I ordered four items - two Rugrats pants and one ELLESSE sweatpants each, which were supposed to come with two jackets for the Rugrats set and two hoodies for the ELLESSE set. However, upon delivery, I only received the bottoms without the accompanying jackets or hoodies. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and it is disappointing not to have received the complete sets as they were advertised. I have sent pictures as proof.

I referred six friends to sign up on Wish to get $5 each, while I was supposed to get $10 per referral totaling $60. Unfortunately, every time my friends entered the referral code, it didn't work. Despite following the steps correctly, it was unsuccessful for me and my friends. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and stressed due to this issue. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter, as I am starting to lose interest in using Wish altogether.

I made a purchase on Wish but was unable to cancel it in time. The order number is 5FAB0928F5819BA395A14BF1 for two blankets. I returned one, but the second blanket was never received. I've been trying to resolve this for a month now. Despite receiving a partial refund of $13.67, I'm still owed $[redacted].47. Youshiling on the Geek website is the store in question. Unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response despite repeated attempts to contact them. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Julie M.

I purchased a Binocular Night Vision Telescope for $50 on November 22, [redacted]. The delivery address was supposed to be 54 Rogers Drive, Buffalo, NY [redacted], but it got mixed up and was sent to Cochecton, NY. The item is currently in a Parcel Locker there. Despite contacting Wish support multiple times, the issue remains unresolved. I am seeking a refund or credit as I've re-ordered a similar item from Wish. I have $50 charged to my credit card, and the original item is still in Cochecton, NY. I don't wish to wait any longer for it. Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you, Ken T.

I have recently placed two orders with Wish. The first order is to be shipped to Sonny Foster, while the second order is for Steven Foster. Both orders have the same mailing and billing address at #[redacted] 60 Street, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, T4N 1C4. However, I mistakenly provided the incorrect email address. I placed an order for a Brazilian human hair wig back in August, and I still haven't received it. I need it urgently within two days. I haven't received any confirmation and I checked my order history, but it's not there. I am extremely upset. I also ordered other items, but since they were small, I overlooked them. I demand that Wish refund my £40 or I will take legal action.

The item I ordered, a watch repair tool, was stolen by the company it was sent to - CarSoShine Auto at [redacted] Aisquith St., Baltimore, MD [redacted], phone number [redacted]. When I received the package, it had been opened and only contained a keyring instead of the tool. Despite informing them that this was not my package, they insisted it was and refused to provide the correct item. Due to this theft, I am planning to report them to the Better Business Bureau, file a police report, and seek legal assistance. I am having an issue with Wish.com regarding an incomplete order I received. I only got 1/3 of the items I purchased. I am frustrated because the customer service representative, John, suggested I return the item and pay for shipping and handling. I ordered a 3-piece pajama set, not a single piece. I even provided a copy of my order showing the correct purchase. This item is intended as a gift for my grandchild, and I need this matter resolved before Christmas. Thank you.

Today, I accidentally placed an order. Upon receiving the email confirmation, I promptly contacted customer service to request a refund. One item was refunded promptly, but the other item was not. The operator mentioned that I waited too long to request the refund. I believe that since I requested both refunds as soon as I was notified of the transaction, both items should have been refunded.

I inadvertently ended up getting IT support for $39 when all I wanted was to ask a single question without signing up for the service. I do not require IT support and do not wish to be charged for it. It was frustrating dealing with Wish Customer Service as they kept redirecting me without addressing my initial query. The phone line also seems to be malfunctioning. - AdriAnne Brown

I recently came across a disturbing sign on Wish and took a screenshot. The message threatens sexual assault for touching a motorcycle, which deeply upset me as a rape survivor. Such language normalizing assault is unacceptable. It is triggering and sends a dangerous message. I feel disgusted and offended, and I won't be using Wish again. I'm appalled by the insensitivity towards sexual assault survivors like myself. I am experiencing PTSD symptoms after this encounter. I'm considering reaching out to the media about this issue to raise awareness among parents and the general public. When I tried to report the product, I was asked to pay $5, adding insult to injury. This experience has been upsetting and traumatic.

On November 11, I visited wish.com and chose a Samsung S20 Ultra smartphone. The product details displayed the capacity, features, apps included, processor model, and Android OS version. On the 10th of November, I made a purchase using PayPal. PayPal requested payment to wish.com totaling £68, including postage with an estimated dispatch date of the 17th of November. My wish order number is 5fab10a1d[redacted]c15b6b0e. The phone arrived on the 18th with significant problems. The phone doesn't match the specifications provided by the seller. It is impossible to use a SIM card as the user instructions suggested removing the back, which is not removable. The processor, Android OS, and RAM do not align with the product listing. I have contacted wish.com four times regarding these issues, however, I have not received any responses to address or resolve the problems.

I have been trying to contact wish.com without success. Despite sending five messages and three emails, I have not received any response from them. I tried the PayPal complaints procedure, but it also led back to wish.com with no reply. My time to file a complaint with Wish is running out as I have only 12 days left. The product I received does not match its description, so I am in need of a refund. Unfortunately, I am unable to locate a returns label or address, and since I am not in the USA, I cannot get through to their customer service over the phone. I would appreciate any advice on how to finally get a response from Wish.

"I am unable to complete my purchase. I usually shop on Wish without any issues, but they are claiming my account was compromised and there were no funds in my PayPal account. My account was not hacked; I was buying items for my sister, Sandra, who resides in Toombul. Due to a hold on my card while waiting for new ones, there might have been a misunderstanding. I have provided them with my updated mobile and home phone numbers, with the home number being my preferred contact method as I am not skilled with mobile devices. Hopefully, they can resolve this soon."

One of the items from my recent order has been stuck in the processing stage for over a month. The rest of the items from that order have arrived, but without the battery packs, they are not usable. I am looking to get a refund for the battery packs so that I can purchase them from a different seller. When I reach out to Wish support, I am unable to cancel the order as it is still in the fulfillment process. The message instructs me to try again after Nov. 17, [redacted]. However, it is now Dec. 06, [redacted], and I am still encountering the same message.

Hello, I recently received one of the last orders I placed with you (a small automated dog) in which I inserted the batteries to make it work. Unfortunately, there seems to be a poor connection, and this little dog is not operating as I expected it to, especially for my daughter. I ordered two silver memorial necklaces on November 17, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of December 10th. However, when I checked the status on Saturday, December 5th, I found out that the package was out for delivery on December 4th but got returned to the Fairhope post office on December 5th at 10:43 am due to an incorrect address. I have been trying to get a refund, but I keep receiving generic responses. I want a full refund to be credited back to my debit card on file. I am looking for your cooperation in resolving this issue. If you need the order ID or tracking information, please let me know.
