I recently purchased a new screen for a Samsung J7, but unfortunately, it turned out to be for an S5. Despite the advertisement on Wish mentioning compatibility with various models, including the J7, the screen is too small and not the correct fit. I am experienced in phone repairs for over 13 years, and I have provided pictures six times to show the size difference, with no successful resolution. We acknowledge your disappointment with the purchased product and apologize for any confusion it has caused. Upon reviewing your order (Order ID: 5f21e608775e4342da4f598c), it seems that the store accurately fulfilled your order with the Samsung Galaxy S5 screen in white, as per the specifications mentioned. The product description does list compatibility with multiple models, including the J7, but we regret any inconvenience this oversight has caused in your case.

I received an email from Wish on June 26, [redacted], confirming my order for a "Wireless Bluetooth Headset Stereo" and a "T8 Bluetooth Smart Watch." The order number is 5ef6b15cb031e8cafde116fc. I got an email on June 29, [redacted], saying that the headset was shipped with an estimated delivery between July 11 and August 25, [redacted], and another email on July 2, [redacted], mentioning that the smartwatch was also sent with the same delivery range. However, as of now, I have not received either item within the expected timeframe. Therefore, I would like to request a refund for both purchases.

Despite canceling the remaining items as instructed after a dispute, neither the items nor the refund have been received as of September 20, [redacted]. I have contacted my bank to cancel the dispute, but the situation remains unresolved. I have tried to cancel the dispute multiple times without success. Hello. I seem to be having some bad luck lately. I've been trying to address some issues with orders I placed with this company between March and now. Despite contacting them both by phone and through customer support, I keep getting a notification that my orders were delivered, when in fact they were not. The problem remains unresolved. When checking my order history, it's clear I've spent a significant amount of money with them. I truly hope to speak with a representative to get clarity on this situation as I've been satisfied with many items I've received from them. However, it's frustrating to be told I received something when I didn't. I'm contemplating future purchases with them at this point. Thank you for your attention.

I followed the instructions for a replacement within the same category, but no products were available. I provided details for a replacement through your business WhatsApp for 4 models of men's cycling clothing in white and multicolor, sizes XL and medium. I also encountered a similar issue with Order #: 5f2d7dea4c1ce10386b00cd2 placed on August 7, [redacted]. Can it be replaced with the CZECH Team Men's Cycling Clothing Sets Road Bicycle Short Sleeve Cycling Jersey Kit Mtb Bike Maillot Roupa Ciclismo #DTZ-[redacted] in size medium? I tried changing it on the system, but no items appeared.

In May [redacted], I placed my first order with Wish using order #5ec95fcac5e6bee40b9cbe74 from their catalog. After patiently waiting for months, my orders started arriving, but they were not what I requested: a jacket in a different color with no pouch and poor quality, a yoga mat that only fits my head which is ridiculous, a contact thermometer labeled as non-contact, and the cheapest one available, still waiting for the woman's seamless body, and earrings that were not diamond crystal. I did receive a refund for the jacket, which I did not request, but that's an easy solution for Wish at my expense. I seek a fair and prompt resolution by receiving the correct items promptly. Hello, I am reaching out about an order with the following reference number: 5f5fb83e9ef[redacted]0aa. Initially, the seller provided me with this tracking number: LT[redacted]94NL. When checking this tracking number, it appears that the package is still at the supplier's depot since 09/16/20. Today, upon revisiting the Wish app, I discovered that there was a different tracking number indicating delivery to another city and recipient. To date, I have not received my order, and the tracking number updated on Wish does not match my name, address, or intended delivery city. I reached out to DHL, and they confirmed that the tracking number does not correspond to my details. They advised me to contact you to liaise with the supplier for the correct tracking information. I am writing to request a return for the two rope hammock chairs I received that were not what I ordered. Despite my efforts to obtain a return label since the day of purchase, I have not been successful. Your policy allows for returns within 30 days, and I realized the error immediately after placing the order on 9/4 at 7:16 pm. The boxes remain unopened and ready for return. I have contacted your company multiple times without success and feel frustrated by the lack of assistance. Could you please provide instructions on how to return the items for a refund? I am frustrated with Wish's customer service. The last batch of orders I received was all mixed up, and I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I cannot reach a human representative and the Wish assistant is not helpful, just putting me in a loop. When a company lacks transparency in its customer service department, it raises concerns for the customer. I ordered 2 drones, coloring pencils, a camo jacket, and a watch tool, all showing as delivered in the tracking, but the delivery date was postponed by almost a month. I have not received any of these items, nor have my neighbors. I am disappointed in Wish's lack of care for their customers and their seemingly disregard for customer service. I demand a full refund, or I will have to contact my bank's fraud department about this issue.

