I am facing issues when trying to make payments via swipe on WISH. Despite multiple emails to customer service, I only receive automated responses with no solutions provided. There is a lack of clarity in communication as it indicates new messages without displaying any. The absence of a contact number for direct assistance exacerbates the problem. It is frustrating not to receive proper assistance, especially after already being charged for the monthly membership. This problem has persisted for almost a week, hindering a resolution. I even proposed manual payment as an alternative without success. Considering the unsatisfactory customer service experience, I am contemplating requesting a refund for my recently activated membership.

Hello, I placed an order for an ultrasonic tank back in June, but I have yet to receive it. After checking the tracking information, I noticed that it was sent back to the seller, and I have not received a refund. This is my first purchase on Wish, and I am unfamiliar with their refund process. How can I go about getting a refund for an item that was not delivered? My order number is [redacted]. In February, I placed an order for an Elephant T-shirt and two hair clips. While browsing for other items, I became interested in a sheer kimono but wasn't prepared to purchase it. The website accidentally led me to buy it and charged me $15.00 on February 11, [redacted]. I only received the kimono and one hair clip, missing the T-shirt and additional clips. Another $17.34 was deducted on the same date but the items never arrived. I patiently waited due to the pandemic but by August 14, [redacted], the T-shirt and clips were still missing. I tried unsuccessfully to reach out through the website but finally found a phone number on an old statement, through which I obtained an email address for customer service.

On July 15, [redacted], I ordered a mini drone model TXD G1 and it was delivered to me on August 5, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package I received does not match what I ordered. The box was correct, but inside I found a drone that doesn't correspond to the one on the box. It doesn't have a camera as advertised; instead, there's a small LED. It lacks stabilizers, the control distance is only around 20 meters instead of the advertised [redacted]-[redacted] meters, the flight time is 10 minutes instead of 30, and it doesn't have features like automatic takeoff and return or [redacted]° rolling. This is not what I purchased, and I insist on a replacement. How can I trust future orders, including the more expensive ones I have yet to receive, if I can't rely on the products matching the descriptions? Thank you, M.

I mistakenly marked my bracelet as delivered, but it has not arrived. I placed the order on June 18, 20 and it cleared customs in the USA on July 3, 20. Since then, there have been no updates on tracking for a month and a half. I reside in the USA. I bought two other items on the same order, and they were delivered on the same day from customs. However, the bracelet is still missing. The order number is 5eeb[redacted]8c3ff1d33f. Please assist in locating my package.

I purchased two items in April. They were due between June 26th and 29th but haven't arrived as of August. Tracking shows they are in the UK. I'm frustrated as I can't reach customer service at [redacted]6. The line is busy or closed for training. This lack of access to help is disappointing. I'm considering escalating this if I don't get a refund or my items soon.

A friend who shops online recommended this site to me. After placing an order for two pet beds, I initially thought it was a good company. However, after waiting for a long time to receive the beds, I realized it operates as a network of many smaller companies. Subsequently, I placed a clothing order for $[redacted] in March [redacted]. Two months later, I received only one item, a dress in the wrong size and damaged. It appeared as if the dress had been cut with a knife or scissors. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any responses or the missing items after five months. The company deducted the money from my bank account through PayPal without fulfilling the order. My friend also experienced similar issues with sporadic deliveries. I am now considering involving my bank to prevent further unauthorized charges.

I placed an order on May 12, [redacted], and was expecting it in 2 weeks. It's been over 4 months, and only 3 items show as delivered in the app. I paid $20.00 for shipping, which is unreasonable. Waiting this long is unacceptable. I demand delivery by September 1, [redacted]. Since my card is canceled, a refund by check is needed. No store credit. I won't wait any longer.

I am feeling quite frustrated and perplexed by my recent shopping experience. I initially purchased two charming little girl's dresses, which I was pleased with. However, my satisfaction quickly turned to confusion when I received a large package containing an unexpected air bed that I did not order. The situation escalated when I received more unordered items, such as floor-length dresses, low-quality tops, and even a doll's hat. I am troubled by the frequent deliveries of items I did not request and dread receiving more. Surprisingly, my account has not been charged for these unsolicited items. Despite finding unauthorized items listed in my order history, like the doll that came with a hat, I refuse to cover the return shipping costs for items I did not ask for. I have encountered delays in processing my orders, with assurances of refunds that were not fulfilled. Although I am willing to return the merchandise I purchased but no longer want, I insist on not being sent any further unordered items.

