Hello, On April 2, [redacted], I placed an order on Wish as confirmed by my bank notification: Fineco - Free SMS: Authorized use of Card ***[redacted] Amount: 59.0 EUR, for: WWW.WISH.COM. I checked my notifications in the following days, but only saw 2 products from a different order placed on the same date. Since the payment has been processed and it's a significant amount, I would like to know why my order has "DISAPPEARED"!! Before reaching out to the Consumer Association, please let me know why the orders do not appear in the order history. Order #5E8B2F1D8843R062762A729F was placed on 4-6-20 for a tablet priced at $18 with $15 express shipping for delivery by 4-20-20. The item did not arrive by 4-21-20, prompting me to request a refund for the express shipping cost as it failed to meet the deadline. Unfortunately, the entire order was canceled, and a refund was promised. I did not request to cancel the order or seek a full refund, but that is what appears in the order history. I question the purpose of paying for express shipping if the item isn't delivered on time. I am requesting the correct handling of this situation by receiving the item I purchased, even if it is past the expected delivery date.

On 4/23/[redacted] at 6:30 p.m., I was notified via email that my package had been delivered to my address in Hamden, CT. However, this is not accurate as the package did not reach me. The order was placed on April 21, [redacted], with order number 5e9f6d73dee51b4d5eeb6d65 and tracking number 1Z805YR[redacted]7. Upon contacting UPS, I was informed that the tracking number provided belongs to an Amazon package and does not match my name or address in their system. I am uncertain about the whereabouts of my package as UPS cannot locate it due to the mismatch in the tracking details. This situation is frustrating as I am unable to reach a customer service representative for assistance. I am seeking resolution in the form of either receiving my order or obtaining a refund.

I wanted to ensure the authenticity of the product as there was a delay in processing beyond the expected timeframe. It is disappointing that I was not provided with a straightforward answer regarding the status of my order and was instead informed that it would be canceled with a refund. Hello, good morning. On April 7th, I purchased an item on Wish, and to this day, the order details still show it is processing. I received a response stating the order is confirmed, and they are looking for a store to supply the item. I asked again, due to the product being out of stock and payment already taken, if they would refund me if they can't find the item in any store. I received a copy and paste of the initial response, not addressing my concern. I was also informed that since my order is almost ready to be shipped, I cannot cancel or alter it. It has been 17 days, and I still have no information, cannot cancel the order, haven't received my refund, and have no shipping details as promised. This lack of communication led me to contact the two assistants only through the application. I demand a response!

I ordered [redacted] pcs of face masks from Wish, the total cost was $18.05 plus $10 for quicker shipping. The original delivery date was April 8th to April 10th, but it has been postponed to April 25th. Today is April 25th, and they have delayed it further to May 10th. I have paid for several items to be delivered to me with specific dates given. However, I've been informed that these items may not arrive until June. I am worried because I haven't received a tracking number and some of my mail has already been delivered to my neighbor. I cannot wait for two months to find out if my items were misplaced or stolen. REFUND FOR AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF [redacted] Good morning, Yesterday, I emailed you explaining that you charged €46 to my card on 22nd April [redacted] for a purchase I did not make. If I do not receive a response from you today, I will report you for fraud tomorrow. On a previous occasion, you sent me an order that I did not request. I simply added some items to my cart without placing an order. You seem to conduct fraudulent business practices with the data collected from just one purchase. I will also report this to the police as there are data protection laws in place to prevent the use of data without customer consent. Many people have shared similar experiences online, and I have followers on social media whom I will inform about this situation to potentially make it go viral. I demand that you refund the €46 charged to my card. I also request that you deactivate my account and delete my personal information from your records. I would like to request assistance from Wish regarding an issue with a promo code. I recently received an email offering me a 10% discount on my next order with Promo Code "WISHNEWBIE". I proceeded to make a purchase of 4 items totaling $[redacted], expecting to apply the promo code at checkout. However, during checkout, I discovered the promo code was only valid for the first order, which I had already used on a separate $2 tool kit. I believe I should be able to apply the promo code to my $[redacted] order as intended. My Order ID is 5ea64ce97cd7ac1e3f5f0b79, with a subtotal of $[redacted].61. Using the promo code would reduce the total to $[redacted].43. I placed the order in hopes that Customer Service could assist in applying the discount. I placed an order on wish.com on April 1st. A few weeks later, I received the pants I ordered, which had a picture of Gene Simmons on them. However, I have yet to receive the Kiss green shirt and Gene Simmons hoodie that I also ordered on the same day. Despite my efforts to contact Wish through their 1-[redacted] number, I have not been able to get any assistance as they are not taking phone calls currently. I recently canceled some orders but later resubmitted them. I encountered issues when ordering for my grandchildren as the refund process started happening repeatedly. I re-entered the order for the grandchildren, but the same reimbursement occurred. I am not certain if the item was out of stock. Additionally, I received a request to provide a copy of my bank statements for my last order, which made me uncomfortable as I am cautious about sharing personal information online. I complied and submitted a copy of my ID as requested. I hope this resolves any concerns. I simply want to reorder masks for my grandchildren and my other son's family smoothly, without any further complications. Ordering gifts for loved ones should not be so troublesome for parents and grandparents.
