Hello, my name is Traci Sandoval. I placed an order for hair extensions on my debit card on December 10. Unfortunately, only one out of the seven hair extensions I ordered was received. I tried reaching out via Fredrick Nightingale's account, but there was a misunderstanding possibly due to using my laptop. The order is not showing up on my laptop but only on my debit card statement. I invested a significant amount in this purchase and would like to receive the correct items. Could you please assist me in getting the correct hair extensions? Thank you. Dear Concerned Party, I am currently experiencing issues understanding my account statement regarding orders and refunds. I have attached a screenshot of my account history for clarification. List of refunds: -Sept. 30, [redacted]: $0.50 -Sept. 30, [redacted]: $0.47 -Oct. 24, [redacted]: $3.00 -Nov. 06, [redacted]: $0.77 -Dec. 10, [redacted]: $0.66 -Dec. 10, [redacted]: $2.17 -Dec. 16, [redacted]: $0.81 -Jan. 21, [redacted]: $2.16 Total refunds amount to $10.54, yet my current Wish cash balance is only $3.13. I seem to have a missing balance of $7.41 which I cannot account for. There is also an issue with not receiving ordered products and partial refunds. I placed an order on December 30, [redacted], and have received everything except for a pair of dragonfly earrings. Another order was made on January 8, [redacted], which included various items like [redacted] pieces of .[redacted] silver wire earrings, 2 pieces of 24K gold chains (24 inches each), [redacted] pieces of transparent glass rounds cabochons, and 5 pieces of .[redacted] sterling silver 6mm chains (24 inches each). I have not received any of these items and have not received any updates about them. This has never happened to me with Wish before, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. I recently ordered a phone that never arrived, and I wanted a refund through PayPal. Dealing with Wish's customer service has been frustrating. Despite receiving low-cost items, bundling several in one shipment seems unfair, considering the shipping fees paid per item. Although I understand the challenges faced by workers fulfilling orders, the service provided does not justify the poor quality of the items. Requesting a refund through PayPal was met with difficulty, as my account details were supposedly mixed up, and my Wish profile disappeared. This situation has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied with Wish. I feel it's best to stop using their services moving forward.

I placed an order on January 4th with 3 items, 2 from the same seller. I paid shipping of $4.00 for each of the 2 items, and also paid for shipping on the third item. Originally, the estimated delivery dates were January 29th for the two items with just shipping charges, but that changed to February 5th. The paid item, originally set for January 27th, now shows February 3rd as the estimated delivery date with no updates on its shipment status. The two items with shipping charges have been in transport by USA airlines since January 25th. If the deliveries do not arrive on the rescheduled dates, a refund for the shipping costs would be helpful, as contacting Wish for more information has not been successful. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently ordered an item from Wish, but it took so long to arrive that I decided to cancel the order and received a refund. However, I reordered the same item yesterday, and it is still in the processing stage. Surprisingly, today I received the initial order in the mail after a 3-month delay. Since I now have two of the same items, I want to cancel the second order, but Wish is not allowing me to do so. I plan to refund the money for the second order, which they had previously refunded me for the first order.

It seems that there is a hold on my Wish account due to a previous issue with an accidental order and payment complications. My bank helped me resolve the payment problem, but due to not updating my new debit card information on my Wish account, a subsequent accidental order led to a freeze on my account. Despite providing the requested information multiple times, the customer support team keeps asking for the same documents repeatedly, causing frustration. Additionally, all responses from them are now in Spanish, a language I do not understand, despite my requests for communication in English. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Over two months ago, I placed an order for $77.72 worth of items and have only received 5 packs of flower seeds, which I believe I didn't order in that quantity. The seeds I did order were supposed to be free with free postage or $1. Unfortunately, there were no instructions included with them. Additionally, I received a lace shawl costing $2. This still does not account for the total amount I spent. I am concerned as this delay is holding up other orders. If I do not receive the rest of my order promptly, I will not be using WISH again. It's frustrating how quickly you take our money but seem indifferent about sending the merchandise.

