I placed an order on December 25th with an expected delivery date of January 3rd, which has not been met. When I inquired about it, I was told there may be delays due to weather and the delivery was rescheduled for today, yet it has not arrived. I need clarification on whether my order will be delivered or information on how to request a refund. It seems like a scam as the products have not arrived. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter.

Hello, My name is Bianca Piper and I have encountered two issues with my Wish orders. Firstly, I received a wall sticker with half of the writing missing. Secondly, my second order is being shipped to my old address, despite providing the correct address in my first order. When I check my account, the old address doesn't even appear. This mix-up is causing some of my orders to go to the wrong location. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to ensure my future orders are delivered correctly. Thank you, Bianca Piper

My name is Nancy Morrissey, and I reside at [redacted] N Bush St, Santa Ana, CA [redacted]. Unauthorized orders were made today using my credit card details. I have cancelled my credit card due to this fraudulent activity. Please cancel any orders placed today and within the last week. It seems the culprit picks up the deliveries from my front door, taking advantage of the fact that we are handicapped and need to wait for my son to bring them inside.

On December 18th, I placed an order for gifts to be delivered in late January and mostly in February. I was optimistic about the delivery dates provided, anticipating that at least some gifts would arrive on time. Unfortunately, today when I checked my account, I noticed that the delivery dates for 7 out of the 10 items have been changed. I tried reaching out to Wish through their website's questions section without success. Even my colleagues who were eagerly waiting with me are now hesitant to order from Wish due to these issues. Waiting up to 2 months for items in this technological age seems excessive. My colleagues recommended using Takealot instead, as they have quicker delivery times. I just want the items I paid for. Can anyone help with this situation?

I received the purse I ordered, but it's too big for me. I need a smaller one and would like a refund for this item. I am struggling to find where to return it for my refund. I attempted to contact support, but didn't get a resolution. They requested a picture of the purse from my camera, and although I took the picture, I am having trouble pasting it due to limited computer skills. I want to avoid getting a lawyer involved as it seems to be the only other option, which incurs charges. I wish there was a more user-friendly support system in place.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my checking account from your company. I did not make any orders with you, and I want this issue resolved promptly. I have already informed my bank about this fraudulent activity billed through Klarna. Klarna has no record of any approved charge from me and advised me to contact you, but unfortunately, I couldn't find a phone number to reach out to you. I accidentally ordered an item and promptly canceled due to an app error. The company assured me via email that I would receive a refund this week, acknowledging my health issues and financial strain. However, my bank shows the order is still pending, and the refund process needs more time. I urgently require the funds, and it's crucial for me to get the promised refund promptly. The misinformation received only adds to my worries about my financial responsibilities, including the risk of losing my home.

I ordered three smart watches with phone capabilities from Walmart for $[redacted].00 each three weeks ago but have not received them yet. Additionally, I purchased two kitchen wall plaques for $25.00 each and have also not received them. I paid for all items with my credit card. I have been in contact with customer support, but they keep directing me to a site where I have to pay again, which is frustrating. I just want to know the status of my orders and when they will arrive.

On February 7th, I added multiple items to my cart to determine shipping costs before making a decision. After placing an order, I realized all items were in one order. I sent an email requesting cancellation but received a response saying it would be reviewed in 2-3 business days. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].93 on my credit card but cannot find details of the items. I am concerned about not being able to view shipping costs before ordering. If there is a way to check shipping charges before purchase, please advise.

I have been attempting to reach out to Wish for almost a month regarding an order that I never placed and was charged almost $[redacted] for. Despite sending numerous emails, I have not received any responses. Additionally, two items I ordered around Christmas arrived broken, and out of the three pairs of shoes I ordered, only one was delivered. Strangely, my account shows no record of any orders, despite having several packaging slips. The shipping charges are excessive considering items are shipped together. Furthermore, I am unable to afford the return shipping costs and unsure where to send the items. This situation is frustrating as Wish has failed to address any of my concerns, and I am considering legal action.

