I placed an order a while ago, but it has not arrived yet. Sadly, my uncle passed away, and what I ordered was a necklace to hold some of his ashes. I ordered two of them, and I needed them a long time ago. I am getting increasingly frustrated because they have not arrived. How would you feel if it was someone in your family? You would be upset too. You keep asking for an ID#, which I don't know where to find. Can you please do something about this as soon as possible? Please find out where my order is located.

I recently spoke to a representative who assured me my order would be shipped by June 30th. However, I am quite disappointed with my purchase. While I did receive one correct item, all the other items were incorrect. I ordered several tops, none of which I received, and the shoes I ordered were missing as well. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved by sending me the correct items as soon as possible. I plan to send pictures of the incorrect items tomorrow once I figure out how to do so. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have sent multiple emails regarding a refund of £82.00. Despite following the instructions provided in the last email, I have not made any progress. I am feeling frustrated and impatient waiting for resolution, especially as I am in need of the fan. I simply wish for the refund to be processed without having to repeat the guidance. Good afternoon. This is the 11th time I'm writing. I am extremely angry because on June 28, I received an email stating that 5 of my products, four of them in a single purchase: a necklace, some earrings, a bike seat cushion, a Harry Potter case supposedly delivered on the 25th, and the other separate order of a Star Wars sweatshirt supposedly delivered on the 18th, even though it was in China a few days before, so it's impossible due to the timing. These items were supposedly delivered, but I will give reasons why it's impossible: 1. I haven't received anything. 2. One of the products was in China shortly before being supposedly delivered. 3. The building where I live does not share a border with any other, so it couldn't have gone to another address. 4. I have received products at this address before. 5. The option stating they were supposedly delivered was marked automatically, when I usually have to confirm delivery. 6. My products usually arrive separately, but this time they supposedly arrived all together, even the sweatshirt. I don't know if it's an App error or what, but I'm very upset. I have been a loyal customer, so I believe it's fair that this issue gets resolved. I hope to receive a response soon because these were birthday gifts.

I placed an order on May 24th and May 25th for a Father's Day gift that was supposed to arrive by Father's Day, but it didn't happen. It's frustrating that I can't even contact customer service by phone. I've always used Amazon and never had any issues, even during the current pandemic. I have several items in my Wish shopping cart that I want to buy since they look beautiful, but because of this delay, I'm hesitant. The estimated delivery time of August or October is unreasonable. The shipping services operate regularly, and the wait time is unacceptable. I've shared my disappointment with my family, and even though your products seem good and prices are competitive, the long delays are discouraging. It's disheartening to see many other customers facing similar problems. As a person on a limited income, every dollar matters, and this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

I haven't received my orders from the last week of June and the beginning of July. Now, they are saying my orders won't arrive until September or October. It's been over two months since I ordered these products. I believe they are not being truthful about the stock availability. I no longer want the products and would like a refund for everything. There have been issues with the items received, like a broken phone, for which I've requested a refund three times without a response. I'm considering legal action to get my money back. It's frustrating that there is no phone number to contact customer service. This delay has nothing to do with the current situation, and I feel deceived.

Good morning, I am LaThesha Cherry, and I am concerned about WISH's process center/fulfillment center. I placed an order for a tablet as a Giveaway item where I only paid for the shipping and handling. I have been waiting for this order for approximately 2 months. I am unsure about the status of my tablet and if the order will be fulfilled. Despite the item being a "customer appreciation giveaway," I would like clear communication and to avoid feeling misled. It would be appreciated if the Customer Support Team could provide updates to customers in similar situations. Communication and acknowledgment are essential. I purchased a pair of wireless earbuds on May 13, [redacted], and the payment was processed on my card. However, the order processing date keeps changing every day in the order history. Yesterday it said it would be processed by July 10, and today it says by July 11. This constant shifting of dates is disrespectful to customers. I feel like my money was taken without receiving anything. Another previous order was not fulfilled, even though they claimed to have refunded me, the amount never appeared back on my card. Additionally, the delivery date provided keeps changing arbitrarily as it approaches. Wish is failing as a platform, allowing such behavior from suppliers, tarnishing its reputation. The order I am addressing is: 5ebcd4c4644f6098d520729f. The order where my money was not refunded is: 5ebcc96f28fed51152daa3d6. Their repeated response claiming they refunded me is untrue as the money has not been returned.

I am currently a critically ill and severely disabled customer due to an accident, which is relevant to my urgent need to contact you. Despite numerous emails, calls, and attempts in the past 10 days, I have not received any resolution. I have been a loyal customer, spending over $20,[redacted] with you in the last 6 months. About 4 months ago, a mobile promo code issue appeared in my cart while trying to make a purchase on my computer. It took Wish 4 months to address and fix this problem, preventing me from completing any purchases. Due to my condition, I am unable to use a mobile phone. After being injured in an accident that was not my fault, resulting in being bedridden and in a wheelchair, I have also had cancer. Despite my challenges, I have tried to communicate my issues with Wish clearly through emails, outlining the ongoing problems, but to no avail. I have missed out on purchases and have felt humiliated by the poor treatment received. I request that the promo code for the mobile phone be removed from my cart, as I am unable to do it myself. I desperately need a resolution as this situation has caused me distress.

I am experiencing an issue with WISH. They have refunded only a partial amount and marked the problem as "resolved." I am seeking a full refund for the undelivered item. I bought a children's PM2.5 mouth filter mask for €2.85 with €3.00 shipping, totaling €5.85. I encountered an issue with WISH as they only issued a partial refund for an undelivered item, marking it as "resolved." I am requesting a full refund for this situation. In my recent email dated 07/06/20, I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding an order placed on 05/20/20, for which I was charged €40.74. The situation is as follows: - On 06/06/20, I received the infrared digital thermometer, which was faulty, and you acknowledged the issue. - In the package of [redacted] Ply Disposable Masks, I only found 5 masks that do not match the advertised quantity. - I have not yet received the delivery of the [redacted] Anti Virus Disposable Gloves. Therefore, I am once again seeking clarification on these matters. I confirm my dissatisfaction with the delivery times, the products, and the difficulties in resolving these issues. (I do not understand why, after placing the order in Italian, all subsequent communications are in English.) If I do not receive a prompt response, I request a refund of the amount paid and wish to inform you that I will escalate this matter to the Competition and Market Authority due to misleading advertising.

I ordered a CCTV camera system from wish.com, but it was returned due to an incomplete address error caused by Wish. The item was received by the shipper on July 8th, but I have not received it yet. Despite requesting a refund, Wish has been unhelpful. Initially, they claimed to have issued a refund, but now they mention the item is in transit and they cannot process a refund. However, it is evident that the item has not even left the warehouse. When requesting a tracking number, they provide false information and fabricate stories, leading to a frustrating experience.

The order reached New Zealand on June 27th after customs clearance, but there have been no further tracking updates. Good evening, I have been trying to order a product, such as a smartphone, and I don't understand why only options like 12GB and 512GB or 12GB and 64GB are available. When I choose the color blue, there is an extra charge of 20 euros. On top of that, there is an 11 euro surcharge for a delivery that takes over three months. It would be more transparent if prices were clear from the start. I hope you consider my feedback to stop these unfair practices.
