Hello, I have been shopping on Wish since [redacted], but unfortunately, I have not received several items from my recent orders. I have contacted Wish multiple times to report the missing items, but they keep insisting that the items were delivered, even though I did not receive them. The tracking numbers provided by Wish do not show any information, and despite sending pictures of the labels and items I did receive, they are not accepting them as proof. I am frustrated with the lack of customer support and feel like I am being scammed out of my money. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. I have faced similar issues in the past, but now it has accumulated to a substantial amount of money lost. I am reaching out for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help. - L. M.

I purchased two phones, one red and one blue, but only received a refund for the red phone, not the blue one. I have been in touch with Wish.com support and followed all their instructions, but I still haven't received the refund. I ordered the phones on June 12, [redacted], returned them on August 10, [redacted], and they were sent back together in the same package with the return tracking number 1Z2V24Y[redacted]8. I provided the order number, images of the items, and the return receipt, but I'm disappointed that I haven't received the refund for the blue phone. This has been an ongoing issue for four months now, despite the fact that Wish received the phones on August 11, [redacted]. I feel frustrated and upset about this situation and would appreciate assistance in getting the refund for the blue phone. This experience has made me hesitant to continue ordering from Wish due to previous delivery issues. Thank you for your help. I ordered 8 x 3000W full spectrum lamps from Wedding Rock, but received 8 x 50W lamps instead, with 2 of them broken. Customer support failed to connect me to the merchandiser in time for a refund. The merchandiser refuses to help, demanding additional payments. I've been dealing with this issue for almost 2 months. The merchandiser only offers a partial refund of 70 USD every few days, which is unacceptable. I paid for 3000W Epistar lamps, but received a lower quality product. The merchandiser is hindering my right to a proper refund. I am frustrated and want a resolution from Wish. This ongoing problem with Wedding Rock needs to be addressed, as it seems like customers are being scammed. Wish needs to address these issues promptly.

Hello, I ordered two green crossbody bags from Wish for 32 euros. The tracking shows they were delivered on August 17, [redacted], but I never received the package. After contacting my local post office, they mentioned Wish is filing a claim to get refunded and resend the bags. I reached out to Wish, but I haven't received any response from them. They marked the issue as resolved, even though it's not. As the recipient, I am unable to take any action as Wish needs to handle the process. I placed an order for a Red Toilet Holder on 1/10/20 and received it on 19/10/20. The quality is not good; it doesn't stick to the tile wall in the bathroom. I tried contacting customer support online, but there was no availability. On 17/10/20, I mistakenly ordered a Pale Pink Elastic, and when I tried to cancel it online on the same day, and the next day on 18/10/20, there was no availability to do so. I haven't received the Pale Pink Elastic and would like a refund once it arrives. I re-ordered the White Elastic on 18/10/20 for £2 plus £2 for delivery, which was supposed to be on offer for £1, but I was charged £2. It seems many offers on your website are not reflecting the correct prices. As an elderly person with a disabled badge, typing emails is challenging for me. Kindly address these issues. On October 18, I attempted to purchase the 'Happy Order Steel 150W 12V ABEILLE VAPORISATEUR' (Bee treatment with oxalic acid tool). Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation due to an error in the email address saved on your website. However, I have noticed three unauthorized charges on my bank account totaling 43.14 EUROS and 41.14 EUROS twice. My correct postal address is 68 route de Damiette, [redacted] GIF SUR YVETTE, FRANCE. I am unable to access the account as I never set a password and I am unsure which email address is linked to it. I have not yet received the product I ordered. I have been given conflicting information, with one message stating the order was delivered (which is not true as I checked with the Post Office) and another instructing me to wait until October 21st and then contact customer service, but now the ticket is closed. The product in question is an A4 USB LED artist tattoo stencil board lightbox measuring 335x235x3.5mm. The quantity was 1, with a $22.00 product cost and $13.00 for shipping. The tracking number is W[redacted]759FPL. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide the order number as the ticket has been closed. I have reached out to Wish since the expected delivery date, asking for proof of delivery, a replacement, or a refund. I would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible. I recently ordered a 1/12 scale porcelain 4-piece bathroom set from Wish which has not arrived yet, despite the tracking information showing it should have arrived. My tracking number is RQ[redacted]15CN. Wish states that my time for receiving the item or a refund has passed, but I simply want the item I paid $16.00 for, plus $9.00 for shipping and handling. I've been a loyal Wish customer, having spent around $[redacted] on their platform since [redacted], and this experience has left me very disappointed. This is my fifth attempt to reach out to you regarding an issue with my recent purchase through PayPal. I bought two Baofeng ham radios, and they arrived in used boxes and are not functioning. I have tried contacting the supplier multiple times with no response. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service and the difficulty in reaching you. I'm having trouble with an order of sunglasses. I ordered a blue pair, but received a fluorescent orange and green as well as a clear pair. Customer service has been unresponsive, and when they finally replied, they said it's too late for a refund. I don't want a refund; I just want the correct sunglasses. Additionally, I ordered Jabra GN Elite 75t earbuds, but they won't pair with the app for downloads or updates. Jabra's tech support claims they are not the originals, which is preventing me from unlocking the full potential of the earbuds with the app and firmware update.

