I have enjoyed shopping on wish.com and have spent a significant amount of money there. However, after being asked to provide bank statements and an ID, which I did, I was still unable to shop on the site. Now, after being asked for bank statements again, I am concerned about the security of my private information. I have already faced issues with my debit cards being compromised after sending you the requested information. I am hesitant to risk my financial data and security again. I have fulfilled the requirements asked of me, and I am seeking clarity on when I will be able to resume shopping on your site without compromising my sensitive information.

Tengo un producto, un teléfono móvil, que compré en febrero y aún no se ha procesado. Quiero la devolución del dinero de ese teléfono y de otros productos que también están pendientes. Estoy teniendo problemas con el pago, me cobraron 9 € sin razón aparente. He enviado mi DNI y número de cuenta por correo electrónico, pero no obtengo respuesta. Quiero que me devuelvan el dinero del teléfono y solucionen estos problemas. Llevo mes y medio esperando y todavía no se ha procesado mi pedido. Necesito ayuda urgentemente.

On September 9, [redacted], I placed three orders on Wish totaling $[redacted].73. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by call and messages, I have not received any responses. I recently discovered that my orders were processed by HandTrimFood.com, which seems to be a fraudulent site. I have tried reaching out to [redacted], but my messages have gone unanswered. I typically shop on Wish regularly, but now I am concerned. I made the payments using my Visa card. Please assist me in resolving this issue as every dollar counts, especially during these challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am incredibly frustrated. I ordered a Steeler Jacket in size large, but upon receiving it yesterday, it was clear it would not fit a man over 6 ft tall. I attached a picture showing the 'L' sticker on the jacket as proof. Despite writing multiple times, I keep getting responses saying they can't locate the number. I replied to two emails before realizing it was useless. I made the purchase through PayPal, and the transaction ID is 5e725efeb3d01b[redacted]84. Can I simply return it to the address on the bag? This experience has been disappointing. While I've received incorrect items before, they were cheap. However, this jacket cost $28. I seem to be struggling to convey my concerns effectively. At 75 years old, I'm on the verge of tears. The confusion between it being too small or too large only adds to the frustration. I've spent the whole day trying to sort this out. Please, I need assistance.

Bidet, I wanted to order on WISH, the price is 38 - 39 euros. I found this bidet in the Netherlands for 14 euros and they deliver it for free at home. I am afraid to order on WISH because the prices are much higher compared to the Netherlands, which already has high prices. Another problem is, if I buy a light bulb where only the shipping costs 3 euros, I put 12 bulbs in the cart and for each bulb, 3 euros are added. It is not normal to pay for shipping 11 times. I am disappointed with WISH. When it comes to payment and refunds, it's okay. Many people order through webshops because they are cheaper, but the prices are double or triple here compared to stores on WISH. Have a nice day.

Ronald Ross Mar 31, 07:59 PDT A month ago, you asked me to confirm the receipt of some items which extended the reception period. This morning, I confirmed not receiving an item I have been waiting for over a month. Instead of refunding to my credit card, you processed a Wish Cash refund. I have been trying for over a week to track the delivery of the golf clubs I bought a month ago, but it's impossible to track and reach the seller. The website is sometimes not user-friendly for tracking. Although I have made several purchases on your site, I realize it's challenging to track them. I might need to slow down my purchases on your site until I can confirm the receipt of items before continuing. Please confirm the delivery status of some ordered items that have not yet been delivered. A concerned customer.

Hello, I recently placed an order # 5e677f79da4ce47047f48084 which included a tool set for pick up at Cafe Noir. The set was canceled, and I received a refund. I had a question about a 256GB USB-C USB-3 pen drive for store pick up, but my order was mistakenly canceled. I reached out to support, but the new link provided did not work. I ordered a laptop from Wish and received a UPS tracking number. The tracking information showed that my package was delivered to my town but not to my actual address. I contacted UPS and they confirmed they had a package with my tracking number but it wasn't addressed to me. Despite the correct shipping information, the package has not reached me even though it's marked as delivered. The customer service team asked me to wait, but I need the correct tracking number to locate my package. They mentioned they won't correct the issue because the status shows delivery. This is frustrating as I have more orders on the way from Wish. I feel helpless without a direct contact number to talk to a representative.

