I recently placed an order for a few items, but it seems to have been processed twice on my bank account. This has resulted in a double order of all items, which I did not intend. I have provided all the necessary details, including the order ID and screenshots, but I have not received a proper response regarding this issue. The lack of resolution and automated responses in your emails are causing me significant frustration. Please cancel the duplicate order and arrange for a refund as soon as possible.

Hello, I'm Valerie. I made a purchase on June 1st for a waist trainer and a $2.77 bottle of hair regrowth serum. The total was $52.77 with tax. I want both orders cancelled and a full refund. I've been waiting since June 1st, it's now June 22nd, and I haven't received anything. Please refund the two charges of $39.99, the $10 charge, and the $2.77 charge. I haven't received any of my five orders from Wish and I am disappointed with the company. Wish retailers do not keep their word about giving full refunds for undelivered orders. I have not received any updates on my orders and want a refund for all five. I will continue to contact Wish until I receive my orders or my money back. I am frustrated with Wish's lack of communication and I will not be ordering from them again. I am pursuing legal action against Wish due to this issue.

I'm frustrated that my order history is missing from my account. I've spent hours trying to track my orders, but it's too much hassle. I plan to share my experience on Facebook to warn others about these issues. I need my order history from Wish dating back to [redacted] for insurance purposes due to a robbery at my home. I've made multiple purchases totaling $[redacted].00. Seven items from my March [redacted] order are missing, but I'm not willing to search through emails to find lengthy order numbers. I expect them to update my order history. If my items are not delivered, I will consider taking legal action against the company and possibly the sheriff's department.

I would like to request a full refund for all the money I spent on my five orders from Wish. I have been waiting for these orders for a month now and I was supposed to receive the first one on Saturday, 06/13/20, the second one on Sunday, 06/14/20, and the last two on Monday, 06/15/20 from Cricket Retail Wish. However, I have not received any of them. I will continue to email Wish about these undelivered orders, but for now, I just want my money back. I have always been a loyal customer of Wish Retail and have had positive experiences with them in the past, but this delay has been frustrating. I hope to resolve this issue and continue shopping with them in the future.

Upon reviewing my Wish App account's order history, I noticed that there was an attempted delivery by the courier on Sunday, June 21 at 9:16 am. Since it was a Sunday and the doorman was unavailable, the courier did not leave a delivery receipt and my name is not listed on the intercom. Instead, the intercom shows "CITOFONO 8" without my name. I need to schedule a new delivery or provide the courier with this additional information, but I do not have a way to contact them. This matter is urgent as I have been waiting for this delivery for almost a month, and I am concerned about the package being returned to the sender. I made a purchase on your website totaling around $[redacted] to $[redacted], a regular customer for 4 years. However, I am disappointed that items were charged to my card without me finalizing the purchase. My cart was emptied and over $[redacted] was charged, causing me distress. I urgently requested to stop pending purchases and return some items worth only about $5, as the total charged does not align with what I intended to buy. The unexpected expenses have impacted my ability to afford essential items like my medical bills, transportation, and even my pets' needs. I take daily medication and require assistance due to health issues, making these financial errors very concerning and stressful for me. I hope for a resolution or explanation for these unauthorized charges and the unwanted purchases.

I bought your 4 Grids Perforated Baguette Pan Non-Stick French Bread Silver, 3 Grids on June 2, [redacted], for $21.00 with $6.00 shipping, totaling $27.00. I paid through PayPal and got a confirmation from them. The order was processed on June 9, [redacted], but it has not been delivered as of June 25, [redacted]. For the last few months, I've been trying to place orders using my phone and personal email. The website keeps requesting a photo ID, and I've sent it over 20 times. Despite this, they also asked for bank statements initially. I've reached out for help through emails before, but have not received any assistance. It's frustrating to see others facing the same issue without any resolution in sight. If the site doesn't address these problems, it defeats the purpose of allowing us to purchase and pay for our desired items.

I am encountering issues with my email address on Wish's site. Despite updating it previously, I continue to receive order confirmations at my old email. I revisited the site to change it, entered both my old and new email addresses, but the system won't accept my new one, claiming it belongs to someone else — which is not the case, as both addresses are mine. I purchased an Ultrabook laptop and I am currently facing an issue with the delivery. The latest update I received on May 26th shows that DHL Courier delivered the laptop to someone named Wilson Liberato in Hazelton, PA, not me. I reside in Houston, TX, and my name is Donald Bateman, so there seems to have been a mistake in the delivery process. It seems highly unlikely for a professional courier service to take a month to deliver an item from PA to TX, so I believe there was an error along the way.

