I have tried contacting customer service multiple times without any response. I am requesting a refund for my order immediately. I attempted to cancel the order on the second rescheduled delivery date. My readiness to wait for an item cannot be altered. The app is not updating my account, and there is no customer service representative available to address the mishandling of customers' money and time. Moreover, I no longer reside at the specified address. There is no option on the site to cancel or modify an order, which seems illogical. If you claim to be the largest shopping app, then please proceed with refunding my order, excluding the complimentary stickers that required shipping fees. The current situation is unacceptable and requires resolution.

Good afternoon, I have been trying to get my order history updated with customer service for many days now. I made several purchases earlier this year that were supposed to arrive in June and early July, but the items have not arrived yet. I have been unable to file a complaint because when I check my order history, it only shows transactions from [redacted] and [redacted], not any from [redacted]. I am requesting a solution to these issues as it's not just one order, but five different ones, including sandals, two toilet paper holders, and various charms. I appreciate it if my request can be resolved and if I can get a refund.

I paid 21 pounds for my first orders on Wish, but then I added more items to the total of 21 pounds. However, I was informed that the bag was no longer priced at a pound along with a few other items. I was asked to pay an additional 11 pounds for the bag, which I did. Unfortunately, I only received the bag and not the rest of the items I ordered. I paid via Visa and you charged me for everything I ordered, which I haven't received. I received an email stating that I ordered too late. I am requesting a refund of 38 pounds to be returned to my bank account promptly. Due to COVID-19, every penny counts, and this money was taken without delivering the items I paid for. Please refund the 38 pounds to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered a free pink stone ring in white gold from your company in June. I only paid $1 for shipping and handling. I haven't received it yet. The tracking showed it was in China. I'm frustrated that it's not in the USA. FedEx sent a message saying I only have one more day to respond or they will destroy it, which seems outrageous. Please contact me urgently, or I will have to involve my relatives in China who can locate you. Let's resolve this promptly.

I placed three orders on Wish earlier today, but I'm unsure if they went through due to the lack of confirmation numbers and confusion with shipping and billing addresses. Dealing with Wish's website has been disappointing and frustrating without any customer support available. Their lack of a direct line to contact a representative is very unsatisfactory. I feel compelled to contact my bank to cancel all orders, including the Wish.com app. I didn't need technical assistance but struggled to complete an order on their platform. I recently placed an order on The Wish app, and when I went to pick it up at the factory where it was shipped, I received an empty package without a tracking number. When I inquired about my order, the staff member checked my phone and claimed the order had been picked up. However, upon scanning the barcode, it was revealed that the item was missing from the package. This has happened to me twice now, with a previous order for a phone and now with a notebook. While they offer a refund, it's frustrating not receiving the items I've purchased.

I made an order on 6/2/20 for 3 pairs of pet boots costing $8.70, with shipping totaling around $12. I paid $20.50 in total on that date. However, on 6/21/20, there was an attempt to withdraw $72 from my account, followed by unauthorized deductions of $12.72, $4.00, and $3.00 on 6/23/20. I contacted them on the same day to cancel the order because the pricing seemed excessive, with $31.72 just for shipping. Despite my request, they insisted that the order had already been shipped and could not be refunded. This is concerning because they are holding the package, and it seems unfair not to inform customers of additional charges before shipping. Hello. I'm having an issue with WISH's customer service. I purchased an item (a mobile phone) on 06/23/[redacted] with order number: 5ef25b72c0a2aa972ba40ee9. I have been tracking the shipment regularly. However, the item was not accepted by the carrier, claiming it contained prohibited items, and was returned to the seller. The seller marked it as a "cancelled order." I tried to contact WISH's customer service to understand the situation and receive a full refund (item + shipping costs). Unfortunately, WISH's customer service only provides "pre-formatted questions/answers," and mistakenly, I clicked on "item received," which is not the case. In March, I disputed charges on my bank account, and they refunded $[redacted]. Because I wasn't receiving mail at my daughter's home, I missed a letter from the bank requesting more information. Consequently, they withdrew $[redacted] and returned it to Wish. I've been trying to resolve this issue and now I simply want a printout to return everything I received from Wish. The items arrived late and were unmarked, making it unclear what they are; some seem to be seeds without instructions. Please provide instructions on where to return these items.

