Cancel my orders. ... I accidentally placed an order just now, I would like to cancel the entire order of about * items, my order number (according to email) is: *ec****ce*b********f**fc and the total is ..about $***.**... I am having no luck with the instructions for going on order history and clicking customer support. TY!!
All the instructions: Go to Order History, Contact Customer Support...etc...do not work on my computer. I've emailed Customer Service and they keep repeating this, without reading my email, which is saying that I've tried this and it doesn't work. I keep asking them to delete my order, which is something ANY Customer Service should be able to do...It is also SUNDAY...I only have * hours on a SUNDAY to cancel my orders, * items. Why do they keep credit cards on file? I did not know this, this is only my second time on this site...and there is no delete button in the cart, I thought I would be able to review my orders and then delete ones I didn't want before checking out...
Cancelling my order of * items. I do NOT want * pairs of similar shoes.
This is just my second order, I thought every site worked like Amazon and you could review your orders before you checked out, and also change payment methods too.
Of course I've tried to use the methods they suggested, using their Virtual Assistant. This started out okay, but I also noticed there is no 'CANCEL MY ENTIRE ORDER' button...and then the Customer Service disconnected...
