I have only received one of the 13 items I ordered from Wish.com. I placed these orders on January 23rd, 24th, 25th, etc. The arrival dates were supposed to be between February 16th-20th, and today is the 27th with only one item arriving on the 19th. I was told by support that if my items didn't arrive by February 27th, I could request a refund. However, when I contacted them today, they mentioned delays are out of their control. I would like refunds for my outstanding items. Thank you.

I ordered a watch as a birthday gift for a friend but now it won't arrive until March. Initially, it was supposed to come by Feb 25-27 but got delayed. This has happened to me before with items not being as expected. The store usually takes care of issues promptly, but this time it's disappointing. I noticed a charge on my bank account today, February 29, [redacted], from wish.com. My checking account shows a purchase made on February 27, [redacted], for $87.50 under my husband's credit card, not authorized by us. I, Karen Merrell, did not place any order. I need assistance in resolving this matter and having the amount credited back to his account. The transaction can be verified on my bank statement, confirming that we did not make any order. I need assistance with canceling all my orders. Regrettably, I used my father's credit card without permission to make these purchases, resulting in a report to the bank and the authorities. I have tried to initiate a return for the items, but encountered a payment issue. After providing my bank statement as proof of the transactions, I was informed that a response would be sent to my email, which has not yet occurred. Time is running out as the bank has given me a month to return the items for a refund. Your help in resolving this urgent matter would be greatly appreciated. My credit card was fraudulently used on Wish. I received a call from the bank stating that I owe nearly [redacted] euros. When I explained that I did not make these purchases and reported it as fraudulent, they advised me to file a report with the police. It turns out my son was the one who stole my card to buy these items online, and the police are now involved. They mentioned he could face jail time unless the items are returned. I have already submitted evidence of the fraudulent transactions but have yet to receive a response. Please rectify this payment issue promptly.

I was charged for an order that was not confirmed. I was only checking the total and the order was placed without my confirmation. Now, I see a pair of jeans being processed on March 25th that I want to cancel and get a refund for. This order was not authorized by me and my bank is aware. Please refund the money for the jeans back to my account. Thank you.

I have not yet received this item, and Wish keeps extending the expected arrival date, now for the 4th time. I am requesting a refund. I am hoping for some follow-up, as I keep getting redirected to a paid site to answer my questions. My email is m*laniek*mly@*utlook.fr (all lowercase). Thank you.

I ordered a product from wish.com and received an email saying it was delivered. However, there was an error in the address provided by wish.com, causing UPS to deliver it to the wrong address in Butler. I contacted UPS, but they are unable to deliver it to me unless wish.com provides the correct address. Unfortunately, the customer service at wish.com doesn't seem to understand the situation. I've exhausted all my options and just want my paid-for product delivered to me. The hot tub I ordered is currently at the wrong address in Butler, Kentucky. I have been a loyal wish.com customer for a long time. Recently, they requested my bank statements for no apparent reason. Despite providing the requested information, I later discovered fraud on my debit card, prompting Citizen's Bank to contact me. After resolving the issue with online shopping, wish.com charged me $98 for a phone call with their support team. However, I am still unable to shop on their website. I am hopeful that after paying for the support call and getting my debit card replaced, I can continue shopping on wish.com. I currently have items in my wish cart that I'd like to purchase.

I recently received my order, which totaled around $[redacted]. However, there were some issues with the items I received. Instead of one of each item, some were duplicated, and three wigs in black were sent instead of blonde, which doesn't match my hair color. I cannot use the black wigs and would appreciate receiving the blonde ones. I'm unsure if there is a current special pricing for these items, but I hope to receive the correct wigs at the same price. I recently placed an order, but one of the items, a camping toilet, was out of stock and I wasn't aware. However, it seems there are other items pending for shipment, like a radar detector and a camping chair, totaling $[redacted]. I have difficulties with learning and might not have realized the total cost. This situation has depleted my bank account as I am on SSI, so I urgently require a refund for the full amount if possible.

Good morning, this will be the last time I write to you before I will no longer use your services for future orders. I would like to point out that I am still waiting for four out of the eleven items I ordered from you that were not fulfilled during the daily offers. I am unsure about the refunds I am awaiting. The last two orders have not yet arrived, one is shown as delivered but it is two USB sticks that I have not received ("type c micro sd tf" from the shop "nicedayforyouryshop" delivery by 16/02- 24/02 -02/03) and the other one ("[redacted] new 3.5mm Wi....9" delivery by 23/02- 09/03). I recently ordered some home cameras from your company. However, they were shipped to my previous address at 14 Cardinal Lane, Pine Knot, KY [redacted] while I was in the process of moving. The UPS delivery person attempted to deliver the cameras twice, but no one was available to receive them, so they were returned to the sender, Wish. I have been attempting to contact customer service for assistance but have not been successful. In November [redacted], my computer was infiltrated, and unauthorized purchases were made on Wish totaling $10,[redacted].85. Despite my efforts to immediately cancel the orders before shipment by email, Wish proceeded to ship numerous packages. I promptly returned all packages unopened to the senders, as I never placed these orders. It has been over 60 days since I started requesting a refund from Wish. I have no access to my Wish account details or order numbers. I have acted in good faith by returning all items, and I am simply seeking the fair return of my money. I am seeking resolution from Wish to refund my money totaling over $10,[redacted]. They assured me a refund within 14 days, yet it has been more than 60 days. Despite my efforts, Wish continuously sent unordered items which I promptly returned to the senders, including packages from China and one without a return address. Despite my pleas, Wish ignored my requests to cease shipping items. I have repeatedly asked for my rightful refund, but Wish only responds with promises of a 14-day return that has not materialized. I urgently need assistance to address this issue. I have returned all shipped items and demand that Wish lawfully returns the funds they owe me. Please process my refund. I am not aware of the order numbers. Multiple unauthorized orders were placed on my behalf by someone who gained access to my AMEX card information. Despite my pleas to cancel these shipments, Wish proceeded with delivering over $10,[redacted] worth of items I did not authorize. I reported this to the police. Wish assured me a refund within 14 days, but it has been over 60 days now. I am concerned about Wish's intentions. I have tried contacting Wish via email but they keep requesting order numbers I do not possess. Wish should have this information as they shipped the items. Please review your records. I recently placed an order on your website for a dress and a few other items amounting to $[redacted]. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the total cost was much higher than advertised due to excessive postage charges on individual items. I promptly tried to cancel my order within an hour of purchase but was informed it had already been shipped, contradicting your stated 8-hour refund policy. To make matters worse, the shipping address was incorrect, even though I had updated it before checkout. The lack of transparency and customer service in this transaction is concerning and unacceptable. I intend to report this fraudulent behavior to the relevant authorities to prevent others from falling victim to such practices.