I recently received a t-shirt that I did not order. It is a pink shirt with the words "Be still and know that I am God," sent to me by Tina Huang from Chongqing, China. This item is not in my purchase history, and I am unsure about the charges. I believe this was sent in error, so I am reluctant to incur return costs. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. I have attempted to reach out to a representative multiple times regarding four missing items worth over $45. Despite my patience, the expected delivery window has been altered and postponed twice, leaving me without my items. The responses I receive seem automated, and I am seeking assistance from a live person who can address my concerns. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have to take further action, including reporting concerns of theft and unethical practices, as well as disputing the charges for the undelivered items on my credit card.

I placed an order for a bike rack on 12/28/19, which cost $23.83. However, on 1/15/20, I received a packet of cheap clasps instead of the bike rack. The packing slip inside the package was meant for a customer in California, while I reside in Iowa. After contacting Wish, they agreed to provide a refund. Unfortunately, on 1/17, instead of a refund, a second charge was applied to my card. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Wish and providing evidence from my card statement, they keep mistakenly marking the matter as resolved. I am now at a loss of $47.86 for an item that I never received. Wish has been unhelpful despite providing them with all the necessary details, including my Wish transaction number 5e0793c2a368267f8c73eb5e.

On January 27th, I placed an order for 3 heart charms priced at $9.54 each. I received a confirmation email for these items and they are on the way. However, on January 28th, I also ordered 2 more "Always in My Heart" necklaces for my mom from Ura's Jewelry on Wish, costing $8.36 each, but did not receive a confirmation email for this order. The payment has been deducted from my bank account, which has left me feeling displeased. I frequently shop on Wish, and if I cannot receive these items, I would like a refund credited back to my bank account. Whenever I log in to view products, they are displayed in a foreign currency instead of American dollars. I suspect my account might have been hacked because the orders section shows items refunded that I did not order. I am a loyal customer and have made many purchases on this site. I urgently need to resolve this matter so I can shop confidently with American pricing. Can you please assist me in making sure I can see prices in American currency when I shop on your platform? I'm requesting the cancellation of all orders made by my 13-year-old son under the names Gare Bear and Gare Bare to the addresses PO Box [redacted] and [redacted] 3rd Street NE in Hazen, North Dakota. I want all orders from WISH to be canceled immediately. I will be contacting the credit card company regarding these unauthorized charges. I am K. Bradberry living at [redacted] Appletree Lane in Williamston, SC [redacted]. The Phoenix Born Again Retail store has not been open during their scheduled hours for the past 8 days. Despite their posted hours of operation from Wednesday to Saturday, 11:30 am to 6:00 pm, I have visited multiple times each day and found the store closed with no employees inside. I have been eagerly awaiting my items since I ordered them around Christmas. Unfortunately, my Wish site order history indicates that my items are being returned with only a partial refund. I expect Phoenix Born Again Retail to promptly ship my ordered items to my address and cover the shipping costs due to their lack of operation as it is not my fault, but the fault of the store.

I need assistance with a missing package. I have taken various steps to locate it, including filing a police report, contacting the post office and front desk, checking with neighbors, and searching my surroundings thoroughly. I kindly request either a refund for the undelivered order or for the item to be shipped as originally intended. I ordered five items but only received one. This situation is frustrating. The items were expected on February 6th, and it's now February 9th. The app shows no record of my order, but I'm certain I placed it. If I don't receive my stickers, phone case, bracelet, and popsocket, I will take legal action against Wish for potential theft. It's essential that I receive my items by the end of February [redacted]. I hope this issue hasn't affected others because it's unacceptable.

I am 80 years old and I ordered several hundred dollars worth of merchandise in August or September. I have written several times requesting a hard copy of my order invoice. Today, I was told I have to do it on the computer. My hands are crippled, making it difficult for me to type. The clothes in XL were too small for me as I wear a size 12. I wish to return these items. When I tried to download the return mailing address label, it would not work. Can you please send me the return label via mail? I recently placed an order on Wish and received a notification yesterday stating that I would be refunded for 8 out of the 9 items I had ordered. This was quite frustrating, and I am unsure as to why this happened. After the cancellation of most of my order, I was informed about the last item being shipped, leaving me no opportunity to cancel it in time. The item that was shipped was meant to complement one of the items that got canceled, making it unnecessary for me now. I find it unfair that almost my entire order was canceled except for one item that is useless to me without the accompanying item. I would like a refund for this final item. Thank you.