I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I contacted customer support for assistance in tracking my order, but instead of providing more help, they informed me that I would be receiving a refund. I did not request a refund; I explicitly asked for assistance in tracking my order. I am frustrated with this situation and the handling of my inquiry. I simply want the item I purchased, which should have arrived by now. I did not authorize the cancellation of my order or request a refund. I paid for the item and expect to receive it.

I received my cell order on December 24th after ordering it on December 16th. I specifically ordered an unlocked Apple 6 scratch and dent phone, but I received a locked device instead. I contacted Apple and Verizon, but unfortunately, no one was able to assist me. I returned the phone to your facility on January 21st, and it was received on January 28th. It has been 16 days since then, and I have not received a credit yet. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and will take serious action if this matter is not resolved promptly. I have been a loyal customer to Wish for some time, but this experience has made me question your reliability. I have already informed my lawyer about this issue and insist on a resolution soon. Hello, I made an error with my order last night, which totaled $[redacted].40. I quickly tried to cancel it twice and have been attempting to reach out all day without any luck. About a month ago, I placed an order using my wife's credit card for items needed for my work as Mickey ELO, shared under our two names. After receiving a refund notification without requesting it due to the credit card not being in my name for security reasons, I reordered the items using the same credit card. The current order is for night vision equipment essential for my upcoming job as a freelance private investigator, needed urgently by next Thursday. However, the item may not arrive on time at a reasonable price which affects my work and earnings. Despite using the same credit card previously without issue, this situation has occurred twice. As there is no phone number for direct contact with Wish, the lack of communication regarding the refund or order complications has caused inconvenience. I seek assistance to ensure I receive the item I purchased and avoid any further issues with the transaction.

I am still awaiting for the refund that was withdrawn from my account. I do not wish to have it placed on my Wish account. Instead, I would like it to be returned to my checking account from where it was originally taken. Contrary to what was mentioned, I did not place an order in January. It's been a while since I last ordered from Wish, with my previous order being a decorated rolling pin. The shipping address for this order is [redacted] 46th St, Lubbock, TX [redacted] and not my previous address from around four years ago.

I encountered an issue with Wish.com's promotion where they offer items for $0.50, causing confusion on my credit card statement. Upon seeing an $80 charge, I contacted my credit card company to dispute it, resulting in the payment being upheld as valid based on my previous statement. Consequently, my account got restricted. Wish.com requested my bank statement, which I promptly provided. Even after that, they informed me they couldn't unlock my account and directed me to their policies page, a lengthy document that I find challenging to comprehend. Despite multiple emails seeking clarification on when my account will be restored, I have not received a response. Any assistance with resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I purchased 11 black crosses with 3 rings. I also ordered Fashion Men's [redacted] Silver / 24K Gold Christian Cross Pendants with Diamond Stainless Steel Vintage Byzantine Chains. While I received 2 rings, I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. The 13 watches I bought are not what I expected, and the colors don't match. I need to receive the correct items that I paid for. I will double-check the website to see if there are any updates regarding my order.

I have encountered issues with the service every time I order during the daily sale. I am continuously refunded for items I purchase, even when no one else has ordered them. It is frustrating to have my money returned when I have placed multiple orders for limited-time offers. I suggest that the deals be removed once purchased to prevent these problems and the lengthy refund process that follows. I'm Juana Hill Capers, and I am requesting a full refund to my card. I have had multiple negative experiences with the items purchased from your store. The ring I bought changed colors and faded, and the necklaces did the same. Additionally, the Play seas I purchased did not grow as advertised. I find your pricing misleading, and the quality of the products disappointing. I insist on receiving a refund for all the purchases I made. I recently made several purchases totaling over $[redacted] on your website. I relied on your sizing chart for guidance but found it to be inaccurate. Despite ordering 4XL based on your chart, items did not fit and were returned with photos as proof. Among the missing items are 7 out of 8 pieces of jewelry, boots, and a sweater. I've contacted my bank for refunds on three orders of $40, $30, and $28, which were initially reimbursed but later withdrawn from my account. I am dissatisfied with the mismatched products compared to your advertised images. I am seeking a refund for the returned items and the missing merchandise promptly.
