Hello, I have not yet received my order. Order Number: 5eaa1ca552c4822c53a8cbb6. I was supposed to receive it before May 18, but you changed the date to July 8! This is unacceptable! Your customer service only sends automated responses...useless. I demand a refund! Furthermore, I noticed that my account is supposedly restricted because I requested too many refunds. If your merchants did not send poor quality products, I would not need refunds. So, here is the simple solution: - 1. Refund my order because I will not wait until July 8. - 2. If not, I will file a complaint with the police. - 3. Unblock my account, or I will close it. If you do not speak English, you can use Google Translate. If you do not make an effort for me, I will not make an effort for you. You have one week to refund my money. If I do not hear back from you within a week, I will request police assistance. I would like to request a sizing chart in English without any Chinese characters in the columns. I am looking specifically for Lines A-F in the sizing chart for the Wish item KM25 Men's Padded Underwear Butt Lifter Hip Enhancing Perfect Shaper Stretch Cotton Sexy Briefs. Can you provide the translation for the Chinese (Mandarin) text in these columns? I understand that Chinese sizing may differ from U.S. sizing, where a U.S. size 32 waist could correspond to a size XL in Chinese sizing. I have ordered several items. Approximately ten of these, mostly watches, were never received. Instead, I received other unordered and completely useless items - I have kept the envelopes indicating that the company SENGIB from Hong Kong sent me 16 unordered (useless) items. Several watches I ordered also never arrived from the companies Knight Fashion, Liuxinxinbeauty, Sandysun, Newly General (2), Beauty Daily [redacted], Qweaszxcvbnmlk, New York Knicks, Xionghanjie, Freedom Fighters, Huangqianshan, Lernootnin. These are 12 products never received, delivery by June 1st, including 6 watches, 3 children's shirts, and a bracelet. (A.S. from Bari, Italy)

I have experienced multiple delivery date changes from Wish for the items I ordered. Starting with order # 5ead[redacted]c206bb8ea1a32 placed on May 1st for 2 items, the initial delivery date was June 5th, then moved to June 15th, June 20th, and now it's scheduled for July 5th. I am frustrated and seeking a refund due to these constant delays. Wish's lack of live customer support and ineffective support assistant only adds to the frustration. The continuous changes in delivery dates raise concerns about the transparency and refund process. It feels like a never-ending cycle of postponements. I hope the company addresses these issues promptly.

Good afternoon, I am Percy Zambrano Postigo with ID [redacted]8 and phone number # [redacted]66 from Lima, Peru. On April 26th, I purchased a laptop from Wish. On May 5th, I saw that it had arrived in Peru, and on the 8th, I saw that it was delivered. I contacted your customer service but have not received any response. DHL informed me the product was delivered to Mr. Romulo Diaz in San Borja, Lima, Peru, based on the information provided. This indicates an error occurred. I have emailed support multiple times, but they only express regret and refer me to the unresponsive automated system.

Good afternoon, on April 26th, I cancelled a laptop order on Wish. On May 5th, I saw on my tracking that it had arrived in Lima, Peru. However, on May 8th, I noticed it was delivered to someone else, not me, without any contact from the delivery person as I usually receive. I tried contacting customer service but got no response, so I called DHL, the courier, who informed me it was mistakenly delivered to another customer in a different district. I placed an order almost four months ago. After a month, I contacted Wish support, and they got the order processed quickly. It was shipped on May 9th and has been sitting in the US for a while now. I've tried tracking it with no luck. I paid $44 for the item plus $10 for shipping. I've reached out multiple times and provided the order number three times, but now I can't access the information online. I still have the order number, which I'll include at the end. I want a full refund for the item and shipping. If it arrives, I don't want it anymore. I've had a frustrating experience with this and even had more items in my cart that I removed due to this unresolved issue. I placed an order on your website with Order #: 5ee9dbda3c[redacted]9dcc667. I wasn't aware beforehand that the product was shipping from China, which is important due to current regulations. I only discovered it after the order was finalized and now I can't cancel it. If I had known, I would have been prepared for potential import taxes. The product was initially sold by YIBODA and now it shows as sold by SAINA AKASO STORE, which also seems to be based in China. I purchased replacement universal vacuum cleaner bags, expecting them to arrive by August 25th. I received an email stating the bags are still in my cart. I don't want to wait any longer. It's been almost two months since I ordered, and this delay is not acceptable. It was initially promised that they would arrive no later than June 16, [redacted]. I have been trying to return a P30 Pro phone I received from Wish on May 29, [redacted] because it does not work in the United States. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep sending me a link that redirects me to the Wish app without providing a return address. I've tried different GSM companies to activate the phone without success. Despite sending pictures, they insist on a return. The phone is not physically damaged but does not work internally as expected. I ended up purchasing another phone from Amazon as a replacement. I've been trying to return the p30 Pro phone I received, expecting it to be factory unlocked, but it turned out to be a Samsung device. I tried using it with various GSM companies in the United States, and none of them could get it to work because it's not unlocked. I've been trying to contact them for 18 days as they advised me to do through their app, but I keep receiving the same message directing me back to the app. All I want is to return the phone since it doesn't work in the United States. I've tried emailing them via Gmail and contacting them through their Wish app, but I keep getting the same unhelpful response. I'm willing to cover the return shipping costs; I just want a refund.