I received the necklace I ordered, but it seems to be defective as it does not emit the supposed air like other similar products. On June 15, [redacted], I ordered a piercing needle set (Order ID: 4ee6b272d554a6ecb469c7f) which, due to COVID-19, had the delivery time extended to August 22, [redacted]. This date has passed, and I would like to cancel the order. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Klarna as I am being redirected from one notice to another, without being able to report that I have not received the order. Additionally, I have a second issue; I placed an order with Order ID: 5f1f[redacted]d41512e94b for a urethral dildo and have already received it. However, I have lost the invoice provided by Klarna in my email messages. I tried to contact Wish without success, and the same happened with Klarna. I want to settle my bill and am unable to do so. I inquired about the delivery time of my order after noticing it was in Australia for two weeks without progress. Instead of a response, the customer service representative unilaterally canceled my order, citing supplier issues after two months of waiting. Despite receiving multiple apologies, each reply is unhelpful and merely repeats the same information. To make matters worse, I have been double-charged for the now-canceled order. My $10.45 earbuds have ended up costing me $58.64 due to these errors, and Wish customer service seems unresponsive to resolving the issue. I am unsure what steps to take next to rectify this situation.

Hello, good afternoon. I've had 2 issues with some purchases I made. Firstly, I ordered a mobile phone that was supposed to be a Huawei P30. The one I received is not the same as advertised in the catalog with the Huawei logo. I took it to my phone store, and they have no idea what brand it is. When you advertise something in a catalog, that's what should be sent. This was from a purchase I made on Wish online. Secondly, I ordered a red M3 waterproof smartband, but only received the bracelet without the monitor. What's the use of that? It was left in the mailbox where I get my mail, and unfortunately, I can't see my order numbers because I had issues with my phone and some apps were deleted. I reinstalled them, but there's nothing there. I hope they have a record of my order because I need this resolved. My phone number is [redacted], and I need someone to provide me with an answer. I ordered five knives but only received one. The orders were placed in early May, two on May 5th and the other two on May 12th. The delivery dates were moved back multiple times, and I was originally told to contact customer support in mid-August for full refunds if the knives didn't arrive. However, now I am being asked to wait until early October for a refund if the items don't show up. This situation is frustrating and stressful. It feels like my money is being taken advantage of and the customer service experience has been lacking. As someone who works in customer service in the food industry, I find this unprofessional and believe a full refund is warranted. I insist on receiving all my money back and request that the customer service approach improves to avoid losing a lifelong customer.

Hello, I apologize for writing in Spanish instead of English. My issue is that, as a beginner on your store, when trying to purchase only some items from the cart, I mistakenly bought all the products saved in the cart. This led to an excessive and incorrect order with items I currently do not need or want. Additionally, I forgot to enter the 50% off code for my first purchase. Please, I kindly ask for your help in canceling the order made in error. By cancelling the order, I will be able to place a new one with only the items I want and apply the 50% off code as intended. This mistake occurred due to it being my first time shopping, using a mobile device instead of a computer. I kindly request once again to cancel the erroneous order. I have noticed that the purchase amount can be stored as store credit. Therefore, I kindly ask that once the order is canceled, the funds be credited to my store account. I ordered a Hippy Soul coffee-colored dress from Sjhdstoer through Wish but never received it. I also ordered the same dress from Wytoba and did not get it or a refund. I contacted Wish three times as instructed but did not hear back until they claimed I waited too long to reply. I did respond promptly. Instead of a refund, I requested store credit but they refused. I only received $5 for shipping. I want my $16 refunded as store credit. This is the second time Sjhdstoer has failed to deliver the same dress. I hope they send both dresses. It's frustrating to think they can keep your money. Wish should hold stores accountable for poor customer service. Despite this issue, my recent order was great. It's disappointing that there isn't better customer service and phone support. I hope they resolve the problem and communicate with Sjhdstoer to send me my dresses. Thank you.

I received almost all the items in the order and loved everything except for the dress - a hippy sole sleeveless asymmetric irregular hem boho dress in coffee color, size 5XL. I contacted customer service three times when the dress didn't arrive within the given timeframe. They said if it wasn't delivered by a specific date, I could get a refund or store credit. I opted for store credit. However, before the deadline, I only received a $5 refund for shipping, and they considered the issue resolved. I informed them that I had reached out before the deadline, but they insisted it was resolved. The same store failed to deliver a previous order from Wish, and I encountered similar issues with missing items totaling around $[redacted].
