Hello, I placed an order in May and never received my package even though it was marked as delivered. Despite multiple inquiries on the Wish website, they have not addressed my issue. I reached out beyond the deadline, and now they claim I cannot get a refund. Even after repeatedly stating that I never received the package, I kept getting the same response to wait as the package was on its way. This generic response was not helpful, especially when the package was supposedly delivered. It dragged on, and now they keep referring me to their return and refund policy, stating I have exceeded the 30 days. I am frustrated as I cannot get a proper response. Can you assist me?

I placed an order for a smartwatch and a mini camera almost four months ago. The smartwatch was the first item ordered in my last purchase, yet I have not received either item. I am frustrated and disappointed by the delay. I have received almost everything else from my order except for these items. I am requesting a refund for the full original price of the smartwatch, not just the discounted amount I paid. Waiting for four months is unreasonable, and I believe I should be compensated with the actual value of the watch. I also demand a $[redacted].00 credit to my account. This extended delay is unacceptable, and I insist on receiving my smartwatch as originally intended.

I purchased several limited Quantity Deal items for $0.50 each, and I am now having trouble getting a refund within the 24-hour window as per the promotion. Normally, if the item is not selected by the first customer within 24 hours, all other customers should receive a refund. However, today on the 1st, I am unable to get the refund credited back to my Wish Cash account. This issue has not occurred before, and I have successfully received refunds around 40 times in the past. When checking previous orders, it shows an action is required to start the refund process. Despite selecting the refund option for my Wish Cash account, the money is not being refunded back.

Today, I signed up on WISH with my email and password. After buying 4 items using PayPal, I couldn't log back in. The site keeps asking me to use Facebook to log in, but I don't have a Facebook account. I've tried contacting WISH with no luck. PayPal shows the payment went through. I need a refund for the items I purchased.

On September 11th and 12th, I made purchases hoping it was a trustworthy website and paid in cash with my debit card from my bank, which was deducted the same day. However, you canceled the purchase without reason. They can't claim it didn't go through as I have proof. The first payment on August 11th was for [redacted],[redacted] Chilean pesos and the second was 59,[redacted] Chilean pesos on August 12th, totaling $[redacted]. You claim I canceled the purchase, debited $[redacted] in 14 and 20 days have passed, today being August 3rd. I've visited my bank multiple times, but the money hasn't been returned. To show the deductions, I'll send a copy of my debited bank statement and bank notification of payment. Despite sending the purchase codes, emails claim the sale was canceled due to not being charged, which is false. I haven't received any apologies or resolution messages. Please understand my Visa debit card cannot receive refunded money. Attached are details of the 2 payments on my account with purchase numbers.

I've been experiencing issues with the Wish mobile app ever since I bought a solar panel for $49. I reached out to Wish customer support via email multiple times, but they keep saying I'm past the 30-day return window. The panel I received was defective with the glue coming apart. On August 18th, I was about to place several orders when I needed to review the items first. I made a $[redacted] mistake, but I quickly canceled the order. I've been trying to get my refund from Wish, but I'm facing difficulties. As a loyal customer, I frequently shop on their platform. One of the issues was receiving a blonde straight ponytail wig instead of the black curly lace wig I ordered. Despite the problems, I continue to buy from Wish. However, I won't place new orders until I receive my refund. My attorney is involved, and we are taking legal action for various charges. Wish charged me promptly for the canceled items, yet they haven't refunded my account. I simply want my money back for the canceled items, and my lawyer is handling the case, including mental anguish, theft, and false advertising claims, potentially turning it into a class-action lawsuit against Wish.

I recently purchased a Fashion New Indian Woman Abstract Canvas Art Print measuring 100x50cm for $9 USD with $3 USD for shipping. I live in Sharjah, UAE, and received my delivery today, September 9, [redacted], from Emirates Post (Tracking number: RH[redacted]35TR). I was surprised to be charged an additional 30.25 AED for delivery and service fees. This was different from a previous order of a Canvas Print of street art for $19.00 with $5.00 shipping, where no extra fees were applied. I have more items on the way and hope to avoid these additional charges in the future. I kindly request a refund for the extra delivery fees I paid. Thank you.

I returned the Princess Castle Tent Indoor and Outdoor Tent Children's Toy Room product valued at £21.87. I have yet to receive my order placed on August 24, [redacted], for 3 small wet and dry vacuums totaling $[redacted] AUD. The order, part of the Friday Frenzy deal, was processed on August 28. The vacuums are [redacted] volts, [redacted] watts, [redacted] PA, hand-held upright stick models in green and two red, meant to be wet and dry. The expected delivery is September 6. If the items are still en route, kindly disregard this message. If not available, I may consider other options. Unfortunately, I suspect I may have been scammed by a person named Julia Boyko from Ukraine, who insisted I needed a new Visa. I ordered an amp 2 months ago in July and have not received it yet. I am requesting a full refund to my original payment method immediately. I have contacted the virtual assistant twice, and both times they instructed me to wait longer. However, I am frustrated with the delay and wish to be refunded promptly. Waiting this long is unreasonable, and I am disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this experience to others.

I recently submitted my second request concerning an order that was not fulfilled, resulting in receiving only empty cases. Although I am unable to access my order history due to its timeframe, I appreciate your recent email about it. I originally ordered two 8TB external hard drives, one red and one blue. However, I received two empty cases instead. The order number you referenced was indeed received, but did not contain the correct items. The order number is 5EF0CF[redacted]A006D51B82C. I am still awaiting the proper items, the 8TB external hard drives in red and blue. I have two online orders from May that have not arrived yet. One was due on August 4th and the other on August 30th. I have tried contacting Wish support multiple times since mid-August for help, but I have not received any responses. I also tried to request a refund, but the process requires account verification for these two items, which seems to be unsuccessful. For the item due on August 4th, I was told I could only receive Wish cash if I contacted them before September 6th. Despite my attempts, I did not get a response. Even when I agreed to receive Wish cash, I faced difficulties authorizing my account, and the support team did not reply within their stated timeframe of 3 days. While canceled items are resolved smoothly, these specific items are causing issues. I am looking for either the items to be delivered or a refund, but it has been challenging to get assistance through the regular process.

While shopping and adding items to my cart, I encountered a sudden issue where my cart emptied, and a purchase was made without my confirmation. Despite numerous attempts to locate the order using the help chat feature and accessing the wish cash dashboard, I struggled to find any information. After reviewing the wish cash usage history, I located the order which showed as unfulfilled. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer service through the order portal were unsuccessful. I then emailed [redacted], but have not received a satisfactory response regarding the missing wish cash used for the order. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been able to resolve the issue or get a refund for the $[redacted].23 missing wish cash. My debit card is unaffected, but I am still seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently ordered two 3-person outdoor patio swings for $59.00 each online, along with a few other small items. However, when I reviewed my order confirmation, it showed that I had purchased two hanging rope hammock chairs at the same price instead of the swings. I immediately reached out to customer service, but despite being promised a call back, I hadn't heard anything by Monday. I am still trying to get a return label to send back the hammock chairs that I received in error. I am keen on exchanging them for the outdoor patio swings as initially intended.
