I recently purchased a pair of ladies dungarees/overalls which are lovely, but unfortunately too small for me. I am typically a UK size 8/10 and ordered a 'SMALL', my usual size, but the fit is off. I believe I would need a medium due to the sizing issue. I reached out to the support center for assistance, but they requested a photo which I'm unable to provide. Since the item itself is fine, just the sizing is off, I find it confusing why a photo would be necessary. It's frustrating not to be able to progress with the support without it. How can customers like me receive a resolution if we can't comply with the photo requirement?

I have ordered three different phones from the Wish app, two Nova 5s and one smartphone. I am unable to track them, and the company has not provided me with any information after almost three months. Although I have ordered items after the phones, they have not arrived. One of the Nova 5s shows as delivered, but I have not received it. The last tracking update was on March 13th. I am frustrated and upset as I need my phone. While I have been refunded for one phone, the other has yet to arrive. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and information regarding my orders. Despite receiving ads claiming quick delivery, I have not received my phones ordered three months ago. Hello, I would like a refund for all my orders as it claims one has been delivered when it hasn't. The app allows complaints but the automated questions make it hard to address the issue directly. The delivery dates keep changing every time I check on my order, and as it's taking too long and I've paid almost €[redacted], I would like all my money back before anything is delivered. This has been my first and last time using Wish because there is no contact number or person to speak to, just a robot. Therefore, I am writing this email to request a full refund for the items ordered on April 16, [redacted].

I, K. Ashdown, ordered a 11.6-inch ten-core 4G network tablet with Order No. 5E8B2FE0FF6EE6CE72B8D04 on April 6th. The tracking shows it was delivered without a calling card, and I have not received it. I was able to trace it for redelivery on May 4th and 7th, but it never arrived. Today, when I tried to track the parcel, I received a message saying it cannot be tracked. I have been waiting for over a month, and I don't want a refund; I just want another tablet sent urgently as I need it. I am feeling distressed by the lack of answers. I'm extremely frustrated with the recent changes to my orders. There has been a shift in the delivery dates, which were different from what I initially saw when making the purchases. Additionally, I am unable to access my orders or file complaints through my account. I demand a refund for these inconveniences. I need the orders to arrive by the 13th as I have plans to leave on the 18th of May. The lack of visibility into my orders and the unhelpful responses from customer service have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Order Number: 5e918fe[redacted]0b94237e8d I placed an order for the Rick and Morty Psychedelic Print Tapestry, initially scheduled for delivery on April 28th, but later rescheduled to May 13th due to delays. I recently received a tracking update on May 11th mentioning the package's arrival at the "destination airport" in Germany DEU. However, I provided 6 Jacinta Court, Tannum Sands, Queensland, Australia, as the correct delivery address during the order placement. I am concerned that my order might be shipped to the wrong address. Unfortunately, the delay in the order prohibits me from requesting a refund, so I am determined to ensure it reaches the correct address. Efforts to contact Wish at 1[redacted] have been unsuccessful as the line seems to be continuously disconnected. I prefer speaking to a person directly rather than an automated system to resolve this matter effectively. Thank you, and I eagerly await your response.

I made a purchase on Wish and tracked the package, but it was delivered to another customer in a different city. I have been trying to contact Wish customer service without success. They keep telling me the package is still in transit when it has already been delivered. I even called GLS in Savona and they confirmed the delivery to the other customer. This has happened to me for the second time, and I don't understand how they can make such mistakes. I would like either a refund or my package.