Order 5ef7f8a8dcb08156d4c02aae, I had to cancel several items because the prices went up while I was paying with my credit card. I requested refunds, but I do not want to be charged for what I canceled with the refund because I have a limited credit card balance. Sorry, it's been a while since I last ordered, and I forgot that certain items have a time limit. I have 3 orders with the previous credit card ending in [redacted], which I have now updated to the new credit card ending in [redacted] with 6 more orders, totaling 9 orders. This includes the one where I canceled items amounting to $[redacted].98, but the correct total with shipping is $10.55. Please review this last purchase because if it's not fixed, I won't have the available balance for the orders I urgently need. I hope you can help me correctly invoice what I want, not what increased in price since by the time I paid, the prices had already gone up. Thank you.

Dear Wish Customer Service, I have not received any of my orders since March or April. There seems to be an issue with my account as someone has changed the delivery address to Chisinau, md-[redacted] post-terminal [redacted]28, Russia without my authorization. My correct address is Urb. Villa Fontana #[redacted], Mayagüez, Puerto Rico [redacted]. The person responsible, Andrei Popescu, has also been using my identity and credit card information. I have already contacted my bank for security reasons. Please assist in either refunding my money or sending the items to my Puerto Rico address. Your help is greatly appreciated. I purchased a pack of 4 or 5 cellphone charging cables, type C micro for my Samsung Galaxy S8+, on May 22, [redacted]. The total amount of $24.00 was charged to my VISA debit card. I received a tracking number and found out that my cables were in Shanghai, China on June 8, [redacted]. However, the tracking information has not been updated since then, and it is now June 30, [redacted]. I understand the current situation with the Coronavirus, but I would like to know if my order is stuck there. I confirm what was already communicated on 06/26 as follows: "I received the infrared thermometer from the order placed on 05/20 on 06/06, the [redacted] Pcs masks on 06/24, while the [redacted] Pcs gloves are still in transit. Regarding the thermometer, its operation does not seem accurate to me as it always shows a temperature of 33/34 or even lower. As for the [redacted] Pcs of 3-Ply Disposable masks in the package received, I found only 5 masks, which do not seem to correspond to what was advertised in the offer. I request prompt clarification on this matter and express my complete dissatisfaction with the terms, products, and the fact that these issues cannot be resolved with a dedicated phone service." N.B. On 06/29, I received the following message, "Hello Duilio! We are sorry you had these issues with the orders. For any questions or doubts, you can contact us at https...... and we will be happy to assist you better." I am waiting with confidence as it is you who owe me explanations! Otherwise, I must think that your organization is engaging in "Deceptive Advertising." I hope and wish not!!!

I purchased a grass trimmer blade and a grass trimmer blade head adapter kit on 08.06.20. I paid £15.00 through PayPal for both items, with £9.00 for the blade and £6.00 for shipping. However, I only received the trimmer blade on 24.06.20 and not the head adapter kit. I have been communicating with Wish customer service since then but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I would like to inquire about the status of my orders placed earlier this year. The orders were placed in April on the 5th and 11th, as well as in May on the 16th. I am particularly concerned about the one scheduled to arrive on July 16th. I had anticipated receiving these items by July, as indicated on your website. I am disappointed that they have not arrived yet, especially since payment has already been processed. These items are crucial for my deceased daughter's memorial in July, and I am unsure if I will have the time or resources to replace them in time. If I do not receive these orders promptly, I would like to request either a definite delivery date or a refund.

Today, I received the earrings from my order and paid in full. However, I am disappointed as earrings are not what I intended to purchase. I do not wish to exchange them for the Android pad, which I have ordered twice without receiving. I initially sought the pad for studying during the pandemic lockdown months ago. Given that my online classes have concluded, I kindly request a cancellation of the order and a refund, including the shipping fee. I appreciate your assistance, but the current situation is not satisfactory. I believe that covering the shipping fee for the initial order should suffice. This experience has taught me to be cautious when ordering from Wish, as there seems to be a 50/50 chance of receiving the correct item.

I placed an order for a face shield two weeks ago, and now I'm informed that it won't arrive until August, which is unacceptable as I need it before July 20, [redacted]. I was unaware it was coming from China; if I had known, I wouldn't have ordered it. It's frustrating that this information wasn't disclosed earlier.
