I bought two items, a picture and jeans, about a month ago. The delivery date kept changing, initially showing May 20th, now postponed to June 3rd, over a two-week delay. These were meant to be birthday gifts, and the delay is frustrating, especially since I received no notification from the company about it. I always have to track my orders on the website to stay updated. My past experiences with this company have all been negative - late deliveries, damaged items, or completely wrong products. I just want them to fulfill their advertised guarantees. I'm not interested in a refund, I just want to know the accurate delivery date without generic responses from automated systems. I hope a real customer service representative can track my order and explain the reason for the significant delay.

I made a purchase on Wish on April 10th, but I haven't received the item yet. I have sent multiple emails to Wish support but haven't heard anything about a refund since May 25th. When I placed the order, no delivery date was specified. I would like a refund if the item cannot be delivered. The tracking number RW[redacted]04CN shows that the product hasn't been updated since April 27th. Wish mentioned delays due to supplier issues, but waiting 45 days for delivery seems excessive. The automated Wish assistant is not addressing my concerns. The order number is no longer showing in my account. I am not interested in excuses, just a prompt refund credited to my account within 5-7 days, not 30 days. I have been patient, but it is time for a refund due to the lost product.

Hello, my name is Valerie N. I made a Wish order today and realized there is a duplicate order. I tried cancelling on the website but couldn't view my previous orders from April. I followed the steps provided to cancel within 8 hours, but it was unsuccessful. The contact number on my bank statement didn't connect me to a live person for assistance. If I don't get a resolution by May 21, I will dispute the $[redacted].49 charge with my bank as I only intended to spend $[redacted].20. Kindly address this promptly to avoid further complications. I added 3 items to my Wish cart on 21/05/[redacted]. The prices were £2.00 for 1 item and £1.00 for 2 items totaling £4.00. After adding postage, it showed £8.00 as the total cost. However, when I checked my bank account, Wish had charged me £61.00, which was shocking. I didn't even complete the order. I urgently need this money refunded by 22nd May [redacted] as I have upcoming Direct Debits, and my account now lacks sufficient funds. This situation could lead to bank charges. As a sick pensioner, I rely on the correct prices displayed by Wish. Please refund the excess money taken back to my debit card promptly as this has left me with no essential funds. I purchased specific items, including masks for protection as a nurse, and also ordered 2 Android pads for my on-call nurses to use while working from home with HIPAA information. These were all ordered on 3/4/20. However, one Android pad arrived over a month later and turned out to be the cheapest item that was supposed to be worth over $[redacted] - an Android 10 dual sim that looks like a generic iPhone with no instructions. It had browsing history from China, indicating it was used. I tried to cancel the masks order, but they are still being processed along with another order of masks that are mysteriously in the U.S. since April. The tracking number doesn't work, and the automated customer service won't let me cancel because they claim it's still processing falsely for two months with no activity, and they consider it an international order. It's frustrating to have one of the orders in the U.S., specifically in America, and not being able to locate it. Now they are suggesting I can order online from my city in Saratoga, NY, which is adding to my frustration.

I purchased a fitness tracker that was advertised to have the following features: - CPU: Telink8266 - Memory: ROM 512K RAM 64K - Screen: 1.3" color screen - Bluetooth: BT4.0 - Touch Panel: One touch button - Battery: 50/150MA - Charging port: USB charging port - Standby time: Approximately 15 days - Working hours: 5-7 days - Functions: Heart rate monitor, blood pressure monitor, blood oxygen monitor, pedometer, running, cycling, badminton, climbing, distance, calories, sleep monitor, sedentary reminder, drinking water reminder, message reminder, call alert, SMS notification, clock alarm, shake to take photo, anti-lost feature, find the bracelet, gesture control, and OTA update. I received the watch, but it only seems to have the heart rate monitor function. I waited nearly two months for this product and now realizing it doesn't have the functionalities that were advertised. This is disappointing.

I have noticed that many of my orders are taking longer to process or are being delayed beyond the expected time frame stated by your company. I am also concerned about orders within the U.S. that seem to be cleared but are not being shipped promptly, causing unnecessary delays. I have been patient with Wish and have spent a significant amount of money, so I expect better service in terms of timely delivery. I simply want my orders to arrive as quickly as the funds were deducted from my account. Please address my concerns as I try to track the details of my orders, as your staff has had trouble locating my records using the provided email address.

