Hello, I recently made a purchase and forgot to save the receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation email and wasn't sure if my order went through. After noticing the charge on my bank statement a couple of weeks later, I realized the transaction did go through. However, it's been a month, and I still haven't received the item. I've been in touch with customer support, specifically with a representative named Andrew. Despite explaining my situation and the lack of an order number, he keeps requesting it. I'm unsure if I'm communicating with a real person or a computer. How can I escalate this issue to track my paid order that hasn't arrived? I placed an order on the 31st for a size order. Following my usual process, I tried to pay for it, and everything seemed fine until it showed "thanks for your order." The system displayed the total with discounts, accepted the payment, and processed the order. However, I encountered an issue with my phone, possibly due to my service provider in Anderson, Indiana. Although I am willing to pay for the items, I believe the payment did not go through entirely when I swiped my phone as instructed. Despite receiving the confirmation message, I would like to have the same order placed again. It seems like this may be a phone-related issue, as I have successfully ordered from your company many times before without any problems.

I ordered a phone case thinking it was from America and promised by June 9th. After payment, I found out it's shipping from China and won't arrive until June 20th to July 15th. I'm disappointed by the misleading advertisement and the delay. My name is D. H. and my email is [redacted] The order needs to be expedited. I was misled to believe it was a domestic product and am frustrated with this experience. This was my first and last order from Wish.

In December [redacted], I received a package with items I did not order from a Wish.com vendor. It included bright red athletic shoes and shoe insoles that were not on my order. I returned them to the North Carolina Fulfillment Center with a note, expecting a refund for the unauthorized charges from my bank account. Despite contacting them twice, they claim they cannot refund the money as there is no order slip for these items. This is frustrating as I never ordered or authorized these items, totaling $92.50. I've noticed that my orders are taking nearly two months to arrive, with the delivery dates continuously being pushed to the next month. I am frustrated with the lack of human customer service at your company. I have been waiting for my orders for a long time, and the delivery dates keep changing. Despite my clear requests for my packages and not a refund, the automated system keeps giving me the same unsatisfactory responses. I even tested the system with a trick question, but it still replied robotically. I have repeatedly provided my order number starting with a 5, but to no avail. At this point, I no longer want the packages, I just want a refund. I am extremely dissatisfied with your service, and I do not plan to use or recommend your company in the future. Please process my refund promptly without further delay.

I have been waiting for my orders for 3 to 4 months now, but upon tracking them, it shows they have been delivered, even though I haven't received them. Some of the items missing include gloves in large and small sizes, masks, guitar straps, nail sets, iPhone charger, sanitizer, crucible, flux, kiln, guitar ring, and women's underwear. The first missing item was a large sanitizer bottle that was marked as delivered two weeks ago. I live in a secure apartment building, but leaving packages unattended at my door increases the risk of theft. I have spent a significant amount of money and would like a resolution to this issue promptly.

I purchased a refurbished Ematic EWT126 11.6-inch HD Black Laptop from Wish for $63.00 plus $13.00 shipping on April 5, [redacted]. The initial delivery date of April 10, [redacted], passed without the laptop being delivered. After contacting Wish support, they continuously pushed the delivery date back to May 9, then May 28. It's now June 6, [redacted], and I still haven't received the laptop. Despite ordering other items from Wish and receiving some of them, the laptop is still missing. Wish claims it was delivered to Bullhead City, not my address. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with Wish and UPS, I haven't had any luck locating the laptop. I've reached out to Wish over 50 times about this issue but have had no resolution. I would like a full refund for the laptop, including shipping and handling, or assistance in locating the missing item. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -Brenda