I placed an order with Wish, and when I noticed a price change for some leggings, I contacted customer care to have them removed while keeping the rest of the order. However, they ended up canceling the entire order and processing a refund, which may take up to 14 days. I am frustrated because I need the order quickly and don't want to wait two weeks to reorder. I only wanted to remove the leggings, not cancel everything. I'd appreciate it if you could replace my order without the leggings promptly. I believe I should receive a discount for the inconvenience and extra waiting time caused by the error. It's disappointing that this happened due to a mistake on their part. Thank you.

I purchased an item from Wish.com, specifically the MD3010ii metal detector, on September 10th. I utilized their buy now, pay later option and made the first payment of approximately £35 on the same day, agreeing to pay the remaining amount on September 24th. Following the agreement, I made the final payment of £31.36 today, settling my account. I then made another purchase using the same payment method. Upon checking my account later on September 24th, I noticed that it still showed a balance of £31.36 due for today. I reached out to Wish for assistance. To my dismay, I discovered that the same amount was withdrawn from my account for the second time today, leaving me with insufficient funds. This has resulted in a lack of money for electricity, endangering the contents of my freezer, which are crucial due to my diabetic condition. I would greatly appreciate any assistance to rectify this situation promptly.

I placed several orders on Wish, but my Visa card number has changed, causing one order to be refunded or canceled. I do not want to reorder everything. How can I update my payment information for my orders? I want to avoid any delays in payment and receiving my items, as well as continue purchasing more regularly. I purchased two children's ride-on sports cars, one in white and one in yellow. Unfortunately, the windshield of the yellow car arrived broken. I have been trying to get a replacement for it by reaching out to multiple contacts and sending pictures, but have not had any success yet. I bought this as a gift for my daughter's birthday in October, and I really want the windshield replaced to make it complete. I'm willing to keep the car, but will return it if necessary. Additionally, I ordered a 22-inch reborn boy doll with specific clothing and accessories, but it did not arrive. I am particularly looking forward to using the decorating tips for my daughter's birthday cake. I need help locating my order from Wish Shopping. I placed this order in June [redacted] and have not received the 8 items yet. Even though the delivery dates were rescheduled for July, then August, and now September 24, they have not arrived. I have moved since placing the order and provided a change of address to USPS, but they can only forward mail for a limited time. The total for all items is $57.78. Three orders reached the receiving station on August 10, 17, and 22, while the other two are still in China since June 18, [redacted]. I will be on vacation in early October and won't be available to receive the packages then. I have contacted Wish support multiple times regarding an issue with my $17 product that arrived without a remote, as indicated in the manual. Despite explaining the problem and providing photos, they keep asking for the weight of the item, which is impossible for me to provide because I don't speak Japanese. I'm frustrated by the repeated requests for information I can't give. I've asked for a new remote to be sent, but instead of addressing my request, they continue to focus on the weight of the item. This whole situation is making it difficult to resolve the issue with the non-functional product I purchased.

I received my T-shirts today, but unfortunately, they are not the ones I ordered. I had ordered 2 XL and 1 Large T-shirt of item number 17, which was supposed to read "Trump [redacted] Make America Great Again," not "Make Liberals Cry Again" as I received. Additionally, I had initially placed an order for these shirts but canceled it. It was mentioned that I would receive a refund within 14 days, which I believe was around August 29th. However, I have not seen this refund yet. I noticed a price drop the day after I initially ordered, so I placed a new order at the lower price. I would appreciate it if the correct T-shirts could be shipped to me and if the refund for the first order could be processed. What should I do with the incorrect shirts that were sent to me?
