I informed Klarna about this issue when they attempted to charge me. I used the automated chat service but received a message accusing me of abusing the return policy, which I find offensive. Please remove this status from my account. There is no record of the order being delivered, and the online tracking does not show it as delivered either. If the seller claims it was delivered, they must provide evidence of the delivery location. Kindly cancel the order and remove the charge. Keep Klarna updated that no payment is due from me. On November 16, I placed an order on Wish for $[redacted].84. I ended up canceling part of the order with an original payment of $93.57. The remaining balance of $91.27 was deducted from my bank account. However, I have not received any of the items I ordered. One item shows it was returned to China, even though it was supposed to be canceled on November 23. Another item has been at the JFK Delivery office since November 30. I am disappointed that the items will not arrive in time for Christmas and I may need to find replacements. I am hoping to get a refund for the $91.27 I paid for items that I never received.

Hello, I wanted to update you on my recent order that was supposed to be delivered as one package. The order numbers are 5fafd396dc1a7b227bcf5235 and 5fafb5709f0cdbaf4e0eec0f. I ordered various items including winter high-top boots, an inflatable cervical traction device for pain relief, a digital kitchen thermometer, webcam covers, a professional kitchen knife sharpener, a portable electronic digital weighing scale, and men's sports shoes. I have not received the package, even though it shows as delivered. The delivery company used, "Colis Privé," is known in France for issues like lost and stolen packages. I lodged a complaint with them, but they insist the package was placed in my mailbox. This cannot be true as the package would not fit. I have purchased from other sites with better customer service, such as Amazon. If the delivery cannot be guaranteed, it makes it difficult for me to trust your site. I made an order in August which never arrived at the store. Yesterday, when I logged in, it showed the order was returned, and they kept a portion of the price along with the shipping fee. I never received any notification about the shipment or delivery status. Christmas is approaching, and after waiting for months, this situation is frustrating. I attempted to file a complaint through the app, but the response about the order being closed due to non-pickup within 15 days was unhelpful. I simply want the SD cards so I can move forward. This is essential for me as my late friend's cards were stolen, and I am trying to replace them without unnecessary hassle.

I purchased what I thought was a puzzle model with a light kit, but I only received the light kit. After checking online, I realized the light kit is sold separately for $65.00 (plus shipping, totaling $77.00). I purchased a set of flex head wrenches that are showing as delivered, but not to my address. I have been informed that I waited too long for a refund, however, I would prefer to receive the tools I ordered rather than a refund. I understand that some items arrive quickly while others take longer, like the tablet I waited for patiently for almost 6 months. I am not upset, I would just really appreciate receiving the tools I purchased.

I was unable to use your messenger customer service as the automated system did not provide a reply box for me to respond. I left my contact number for assistance: XXX-XXX-XXXX. I have notified Paypal of the issue to prevent payment for the unauthorized transaction. I modified the shipping address and added a special request, but encountered challenges. The time frame to cancel orders seems limited for products that do not meet expectations. As a new customer, shopping should be enjoyable; however, the recent experience has been frustrating due to discrepancies in the orders received. Comparing this situation with other platforms, cancellation processes need improvement. I attempted to convey this through your messaging system but faced technical difficulties. The discrepancy in product details, such as receiving only wheels instead of a chair, was disappointing. Please improve your communication methods to better assist customers.
