Reference Order Number *ef**e**cfd**cc**cef***c.**I am more than satisfied with this item (CHUWI Herobook Pro **.*" Laptop) - when it boots up. **When I first received it I plugged it in and waited half an hour. Then I powered it on and although the blue power light came on the screen remained blank. The only way to exit the system was to force close it by holding the power button. Next time it Showed the CHUWI logo and two blue lights came on but it stubbornly remained stuck. Force closed again. The third time it booted after automatic repair. All worked fine, very happy with the performance. All updates applied, but then when I shut it down it would not boot again.**I did a full reset with a reinstallation of Windows from within recovery. All seemed fine but again after shut down it refused to boot up.**I contacted customer support online which was great but only gave me the option to return for a refund. However I would like an exchange as I am more than happy with the machine when it is working.**I have the returns label ready to send it back but rather than wait ** day to receive a refund before I can order another is there anyway you can organise a simple exchange for a non faulty item?**Thank you**Greg Meredith BSc RGN