I have returned the [redacted] New upgrade 1080P Full HD that I bought on Wish. Unfortunately, I have not received my refund since returning the item. I will provide the website and the tracking number. Please track the item and process my refund. The item was delivered and signed for on 13-07-[redacted]. I sent it to the Wish Return Center at Safestore, Room [redacted], The Pompey Centre, Portsmouth, Southsea PO4 8SL, GB. The information from customer support has been insufficient. I need my money refunded to my account promptly, or I will involve the police. I have evidence of delivery to Wish and expect a resolution. I have experienced severe identity theft through my WISH account. I contacted Wish, but the representative requested order numbers. Unfortunately, all my information was erased from my account, making it difficult to prove. I believe speaking with someone on the phone would be more effective in resolving this issue. The fraudster changed my password, username, country, profile details, and even deleted my paid orders and personal information, including bank account details. It's alarming to see everything wiped out or altered, and now I feel hesitant to use Wish. Despite using a strong password, my accounts were compromised. I have encountered unauthorized transactions on my bank and child support cards linked to my Wish account. I am distressed, as I cannot access my saved information to resolve this. It was frustrating when I was asked to pay for assistance because of the situation caused by the identity thief. I fear browsing Wish after this ordeal, especially considering my recent purchase of a Disney Snow White dress for my 13-year-old daughter, who is eagerly waiting for it. I purchased a BS-28B Soundbar Wireless Speaker on May 25, [redacted], and received it on July 2, [redacted]. Upon setting it up, I noticed the sound was distorted despite following all instructions. Customer service requested photos of the item to assess its condition, but I explained it was the sound quality that was the issue, not the physical condition. On January 20th, I placed an order for two hot tubs on Wish.com, one for $[redacted].48 and the other for $[redacted].55. Despite selecting Intex brand hot tubs, the email confirmation showed a different and cheaper brand each time I made the purchase, leading me to cancel one of the orders. I received the first hot tub, but it failed to hold air properly, so I requested a return within the 30-day window. As I waited for the return label, I discovered another Intex hot tub on Wish.com on March 4th for $[redacted].12, which I ordered (#3). Unfortunately, this hot tub was never delivered, and despite conflicting information from Wish.com and UPS, the tracking information indicated a delivery of two packages weighing only 2.2 lbs, not a hot tub. I have made multiple support inquiries without resolution and even sent two certified letters without any response. I am now stuck with the first hot tub, as the return label took too long to arrive. I have informed Wish.com that they will get the first tub back only when I receive the missing third tub, which is now past the 30-day return policy. I am requesting a refund for both the first and third tubs.

As of today, I have not received it, but my credit card has been charged $[redacted].81. I have been a Wish customer for years and items usually take longer to arrive. Hello, since April 17, [redacted], I placed an order for 10 items. One of the items shows as delivered, but I never received it. My order cost $[redacted].00. I received different delivery dates, all of which failed. The company's irresponsibility blaming the pandemic is unacceptable. They took my payment upfront, but their lack of accountability is beyond belief. I demand an immediate refund. Dear Sir/Madam, I sent the email of complaint on June 24th regarding my order placed at the beginning of March, which I have yet to receive. To date, I have not received a response. I paid a total of €[redacted] for this order, including shipping fees. Given the current circumstances, I have been patient. However, after waiting for five months, I believe this is no longer acceptable. Therefore, I request a full refund of the amount I paid, rather than small and unclear partial refunds. Thank you. On June 12, I placed an order for a treadmill. Unfortunately, it was out of stock and refunded to the original credit card. I then placed another order that also didn't ship. Wish offered a refund, which I chose to receive as Wish cash to reorder. The price kept increasing, so for the third treadmill, I used a mix of Wish cash and PayPal. However, this third treadmill is now out of stock too. I'm requesting a refund to my credit card for the original payment to purchase from a reliable seller. Despite multiple emails, only automated responses acknowledging the credit have been received. I've expressed my frustrations about the constant out-of-stock items and wish for the remaining balance to be refunded to my card. The experience has been exasperating, and I just want my money back. The original order number with Apple Pay and credit card was 5ee60a5cc775c765debd5694.