Goehringer [redacted] N 7th St Apt 2 Grand Junction, Colorado [redacted] USA I ordered a Chromebook from Wish.com, but it was not delivered to my address as stated yesterday at 9:01 AM. The UPS tracking number (1Z1480AE[redacted]) indicated it was delivered to the wrong address. Despite contacting UPS, they were unable to assist as they claimed my details did not match. Upon further investigation at the local UPS store, it was revealed that my package was sent to Capital Book & Wellness at [redacted] Chipeta Ave. in Grand Junction, Colorado. Despite visiting the warehouse and speaking to Caitlin, they could not locate my package. Now, UPS is saying the shipper is Amazon, not Wish.com, and my address was incorrectly listed for Capital Book & Wellness. I am seeking a refund as I did not receive the package. Please refund my payment. UPS claims the package was sent to Capitol Books & Wellness, not to me. Wish.com support needs to acknowledge that I did not receive the package and arrange for a refund. Thank you.

We never signed up for Wish.com, but we were still charged on our credit card. Please cancel this unauthorized charge. We are based in Washington DC and have the necessary contacts. We are reaching out to the US Attorney General's Office, the Florida State Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission. This situation has escalated, especially since it involves an individual over 60, which could be seen as elder abuse. Taking advantage of someone in this manner is a serious offense.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with an order I received on 14/12/19, which was a kettle. There was initially a slight issue with the delivery date, but it was quickly resolved. However, when I tried to use the kettle to make hot drinks for my family, it didn't turn on. Upon inspection, it appears that the pins connecting the kettle to the base are stuck and not functioning. I attempted to reach out to customer service, but after completing the form, I received a message stating I could not open another ticket for this item, leaving me unsure if my issue will be addressed. I'm disappointed that the kettle only lasted around 5 months and that I am now out £20. I hope you can look into this matter promptly. Thank you, Steve H.

I recently placed an order for a laptop on wish.com with Order ID 5e72e60dacb9c[redacted]b3cc. The tracking number provided is 1Z[redacted][redacted]. I verified that the shipping details I provided are correct: Sunshine Manderle [redacted] Cape Horn Road Concrete, WA [redacted] However, when I tracked the package, it showed delivered to Concrete, WA, even though UPS did not deliver it to my address. Upon contacting UPS, they confirmed having a package with the same tracking number, but it was addressed to a different recipient. It seems there might have been an error either in the tracking number provided by wish.com or in the delivery process itself. I kindly request Wish to rectify this issue promptly and ensure that I receive the correct tracking information and the product I purchased. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a purchase for three items together, but only received two. The third item was returned by the postal service due to an undeliverable address. Even though my account shows it was delivered on Feb 22 with an insufficient address, I never got it. I've been emailing Wish since the end of February after they confirmed the item was returned and promised a refund in 14 days. It's now been 6 weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. The order number is 5e47945fef9d40ceaacd2c66. While I understand the challenges with Covid-19, it's frustrating that they quickly took my payment but are taking so long to return my money.

I recently received a tracking number from Whis for my shipment. However, when I tracked the package, I noticed that it was out for delivery but to a location three hours away from me. I contacted UPS and found out that Whis had provided the wrong tracking number. I tried to reach out to Whis to resolve the issue but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the item I ordered at a discounted price is now full price, and I feel frustrated about not being able to communicate with anyone about this mix-up. I hope they can rectify the situation soon.

Please respond promptly. I am Stephanie Fernandes, and I encountered an issue with my order. I originally requested 2 coats but received 3. The 2 coats I wish to keep are too large, so I require smaller sizes in both the army green and khaki coats. I need a return label for the coats that do not fit. Additionally, the shoe and clothing rack I received is missing several pieces, which I would appreciate being sent to me.
