My identity has been stolen, and my SSI debit card was used to order numerous items from your company. I have the names and one email address of the perpetrators. I am currently pressing charges and have a list of the items that were charged to my card. I want to resolve this problem quickly and need your help. These individuals need to be stopped, and you should suspend any sales dealings with them. I would appreciate any help you can provide; all information has been handed over to the police, including any other orders you have going to these individuals. I am aware that some of the orders were canceled, but several were delivered. I am requesting any and all information on this matter and demand action from your company. Thank you, Karin U.

I recently purchased charcoal tooth stain remover from Wish, but it arrived without an applicator, and the labeling was in Chinese. The product caused a severe burning sensation and made my mouth bleed. As a result, I had to go to the hospital and miss work. This is a serious issue as it could potentially lead to legal action against Wish for misrepresentation. Hello, I placed an order on October 27th, and upon arrival, I noticed a missing item - a perfume valued at [redacted] Turkish lira, along with a 70TL shipping fee, which was already debited from my bank account since I am based in Turkey. After my initial complaint, I was told the missing item would arrive within 5 business days, which has not yet happened. I recently purchased a laser that appeared to be used, even though I paid for a new one. Additionally, the batteries I ordered were drained by the laser, so I never got to use them. I specifically wanted a green laser, not a red one. I'm also missing a drill that I ordered the same day. It's almost 30 days since my purchase, and despite being told someone would call me in two days, I haven't received any calls. This has been going on since Christmas. I'm frustrated by the delay and would like to receive the items I paid for. I don't want to shop with Wish again.

I purchased Christmas gifts for my child from Wish. I received only some of the items, missing the black smartwatch, hideaway bolt, Doritos socks, black and grey leggings, a pack of scrunchies, and a ring with a stone for August. I provided my address as [redacted] Rabbit Run Rd, Vine Grove, KY [redacted]. The delivery dates keep changing, causing frustration. I am disappointed that my daughter only received two gifts before Christmas and the rest are delayed. Waiting for almost two and a half months is unacceptable. I urge the company to improve their delivery process and communicate better with customers like me. This experience has been very upsetting, and I hope for a prompt resolution.

I'm currently battling leukemia, and I placed orders on Wish in late November and early December for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I haven't received some items, and only received a partial refund of $47.50, when I'm still owed $43.60 due to issues with tracking numbers. I urgently need the remaining refund on my Visa ending in [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, I keep receiving unhelpful responses asking for more tracking numbers, which I've already provided. I'm frustrated because this ordeal is stressing me out as I fight cancer. I have evidence of my emails and transactions. The charges on December 2, [redacted] were $90.47 and an additional $1 for unknown reasons. I need assistance resolving this promptly to avoid further distress for me and my family. I am disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered a green laser, but received a broken red laser instead. Furthermore, I had to spend over $20 on batteries because the product didn't come with them. In addition to the laser, I also ordered a drill which I have yet to receive. I expect to receive the items I paid for within the 30-day period as advertised. I have been trying to resolve this issue for the past two to three weeks, but have not received any satisfactory response. I demand a refund for the batteries and the prompt delivery of the correct items. If this matter is not resolved, I will consider taking legal action. I recently received an email informing me that my account was permanently deleted without my authorization. I had pending orders, including five floor pillows of which I only received one. The rest were supposed to arrive around 1/11 but have not. I also ordered two electronics items that were allegedly shipped, but I have not received any updates. After much searching, I received a message on Facebook Messenger confirming a package was shipped, but now I cannot track it due to the deleted account [redacted] I have tried to contact customer support multiple times since 1/8, with no response. I created a new account under [redacted], but my orders are not showing. I need assistance in resolving this matter with WISH as I have paid for these undelivered items.