Two months ago, I purchased six items, and my order number is 5eabace43ae[redacted]a323e8. Unfortunately, I have not received any of my items yet. My neighbor and I ordered together, and she received her items weeks ago, while mine never arrived. I had to purchase another outfit to look nice for Ramadan, which is from April 24, [redacted], to May 24, [redacted]. As I am poor, homeless, and older, $98 is a significant amount for me to lose. Please refund my money promptly. I have lost trust as the delivery dates keep changing. I ordered hijabs from another store, and they arrived within a few days. I sent this message via WhatsApp on May 5th after receiving a notification from Wish. I haven't received a response yet. Good afternoon, I am reaching out to seek assistance with receiving my pending orders. These orders were placed some time ago, and due to the global contingency situation with COVID-19, I initially thought the delay was normal. However, after receiving a notification from Wish's CEO, Peter Szulczewski, stating that all orders should arrive, I am hopeful for a positive resolution. I have two pending orders: 1. The first order was placed on January 15, [redacted]. Order #: 5e1fc251057a0e[redacted]dbe This order consists of 9 items, with 3 for personal pickup (which I received on February 19, [redacted]) and 6 for shipping. Only one of the 6 shipped items arrived on March 9, [redacted], leaving 5 items pending delivery. The waiting time has been exceeded, and I am eager to receive the remaining items. 2. The second order was placed on February 16, [redacted]. Order #: 5e497d0132cc6f939f705331 This order includes 5 items, none of which have arrived. The delivery dates have been repeatedly rescheduled, currently showing May 17th and 24th, [redacted]. However, I believe the waiting time has also been surpassed, as it has been nearly 3 months. On Wish, they offer a feature where the first customer to pay for a product on sale for $0.50 gets it at that price. I placed an order on June 4th for a Hammock and a set of 48 glitter gel pens. Unfortunately, they informed me that the payment was declined initially. However, they ended up deducting $2.00 from my credit card and an additional $2.00 from my Wish funds without sending me the items. I would appreciate receiving both products since I paid for them. If they can't fulfill the order, they could at least compensate me for the inconvenience by adding $50.00 to my Wish account. I contacted their automated system, but the responses were repetitive and did not address my concerns.

I have contacted you regarding my missing order and received an email instructing me to type above the line. I am unable to locate any line to type above, as it does not exist. Can you assist me with this issue? Unfortunately, my child accidentally deleted the email containing my order number. My bank also does not have any details. I believe you should be able to track my order using my email address and the bank details used for payment on 13/5/[redacted]. My friends on Facebook are eagerly waiting for your response as they are doubtful whether my order will be delivered.

I canceled my order with Wish as I had issues reaching them and got automated responses. I contacted my credit card company to get a refund. I received 3 items, but they are not as expected; one is incorrect, one doesn't work, and the third item is not the ring I ordered. After numerous failed attempts to resolve this with over 30 emails, I am frustrated. I've been trying to return these items for 4 weeks now. To keep my account in good standing, I need a return label as I can't print one from my tablet. I hope to return these items smoothly so I can potentially order from Wish in the future once these issues are resolved. Thank you for your help. Best, R.

I am attempting to switch to my new Gmail account since my old one was hacked and I no longer have access to it for two years. I will need to download my ID into OneDrive before I can send it. Hello, I purchased a laptop from the Wish platform through a store named Wooho Store, using Klarna for payment. Klarna assured me that they would charge my account only after I received the goods. However, they debited the money from my account three days later, even though the order was from China and hasn't arrived in the UK yet after four weeks. Moreover, the store I ordered from, Wooho Store, now appears to have changed to a different name. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the absence of accurate tracking information.

Hello, I placed orders on Wish in March and it is now June. I usually expect my orders in 2 weeks, but over 3 months have passed, and I still haven't received my ring. The delivery dates keep changing from 5/6 to 8/5, then 11/6, and now 23/6. These were supposed to be presents for a special girl's 26th birthday, which is now ruined. I'm upset because I can't get a refund as the items have allegedly been shipped, but it has been more than 3 months and I haven't received them. I want my items refunded promptly because when I made the purchase, I ensured they would arrive on time. I have never had so many issues with Wish before. If my delivery dates keep changing and I am not refunded, I will warn others about the site. I am also disappointed that I had to choose a smaller version of my original order, even though the item is now in stock. The lack of customer support to resolve this is frustrating.

I have not received the item they claim I have. Also, another order I placed has not arrived as promised. They keep changing the delivery date for a product that is taking too long. This is frustrating. I am waiting for products I paid for but received nothing. I am disappointed and will not order from Wish again. Very unsatisfied with their service.

I will be unavailable at my address from June 19th to June 29th. I have already paid for the products and request the delivery during that time. Due to delays in your delivery schedule, the expected delivery dates have changed multiple times. As I won't be available between June 19th and June 29th, I kindly ask for the goods to be delivered either before June 19th or after June 29th.
