I NEED to speak to a live operator. My refund was not applied to my account. I paid ***.** for items that were cancelled and never recieved my store credit. My bank cannot help me because when you purchase thru wish it is seen as an authorized transaction that is approved by buyer even though no services or items have been exchanged ....and when something goes wrong with this company, you can't even speak to a live representative to fix the problem.**All I've gotten were messages and automated responses none addressing solutions to what seems to becoming more clear that I've been ROBBED.**I NEED the refund PLEASE for the ***.**. I NEVER used the wish cash . The balance turned to ZERO before u was able to use it