I am experiencing difficulties with the payment process on Wish.com. Whenever I try to make a purchase, it automatically goes to the paid status without giving me the option to choose a payment method. I had to cancel my order before due to this issue, but it still went through as paid. Despite reaching out to customer service and attempting to block Wish.com through PayPal, I am unable to select a payment method when trying to make a new purchase. This has been an ongoing problem for about 5-6 weeks with orders not being received or being cancelled shortly before the expected delivery date. I would greatly appreciate some assistance in resolving this payment issue, as I have been a long-time supporter of Wish.com and am now confused by these recent problems. Dear Sir, I am currently experiencing a stressful situation as an approximate amount of RS [redacted] has gone missing from my account. All my order history has inexplicably disappeared without any trace of transactions. I am able to provide past order emails showing refunds and placed orders that have vanished from my account history. I am extremely dissatisfied and dismayed by this sudden issue with the Wish application. I kindly request the prompt return of my funds to my account. Additionally, I urge you to investigate any potential fraudulent activity involving a change in my email address as I have never attempted to do so. I placed an order for three items on December 2nd, hoping they would arrive in time for Christmas as they were intended as gifts. One item arrived promptly, but the other two are still missing. The estimated delivery dates have been changed multiple times. I received a partial refund for one item's cost and shipping, but I am still waiting for the other refund. I have been unable to reach a real person through customer service; only automated responses asking me to wait longer. I am frustrated with the lack of direct communication. I just want a refund for the undelivered items. It seems like getting proper customer service is impossible in this situation.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service I received. The agent misunderstood my request and offered a refund instead of addressing my needs promptly. It took them more than a week to respond, which is unacceptable. I initially contacted Wish Customer Support to request a replacement USA version of the software for Android OS 8.1 or newer for Tablets, along with a replacement OTC cable that was faulty. My order number is 5df2d95e662fb7d14c8e1e90, and I received the order on 01/03/[redacted]. The tablet I received is facing compatibility and optimization issues with apps from the Google Play Store due to running a modified version of Android 8.1. I believe updating the software is the solution. Additionally, the OTC cable provided does not work due to being loose, requiring a replacement. I hope to receive the necessary assistance promptly. I purchased several items from the $.50 flash sale on Wish. Unfortunately, despite paying for the items before the timer expired, they were not processed on time and I missed out on the discounted prices. Only the items that were not $.50 went through successfully. This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed, as if it were a deceptive scheme. I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with Wish and inquire if there is a legitimate chance of actually receiving the items at the discounted rate. If so, I would appreciate guidance on ensuring timely processing for future sales. While I had to request refunds for the unfulfilled orders, the whole process was inconvenient and unsettling. I believe there should be clearer communication and a more direct way to reach out to Wish regarding such issues. I hope my feedback reaches the Wish team.

I created an account but I am unable to make any changes or proceed to checkout. My credit card is not being accepted, even though it worked for my first purchase as shown on my bank statement. I removed my card hoping to use PayPal instead, but now I have no payment method. I need assistance fixing my account so I can continue to do business on your site. I have been trying for two days and have had no success. If possible, please contact me at [redacted] to resolve this issue. I would like my account to be sorted out. If you still have access to my card information, you can use it for this transaction, but I intend to switch to PayPal afterwards. How can I delete my account, create a new one, set up PayPal, and not lose my current order? I can provide my card details over the phone if necessary.

I ordered several items from Wish and haven't received them despite contacting Wish multiple times. They advised me to wait 14 days for a full refund, but the $46.00 refund hasn't shown up in my account. After reaching out again, they mentioned it's in my Wish Cash account, but I still haven't received the full refund. Checking my Wish account, only $7.60 is there, nowhere near the expected refund amount. I haven't been able to speak to anyone live to address this issue, and Wish keeps sending me the same message about the refund being processed, which isn't the case. I'm looking for a resolution to get the entire refund back as promised, as nothing has been resolved yet.

Hello, Wish. I purchased a phone case back on December 21, [redacted]. My brother also made an order and his package, which was due to arrive on February 20th, actually arrived last week. However, I was expecting my package to arrive yesterday, but I have yet to receive it. I have reached out to your customer support multiple times but unfortunately, they have only been sending me the same unhelpful messages repeatedly. The tracking information provided is not accurate, as it currently states that I should receive my package on January 26th. Waiting for 30 days already has been quite frustrating, and now having to wait an additional six days for a phone case is becoming too much. Can you please assist with this matter? Hello, I am Monique Brideau. I placed an order for a cell phone online on December 15, [redacted]. The $71.80 payment was made using my husband's credit card, Ronald Brideau. Payment was withdrawn from our account on December 19, [redacted]. I received the cell phone on January 16, [redacted], and upon opening the box, I found everything to be in excellent condition. After inserting the memory card and charging it for 24 hours as instructed, I noticed no charging light. Thinking it might be due to the SIM card not being inserted, I took it to Rogers, my network service provider, the next day. They confirmed that the phone was non-functional. I am requesting a refund to my husband's credit card and would like to return the phone.

I placed an order for a Medieval pagan wedding hooded coat in wine red size XXXL on December 12, [redacted]. Despite having two different arrival dates, I was eventually refunded. As of now, I still have not received the item or been given an expected delivery date. Customer service informed me to reach out again if it's not here by February 18, [redacted]. The tracking number is LN[redacted]86CN. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and have been told to wait until February 18 if it doesn’t arrive sooner. The original arrival date was missed by 19 days, and the second date was for January 11, [redacted]. I've only received a partial refund, and the status shows it's still in China. I hope it arrives soon but I am losing confidence in the seller's reliability and Wish.
