On February 10th, I placed an order and received 2 items, but the last one, scheduled to arrive on April 7th, did not arrive. Today, I contacted customer service and they canceled the order, but that was not my intention. I waited almost 2 months for the item. I want the item, not a refund. The order number is 5e41b3d95296ab5821cffe57. They told me they have resolved my issue, but I want the order, not a refund. Please, I hope this can be resolved as I do not think it's fair. Thank you.

Hola, necesito ayuda con un producto que ordené. El 24 de enero hice mi pedido del trompeta Si bemol de latón con chapado de fósforo para golf. En un principio me indicaron que la entrega sería el 25 de marzo, pero luego cambiaron la fecha para el 9 de abril. Ahora, revisando hoy 9 de abril, la han cambiado nuevamente para el 24 de abril. No deseo esperar más y preferiría recibir un reembolso. Agradezco su pronta respuesta. Gracias.

I have not yet received my order from Wish, even though the tracking information indicates it was delivered. The UPS tracking shows it was sent to the wrong address that originated from Amazon, not the one I provided. I kindly request a replacement for my order as soon as possible. I would appreciate your prompt assistance with this matter. I have an issue with Wish that they are not fixing or helping me with. I've informed Wish multiple times about this problem. I ordered 2 drones and they were shipped to addresses different from mine. The first Holy Stone HS230 Mercury 3 was sent to [redacted] River Road, Sutherland, VA [redacted], while I live at [redacted] Hart Road, Sutherland, VA [redacted]. The second one, a Holy Stone HS700D Drone GPS Brushless 5G 800M WIFI FPV 2K Camera Full HD GPS RC Drone, was mistakenly shipped to Virginia Beach, VA, where I do not reside. I'm frustrated at the lack of assistance and the automated responses I've received. I want either the correct drones I ordered or a full refund. I was not aware that my orders were coming from China through Wish. I have spent $[redacted] on items I needed for the current crisis a month ago but have only received one item so far. The lack of transparency regarding the source of the packages is concerning, especially during this time. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received any responses from Wish. I urgently require detailed information about orders from China and assistance with tracking my items. Currently, Wish is offering a 50% discount and delivery within 10-12 days, which was not previously available to me. It is crucial that they provide clarity about China orders amidst this crisis. I am considering escalating this matter if I do not receive a response soon. #wishitemsarefromchina

Dear Sir, I am writing to address an issue I've encountered with an order I placed on Wish.com. Recently, I purchased an infant thermometer, however, most of my order has been refunded without explanation. The processing time keeps getting extended, and it has now been over 11 days since the order was placed. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with information about why this is happening. I am quite frustrated at the moment because the item I have been waiting for for two months has been refunded without my consent. I simply wanted to inquire about the status of my order, not cancel it. I have no desire to re-order and endure another lengthy waiting period. Dear Wish Customer Service, I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have even recommended Wish to many members of my congregation. Lately, however, I have encountered some issues with receiving my packages. Unfortunately, my home was broken into around the time a delivery was expected. Additionally, the Crowley Post Office was closed on a day when the tracking showed a package had been dropped off. I live in a gated property with 24/7 surveillance, making it impossible for deliveries to be made if the gate is closed. I have not been able to place any orders for several weeks now. Despite providing my bank statement, ID, and even additional documents like my credit card and police reports of the break-ins, I am still unable to shop. Wish informed me that once they received this information, I could resume shopping, but it has been three months without any progress. I continue to follow up every few days but have not received an update. I am eager to start shopping again and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Utilizzando una carta virtuale con l'importo di [redacted],64 euro, ho ripreso a riempire il carrello questa sera. Mentre cercavo di calcolare le spese di spedizione, ho accidentalmente avviato un secondo pagamento. Dopo aver consultato la banca, ho scoperto che il primo carrello non è stato pagato, nonostante sembrasse saldato. Vorrei recuperare il primo carrello e bloccare il secondo (già pagato) poiché non ero ancora sicuro dell'acquisto. I received four out of the multiple items I ordered from Wish. Unfortunately, one of the items doesn't fit, is poorly made, and doesn't match the description. Wish claims they have delivered everything as promised. While the prices are low, the shipping charges seem excessively high, especially for small items. It feels like they are overcharging on shipping to offset the low product prices. Not being able to contact a customer service representative regarding these issues is very frustrating. I would like a refund for the unsatisfactory item or to receive a replacement.