Good evening, I needed information to be certain about an item I purchased. Let me explain: I added an item to my cart (10g/24g/28g Generator Ozone Machine Stainless Steel Air Purifier Air Cleaner Disinfection Sterilization Cleaning Formaldehyde Timing Switch - EU Plug) from the store Meirenrujin. I waited to search for the best price and finally when I went to buy the item, everything went smoothly. However, my question is this: when I tried to search for the item again, I couldn't find it as if it was sold out (it said last few pieces). If I placed an order and in the meantime, the product is out of stock and not removed in time from sale, what happens? Or since the system took my order, is everything fine? I wanted to get answers because I need the product and can't risk waiting for who knows how long and then find out it won't arrive because it was sold out, as when I click on the product, it says "Oops, the item cannot be sold in your country". I recently ordered a phone from your app to be delivered to my PO Box in Mill City, OR. However, the tracking information shows that it was delivered to Oceanside, CA, and signed for by someone named Bonnie, who I do not know. I have contacted the delivery company, but they informed me that I have the wrong tracking number. I have been trying to reach out to you through your app multiple times, but it has been impossible to get a response. I have noticed that the delivery dates for all my orders keep changing, despite paying for faster shipping.

Hello, I am experiencing two issues. Firstly, I never permitted my payment information to be saved on Wish, and my PayPal account is linked there without my consent. I have been reaching out for four days seeking a resolution, but the delay is frustrating, especially concerning financial matters. Secondly, Wish claims an item was delivered but I have received nothing. The tracking information provided does not indicate delivery, and there are more items in transit according to the tracking system. I have only been able to contact via email with no response, which is a departure from my previous positive experiences as a loyal customer. I urgently need my PayPal account removed, clarification on the delivery status, and updates on my other pending items. I made a purchase a couple of weeks ago, but there was an issue with my payment according to you. I use the same card from the same bank without problems elsewhere both online and in-person. It was odd to have an issue with my account when I had enough money. Recently, I tried purchasing again after receiving your advertisement. The transaction went smoothly, and the correct amount was deducted. However, the next day, I received the same email as before. There's nothing wrong with my card, and you have my money. Why is it that only your company has problems with this card? Unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number, just an automated email system. Please refund the $13 and some change as I have yet to receive the order and no longer wish to proceed. This will be my last interaction with your company.

I am currently using your app to order products, and I have encountered issues with 95% of my orders not being fulfilled after I paid for them. If the flash sale items cannot be fulfilled, please do not advertise them. I should not have to pay for products that will end up being refunded. Additionally, I have not been able to see the taxes included in the price and shipping details. Only the product I paid full price for is being processed, not the ones on sale for 50 cents. I tried to place more orders for dolls for my grandkids, but I am concerned they will not be processed either. I have filed a complaint regarding this issue as it is unfair to offer products that cannot be delivered. I have spent around $40-$50 on these orders, and I am only receiving 75 cents in refunds here and there. This situation is not how business should be conducted. While I understand that I will receive my money back in 14 days, I am frustrated by this experience. If my other orders cannot be fulfilled, I will escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Can you clarify if Wish is running a fraudulent operation or not?

Hello, I am new to Wish and recently had some issues with my orders. First, with Order#1, I tried to use a discount code within a given time frame, but my order was rejected because I didn't apply the discount in time. I re-ordered the item at a much higher price than before. Secondly, with Order#2, I purchased a desk that never arrived, and customer service informed me it was out of stock. However, I still see the desk available for sale by the same shop owner. I am confused if I will receive the desk or not. Thank you.

I received the order number for the 2500W energy-saving floating heater, which unfortunately caught fire when I plugged it in. The lack of a sincere apology following this dangerous incident has left me upset. While I appreciate the offer of a refund, I expected more than just that. There was no mention of any compensation for the risk posed to me and my children. I understand that I did not take a photo of the fire, as my priority was to extinguish it promptly to prevent further damage.

I recently shared my concerns about the overwhelming amount of advertising I receive, making it difficult to read my emails and Facebook articles. The Wish ads especially obscure the text on my screen. I kindly request a reduction in the number of ads sent to my account. I prefer receiving them once a day instead of the current frequency of 6 or more across my devices. It's important to me that you understand my feedback and take action to reduce the ads significantly. I have no intention of unsubscribing, but excessive advertising may lead me to close my account. Please consider my request seriously. I would appreciate a human response to address this issue rather than automated replies. If a customer service number is available, please provide it for better communication. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
