Subsequently, the shipment did arrive, but attempts to rectify the issue with Wish have been met with silence for a month. Presently, I am endeavoring to resolve this by liaising with a representative to settle the charge and return the items. Today, I made a cash debit card payment of $[redacted], though no receipt was provided. Additionally, attempts to settle the account have resulted in over $[redacted] being charged to me. I am concerned about the suspicious nature of these occurrences and have been diligently trying to correct this error.

I purchased a Windows 10 Professional license from this company. The advertisement indicated that the license would be emailed immediately upon purchase, but instead, it was shipped. Upon tracking the package, it traveled through various unfamiliar overseas cities, ultimately not arriving in my city. Clicking on the carrier's button only resulted in an error message. Contacting customer support through the platform provided me with a generic response to wait a few days, with no option to report the incorrect delivery address. Despite multiple attempts, the issue persists, and I am growing increasingly frustrated as this purchase was intended as a Christmas gift. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

On 11/25/20, I placed an order for several items, including a short blonde wig, a mask, a black t-shirt with your logo (size 3XL or XL), and possibly a free makeup palette. I received an email stating the cosmetic case was unavailable. I am particularly concerned about the wig as I am undergoing cancer treatments and experiencing hair loss. The tracking number they provided seems to be fake, and they claimed I confirmed receipt of the order when I did not. The company's behavior has been disappointing, and I feel misled. I, Curtis Price, placed an order for a camping tent on or around November 17th through your website. Today, I contacted customer service because I did not receive a tracking number. However, the representative I spoke to informed me that they could not locate my order. I want to report that $72 was deducted from my bank card, and I can provide the bank transaction number as proof. I made a purchase on Wish on November 17th but did not receive a tracking number for my $72 camping tent order. After a week and a half of searching, I contacted Wish and they claim they have no record of my order. I checked with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was processed by Wish. I made a purse order on October 21st for pick up at MJME in Killeen, Texas on November 26. As of November 13, I have not received a QR code for pickup. Despite Wish indicating the order was delivered on the 13th and that the code will be available after processing, the location denied me help without the code. I am stuck in this loop and seeking assistance to obtain my order or a refund. Your support is appreciated.

I purchased a 4-piece bed set and a 3-piece bed covering in two separate orders on the same bill. The 4-piece bed set was shipped via UPS to an address that UPS does not recognize, so it was returned to the sender. I received the 3-piece bed covering as it was sent through USPS. I am unsure how to proceed to have the remaining part of my order shipped to me or to get a refund for the undelivered item. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

Vor etwa 4 Stunden erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass meine Bestellung noch bearbeitet wird und jetzt wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Sneakers ausverkauft sind. Ich finde es unangemessen, dass ich nun entweder nach Alternativen suchen oder stornieren muss. Wenn ich nach anderen Schuhen suche, könnte es wieder passieren, dass sie nicht verfügbar sind, und das ist frustrierend. Meine Wartezeit wird nicht respektiert. I placed an order two weeks ago, but I keep receiving emails stating that they are unable to fulfill it. They are asking if I want a refund or if I would like to choose another product. Even though they claim there is no order under my name, I have multiple Wish accounts that I cannot seem to recall the login information for. Additionally, I received two different emails with order numbers. I only purchased a doll and a gift set a week ago, and despite my efforts, they continue to insist that they have no record of my order. I am having trouble remembering my passwords and accessing my accounts. I receive emails with order numbers, but when I try to provide the order numbers, it says there is no order. I need to either get a refund or select different products, but I cannot log in to do so. I received another email today for a doll and gift set order that I did not make. I have the order numbers but cannot show them to anyone. I need help resolving these issues as I am unable to log in and access the correct accounts.

I received my order, but it was delivered to the wrong address. My order number is 30 November [redacted], Order Number: 5fc50fecbe8e6c69a4962d4a. It was sent to Laurent Melchior at 28 Route Departementale, Champey Sur Moselle, [redacted], France. I never received the package. The delivery was mistakenly made to "Feyzin" near Lyon instead of Champey sur Moselle near Nancy where I reside. I need assistance to resolve this issue. Thank you.

My email associated with the account is [redacted], which was from my previous internet service provider. I am unable to access this email anymore. I tried to update my email address, but it requires verification through the old email. Even though I sign in through Facebook with the new email [redacted], Wish insists on verifying through the old email. I can verify using my mobile phone at [redacted], but it doesn't give me the option. Currently, I have three orders pending from Wish since around November 11th. Two have shipped, and one is still pending. One shipment shows as returned, and I'm unsure why. The other shows as in transit but with an incomplete address. With approximately $[redacted] tied up in these items, which are Christmas gifts, I'm uncertain if they will arrive and have no way to resolve the situation. Hello, I placed an order for some items one month ago, but I have not received them. When I contacted customer service, they claimed that my order had been delivered. However, I have not received anything, which has made me feel very uncomfortable and stressed. I spent £24 on my order but have not received any of the items. I placed an order on Wish on November 19th with order number: 5fb6b9d9f5a45634f69571b2. The item was supposed to be delivered to Cleburne, TX, but instead, it was delivered to Richmond, Texas. Wish customer service keeps sending automated responses claiming the item was delivered to the correct address, but I have evidence showing otherwise. I contacted USPS and tried calling the local post office to no avail. It's frustrating that Wish is not providing any real assistance in resolving this issue. All I want to know is the status of my package.

I recently placed my first order with Wish and was looking forward to receiving my items. However, I am disappointed and frustrated as two of my items have been canceled without any explanation, even though the ads for the items are still up. I urgently require these items before Christmas and would appreciate them being resent to me instead of being refunded. I am willing to pay extra for expedited shipping if necessary. The inability to speak to a real person for support is making this experience very frustrating. I have been attempting to contact customer service for over an hour now. I am quite upset and eager to have this matter resolved promptly.