On October 23, [redacted], I received a notification to pick up my order. I went to the Oxeda Collections boutique and informed the owner that I was there to collect my Wish order. Unfortunately, there was an issue with scanning the barcode on my phone. After being asked to return at 4:00 pm when the owner's husband would be present, I left and returned later. However, I couldn't locate the barcode, and eventually, they mentioned that my order had already been picked up. I haven’t received anything. They advised me to contact Wish to resend the barcode. My order number is 5f209aaabb3fffe3e4786a9db, which consists of four items: an ultra-slim iPad iPro 9 in rose gold, a gold-filled necklace in mystic blue and multicolor, earrings with an Indian pattern in heart-shaped tassel drop, and an exquisite 4.5-inch metal circular saw. I have a perfume that was marked as delivered on October 3rd, but I never received it. I have contacted Customer Service at Wish, and after they initially mentioned a replacement, I did not hear back. Upon following up, they advised me to visit the post office since it shows as delivered. I am very detail-oriented and have provided all the information, yet there seems to be no resolution as they did not delve into my concerns but rather closed the case without a proper solution. This lack of attention is frustrating considering the amount I have spent with this company. I am seeking either a refund or a replacement. Although there are other issues, I will address them in a separate ticket. Thank you.

My wife purchased an item in September, but unfortunately, her mother passed away, and I had to isolate due to Covid-19. The item, an extended under TV unit, was delivered on September 23rd. Due to Covid restrictions and funeral arrangements, we were unable to deal with the delivery promptly. My wife tried to return the item last week through the website but was informed it was too late, and we would have to pay. We have proof of the death and my Covid-19 restrictions. The insensitivity of the BOT auto-response system was disappointing, and we seek your understanding in this difficult time. The TV unit remains unopened in its original packaging. I received my order from Wish, which amounted to $64.06, but unfortunately, the silky brick red 3 piece pajamas I purchased in a size 5X were sent to me in a 2X. I have tried multiple times to email them about this issue, but I am unable to attach a picture of the item as requested as I am not familiar with the process. The order arrived on October 20th, and I noticed that the pajama set now costs $17.10, $13 more than what I originally paid, and the shipping fee has also increased by $10. Despite reaching out to customer support several times, I have not received a resolution as they are insisting on the photo proof. Wish no longer offers phone or live chat support, causing me a lot of stress. I am feeling unwell due to this situation, and Wish claims my return window is ending soon. I desperately need assistance with this matter.

I am trying to get in touch with Wish for the first time. I made several purchases, but my bank account was charged, and I received emails stating the transactions were unsuccessful. Additionally, seven $2 transactions were made, totaling $[redacted]. I paid for postage on separate items that arrived in one package without an invoice. The refund I received was incorrect, with $43 charged but only $2 refunded. I purchased a baking mat, cake turntable, mini muffin tins, and an icing bag trio, but I found the items to be more suited for kids than adults. I returned everything for a refund amounting to $42. However, tracking the return is proving challenging due to an incomplete address. We only have "Ontario CA [redacted]" without a specific building number or street name. Providing the full address details would greatly assist us in tracking the return more effectively.

I recently received the Universal Pan Pot Lid that I ordered through Amazon. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged with a dent on the stainless steel edge. In addition, the knob was included in the box, but the attachment hardware, including the rubber gasket, steel washer, and screw, was missing. The packaging seemed insecure as there were openings at the edges, which probably resulted in the hardware falling out during shipping. I would like to return the item along with everything I received and request a refund.

I am frustrated due to the lack of human contact for my order inquiry. I simply wanted to know the status of my order on the expected delivery date. The automated responses were unhelpful and even led to a refund I didn't request, causing more delays. I have been waiting since September 8th, and now I am told to wait an additional 14 days for the refund process. This situation could have been easily resolved with human assistance, saving time and preventing unnecessary cancellations. I feel the automated system wasted my time when a simple conversation with a person could have provided the information I needed regarding the order status.

A hacker has changed the mailing address on both my friend's and my accounts after placing several orders over a three-month period. While small ticket items were delivered to the changed address, the delivery date for large ticket items was affected. Though I reached out to Wish for customer service help via emails, my access to the app was blocked. Wish claims the items were delivered, but they were sent to an unknown address at [redacted] Brown St in New York, where I have never been. I have resided in Colorado for the past 20 years. Currently, I am unable to access my account due to suspected hacker interference. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.