Yesterday, on Thursday, June 19th, I visited the Wish website and added several items to my cart. Without my consent, Wish processed a large order totaling $[redacted].28 through my PayPal account, mainly for shipping charges. I attempted to cancel the order within 8 hours as their policy allows, but I could only reach a support assistant via chat, not a live person. The chat system restricted me to asking specific questions and did not provide a clear understanding of the situation. As a 69-year-old disabled individual, this unauthorized charge has taken a significant portion of my monthly budget. I feel frustrated by the lack of resolution and transparency from Wish. I will be taking further action by reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and possibly to media outlets to raise awareness about their misleading practices. Thank you.

I have been trying to get a refund from Wish for a week now for a Mimco bag (Order NUMBER: 5ea4d167b318e01b[redacted]3) that was delivered to the wrong address without my signature. I paid $[redacted] for the bag and $22 for shipping. Despite contacting customer support and even involving the police, I have not received my refund. I have a long trail of emails with no resolution. If this matter is not resolved within 24 hours, the police will be contacted. I have written several emails outlining the issues with different products I purchased and have not received valid responses. I feel frustrated as if I am being taken advantage of. I returned a package of 10 masks over a month ago, and it says "processing" with no refund issued. For a bottle of alcohol wipes, it states a partial refund of 4 USD was processed, but further down, it claims a full refund was issued, which is untrue. I want my full refund as I did not request a partial one. Additionally, I received a torn and poorly sewn blue dress. I reported it the same day with a photo, but have not received a response. Another issue is with an apple peeler where I requested a refund but was informed it would be partial. The service is very poor. I have made orders since March, April, and May that have not arrived, and the delivery dates keep getting pushed back. Some suggest contacting them if orders do not arrive by August. This situation is causing me extreme stress as all my money is tied up with Wish. I would appreciate it if they could refund me for all the orders that have not been delivered, relieving me of this problem. I am the only one suffering. I hope for a convincing response that does not blame COVID-19. I receive orders from other companies without any issues, and Wish is my only problem. Thank you.

My recent order was delivered to the wrong address. It was sent to [redacted] W. 3rd Avenue, Lititz, PA, my old address from over 4 years ago. My current address, where my other orders were successfully delivered, is [redacted] Arch St, York PA. I attempted to retrieve the package from the current residents at the old address, but they declined to return it. Despite involving the police, the issue remains unresolved. I am reaching out to Wish to resolve this and have my order correctly delivered to me at [redacted] Arch St, York PA. I believe the error may be on Wish's end as they have my accurate address on file. Kindly address this situation promptly. Thank you for your assistance. If the order cannot be redirected, I request a full refund.

On June 6, [redacted], I changed my email to [redacted] due to concerns of possible hacking. I had access to my account until June 19, [redacted], when I placed an order with Order ID #5eec[redacted]8a04b0ad0a23 using Mastercard ending in [redacted]. For the past two days, I have been unable to log in, not receiving text notifications, unable to track orders, and experiencing issues with my password and sign-in.
