In late December, I made a purchase from Wish and received emails on December 26 and 27 stating that my items would soon be shipped. However, as of January 7, I have not received anything. Is this delay normal? I'm having difficulty reaching out to customer service as the phone number is unresponsive, and emailing [redacted] only redirects me to shopping pages without assistance. I received an email from Wish stating that I requested to change my email address. I tried to change my password on the app as a safety measure but found myself logged out without the ability to log back in. Despite attempting to reset my password via the "forgot password" option, I did not receive an email with the reset link. When reaching out to customer service via email, I only received an automated response mentioning a new message on my account, which I cannot access. Although I still receive emails and notifications, I am concerned about my credit card information saved on the account. Wish has even requested refunds using my linked payment method. My main goal is to regain access to my account to remove my payment information.

I am contacting you because I made purchases that did not arrive at my address. I can only see 4 out of 9 pages of products ordered. The missing 9 pages have not appeared, so I reversed the last 22 products. Unfortunately, your bot mentioned specific dates for refunds, which caused confusion. You mentioned fraud on my account, but I have a clean record internationally. I can provide photos of the missing products via email. I appreciate a prompt response since I have encountered many issues in Chile. I have limited resources and my son's support. I would be grateful for telephone support or a contact in Chile. Hello, in December [redacted], I purchased a mobile phone from Wish. Unfortunately, I did not receive the typical order confirmation email or see it in my order history. On December 17th, $[redacted].00 was charged to my credit card. After a few days, I got the phone, but I'm disappointed with it. The product doesn't deliver the advertised benefits, it overheats, and the battery doesn't last long. I have attempted to reach out to Wish via email, but without order history, I cannot provide the requested I.D number, causing a loop. I can only provide the address on the package: 55a Anzac St, Chullora NSW [redacted], Australia. This is the only information I have. I recently canceled my order, but I am very frustrated with the lack of communication from the dealer. It has been four days, and nothing has been resolved. When I tried reaching out to customer support, I was given ultimatums instead of being able to explain my issue. Looking up the Wish phone number was also unhelpful as it just directed me back to the website where I couldn't find a solution. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be shopping on Wish again. Thank you.

I have been patiently waiting for two months for the FL Studio program that I purchased. Despite requesting a shipping refund, I have yet to receive the product. I have tried contacting support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses. The phone number provided only directs me to contact support, but the lack of responsiveness is really frustrating. It seems like once the payment is made, the company no longer cares about delivering the product. I am trying to remain patient, but the lack of customer care is beginning to upset me. Please address this matter urgently.

I noticed that the Note 10 Plus description states that the display screen size is 6.5 inches, and I selected a multicolored phone variant. However, I received a silver-colored phone with a 6-inch display instead. The display size and color discrepancy is a bit disappointing because I specifically chose the phone based on the features described, such as the larger screen size, ROM, RAM, and other features. I would like to kindly request to receive the phone with the correct screen size that I originally paid for.

I recently received 4 letters from the Australian Department of Agriculture informing me that the seeds I ordered were returned due to being a biosecurity risk. This came as a surprise since I wasn't aware of this issue. Can someone please explain why Wish allowed this purchase to proceed? I am disappointed as I've lost a significant amount of money and have nothing to show for it. I spent more than $[redacted] on this order. It is important for Wish to rectify this situation. Hello, I have reached out to Wish regarding my recent order. I purchased a newborn doll for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. When she tried to change its clothes, we discovered a hole in one arm and unraveling stitching on the other. I have sent photos of the issues, but I haven't received a response yet. Additionally, the order details for the doll have disappeared from my history. The doll cost £40, and I am looking for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

Hello, Today I noticed that my Wish account has been deleted, but I did not request this. I have orders to pick up at a pickup point, one immediately and others at the end of the month. Without the QR code, I cannot collect them, as I used to access the QR codes through my Wish account. I am at a loss and do not understand why my account was deleted. Please assist me in resolving this issue by granting me access to my account or providing a way to retrieve my orders, either the QR code or a refund. Thank you, Julie L.

I recently received an email from wish.com regarding an email change request that I did not authorize. I promptly responded to confirm that I did not request this change, suspecting an attempt to hack into my account. Additionally, I have been receiving refund requests for orders I did not initiate, while I have several pending orders that remain undelivered despite being paid for. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my Wish account as the password reset email does not arrive. I urgently need assistance in either receiving the ordered items or obtaining refunds for the purchases and delivery fees.

I attempted to reset my password a few weeks ago and now I seem to have two separate accounts on Wish. One of them contains my order history, which I urgently need to access, but unfortunately, I am unable to log into it. Both of these accounts are registered under the same email address: [redacted] Yesterday, I received a text message notifying me that an order had been delivered, yet I have not received any package.

My granddaughter made unauthorized purchases totaling $[redacted] on my credit card through the Wish app without my knowledge. I only became aware of these charges when items started arriving in the mail. Some items were opened, but most remain unopened. I want to return these items for a refund. However, since my granddaughter had access to my card information, I have already closed the account. How can I receive a refund now that the account is closed? Thank you for your help.

Numerous items that I purchased using my Banco Estado Visa card have inexplicably vanished from my order list in Chile. I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of four different orders, initially expected on December 25th, then delayed to January 1st. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any updates or packages. I am eager to receive these items and hesitant to cancel my order. However, the lack of communication is beginning to frustrate me. I placed my order about 8 hours ago and tried to change the shipping address due to a recent move. However, the app support was unhelpful and did not assist me as intended. I understand it was my oversight not updating the address earlier but within the 8-hour window, I couldn't locate the option to make the change. I need help changing the shipping address for all 4 items in my order. Despite my attempt to contact support, only one product was refunded instead of addressing my address change issue. As shipping costs are non-refundable, I wish to keep all items and update the delivery address correctly. I've exhausted my efforts within the time frame provided by researching solutions but to no avail. Please assist me in correcting the shipping address and ensuring delivery of my complete order. On January 9th, I made a purchase worth [redacted],[redacted] Colombian pesos, equivalent to approximately 64.00 USD, for a specific address. However, before requesting the shipment, I modified the address. The transaction on my card was successful, but on January 10th, without any authorization, there was another charge of approximately 66.00 USD, corresponding to [redacted],[redacted] Colombian pesos, for the same order but to the old address where I used to live. They processed two transactions for one order to two different addresses, and I need to cancel everything. I don't want to receive anything and I want a total refund for the purchase and the unauthorized transaction from Wish! What should I do?

On January 9th at 1:05pm Eastern time, I received an email from Wish with a subject line in an unfamiliar language. Surprisingly, the body of the message was in English, informing me that my account had been permanently deleted upon my request. At that moment, I was using the Wish app on my iPhone. After reading the email, I attempted to log back into the app but was unsuccessful. I want to clarify that I did not make any request to delete my account, and I am unsure of the source of this request. I promptly forwarded the email to "[redacted]," expressing that the deletion was not initiated by me. I have pending orders on Wish that have been paid for but not yet delivered. Unfortunately, I cannot access my account to track these orders. Despite this, I received a text notification today stating that one of my orders has been shipped. I am seeking assistance to restore my account to its previous state before this unauthorized deletion occurred. My Wish account is "[redacted]" I am willing to share the email notifying me about the account deletion if necessary. Please feel free to ask for any additional details.