We placed an order (order number: 5ea6f77de22095ab617f704c) a month ago for non-contact thermometers. We received thermometers with contact and insertion for the buttocks instead of the ones for the forehead. We are upset because we paid a high price for the 51 thermometers and delivery that took over a month. On April 18, [redacted], I made an order on Wish for masks and gloves. Despite the changing processing and shipment dates, I have not received the items yet. Wish informed me on May 6th by email that a refund of $90 to my credit card was forthcoming, but it has not appeared. Subsequent emails from them have been unhelpful, refusing to cancel the order and offering poor excuses. Despite my recent demands for a refund, they are now choosing to ignore me. I placed an order for a [redacted] 11.6 Inch Ten Core 4G Net Android tablet on February 29. The total cost including shipping was $45.20. The order was supposed to arrive between April 11 and May 17. The order number is 5e5ae5ca7ef8329d7109a025 from the store yijiahaold. The item shows processed and shipped but is currently still in China. I am concerned about whether I will receive the item and if not, when can I expect a refund. I trust Wish to guarantee its sales and I am not willing to pay extra fees to a US subsidiary for an order I have already paid for in full. Please either deliver my item as paid or provide a refund promptly. I prefer to receive my purchase, but if necessary, I am open to ending my transaction with a refund.

A few months ago, I placed an order on Wish, but there were issues with the sizing during checkout, so I canceled it. Despite that, they processed the order, and the size was wrong again, so I canceled once more. Now, I am unable to place any new orders since the recent virus situation. Wish is only responding in Spanish, which I do not understand. I have tried multiple ways to resolve this but have had no luck. I am considering writing a letter to the CEO, but I'm unsure if that's the right move. Any suggestions?

I purchased an item from your app but have not received it yet. The tracking number is 1Z076AW[redacted]7. I contacted my postal service and UPS, but there seems to be a discrepancy in the delivery address. My P.O. Box is [redacted], Newhall, CA [redacted], not a residential address. UPS claims the item was delivered to a resident, which is not correct. I have received other orders from your app successfully, except for this phone. I placed my order on April 23, [redacted], and my order number is #5ea26dcf4ee6f496bf65b2b9. However, I have not received any of the four items yet. While I understand there may be multiple vendors and delays due to COVID-19, my boyfriend has ordered four items from China in the past 10 days and has already received three. It's frustrating that none of my tracking information has been updated in two weeks, with only the estimated arrival date changing continuously. I am disappointed and would like a refund. Wish promised the items would arrive by a certain date based on my zip code, which has now passed without any delivery. If I'm going to spend $50 online, I hope for better service than what I am experiencing now with this order.

I made an error in payment for an order and need to cancel it immediately. I intended to split the payment between two methods, but mistakenly chose the wrong one. I made an order on May 01, [redacted]. As of 5/18, the order was still processing. I contacted support and was informed the item was out of stock. I was given the option to choose a similar item for immediate shipment or a refund. Unfortunately, I selected another item. On 5/27, I received the wrong item. Despite sending pictures of the incorrect item, the virtual representative keeps requesting more images, stating it does not meet their policy. I paid $[redacted] for this vanity set and am frustrated as they seem uninterested in resolving the issue of my missing order or providing a refund. I am unemployed and used my stimulus money for this purchase. I would appreciate any assistance in getting a refund or the correct item.

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus on March 5th with an estimated arrival time of May 25th. After patiently waiting for over 3 months, I checked on my order and was informed that my ticket was closed. I am not trying to reopen a closed ticket as I have not received my phone yet. I do not want a refund; I simply want the cell phone that I ordered. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible.

I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of a set of wireless headphones I ordered, expecting them by May 30th. However, to my surprise, I received a refund notification for the item while it's already at the Australian mailing hub, ready for delivery to my address. I am puzzled as to why I was refunded when the item has successfully made its way from China to Australia and should be on its way to me. I never requested a refund, and I'm frustrated that after waiting for so long, I may have to endure another three-week wait to receive the headphones. I simply want my item promptly, not a refund, especially when it's so close to being delivered. This situation is quite unsettling and disappointing after all the anticipation.