Hello, I encountered an issue with Wish regarding an unauthorized transaction on my credit card. Despite my attempts to contact their customer service, I am unable to send a response. I noticed a payment of [redacted].00 CHF plus 3.15 CHF processing fees made to Wish on 20.02.[redacted] or 21.02.[redacted], which I did not authorize as I do not have a Wish account or the app. The lack of details on my statement regarding this transaction and the absence of an order number concerns me. I demand clarification on what was purchased and who placed the order to rectify this misunderstanding promptly. Gabrijel Wish Support reached out requesting further evidence to progress with the investigation. I shared images of my credit card statement as proof. In the meantime, I have taken precautions by notifying my credit card company and blocking the card. I have been waiting for my undelivered order for 4 months now. Initially, I was informed I could choose to receive a refund in Wish Cash or the original payment card. Opting for Wish Cash, the issue was marked as resolved, although the Wish Cash hasn't appeared in my account. Despite numerous attempts to address this, I am frustrated as a loyal customer who has previously spent a significant sum on Wish. While a support agent mentioned refunding the amount to the old payment card, it was deactivated long ago, so no refund was received. Insisting on Wish Cash, I request the refund to be correctly processed onto my account or I can provide my new card details for the transfer. The latest agent stated the refund cannot be issued in Wish Cash, contradicting previous information. I demand my refund promptly; I refuse to bear the loss due to system errors and unhelpful customer support. Please resolve this matter promptly.

I didn't receive all the discounted items in my order, such as the backpack, faux fur blanket, nail kit, and sharp pens that were priced at $0.50 each. Also, the wigs I ordered were supposed to be $15 and $7, totaling $22, but my order ended up costing $65 due to shipping. I'm confused about the total amount I paid and what I was charged for. It's disappointing not to receive the great deals promised. I'm upset about the high shipping costs and the long delivery time until May. Could you please clarify the breakdown of the charges, including shipping, and explain why I didn't get any of the $0.50 items?-awaiting your response anxiously.

I placed an order for an 11.6-inch tablet on April 6, [redacted]. I received an order confirmation with order number # 5e8be[redacted]cf1228c57060 and a promised delivery date of April 20, [redacted]. After multiple inquiries without a tracking number, I contacted Wish customer service on April 17, [redacted]. The assistant informed me that my refund was approved and it would be returned to my PayPal account in 14 days. I am disappointed that the order was canceled without my consent. I placed an order for a speaker on Wish with expected delivery by March 11, [redacted]. Despite checking online and seeing it marked as delivered, the package was not at my doorstep. Wish claimed it was delivered to a different address where it was not received either. I contacted UPS who mentioned an address, [redacted], but they had no record of my package. Only a FedEx package arrived, containing the speaker box but not the speaker itself. I suspect a mix-up or a scam as I have yet to receive the speaker. I've tried contacting Wish since March 11, but I'm repeatedly told to wait 1 to 3 business days for a response, which has not happened. I'd like to either have the speaker delivered, receive a refund, or get a replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, my wish.com email was hacked, and I cannot access it anymore. I need assistance retrieving the barcode to collect my items from the store. Good morning, On April 2, [redacted], I placed an order on Wish, as confirmed by my bank notification from Fineco - SMS Gratuito. The transaction amount was 59.0 EUR for WWW.WISH.COM. However, when checking my notifications in the following days, I only saw 2 products from a different order made on the same date. Since the payment went through and it was a significant amount, I'd like to know why my order seems to have disappeared. Before contacting the Consumer Association, please explain why it's not showing up in my order history.
