I placed an order for several Christmas items that were supposed to arrive before the holidays. However, the store closed four days before Christmas, causing me to miss the delivery. Now, I received messages from the store asking about refund options, but I would prefer to have the items shipped to a different address instead of a refund. Can someone help me with this situation? I placed an order for a set of rings on Wish on December 5, [redacted], with an advertised price of $16.00. However, $77.00 was withdrawn from my account. Upon canceling the order immediately due to the additional $61.00 charge, I was assured the money would be refunded. Even though $16.00 was refunded on December 9, [redacted], the $61.00 is still missing. Given the prompt cancellation, it seems unreasonable to be charged the extra money when the order hadn’t even reached the shipping department. This situation has left me feeling deceived. I reside in Ontario, Canada.

I placed an order on My Wish app, and the total charged was over $10 more than expected. The issue seemed to be with the watch being on still view. Is there a way to refund the excess amount back to the debit card used or put it as credit on the Wish account? Thank you.

Hola, quisiera obtener el número de seguimiento en Chile para identificar quién recibió mis paquetes, ya que no llegaron a mi dirección. I returned an item within the 30-day return window, sending it back on November 26th. Despite not hearing back from Wish about the refund by October 18th, I contacted Pyramid Air, where I returned the item. They confirmed refunding the money to Wish on December 14th. I have emailed Wish multiple times (about 20 times) but have only received automated responses from their customer service. The replies apologize and direct me to resolve the issue through the Wish app. As of December 31st, I am still awaiting the refund.

I've been locked out of my account for days now. Someone requested a change of email on my account, which I did not authorize. I replied to the email stating this several days ago but haven't received any help. Despite countless attempts, I'm unable to receive a password reset to [redacted] after trying ten times! Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I have important matters pending and I'm unable to take any action. This situation is extremely frustrating, and I'm considering deleting my account completely.

My account was hacked by [redacted] Three unauthorized orders were placed, and despite requesting two refunds, I have not received any assistance as my account is still being accessed by someone from the client services at Wish. I have sent multiple emails and requests to resolve this, but now I am being told that I have requested too many reimbursements, which is not true. I only want either my orders delivered or a refund for the items I have not received. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to file a complaint with the police, as my PayPal account is currently compromised, allowing the hacker to make unauthorized purchases.

I have reached out to two different sources, which seem to be automatons as they are not comprehending my issue. There was an overcharge due to your service, which has left my bank account in the negative territory. However, in order to seek further assistance, a $5.00 fee is required. As a result of the error caused by your service, there are currently no funds available. Unfortunately, contacting Wish via phone or email is not an option, making this forum the only means of seeking resolution, despite being unfruitful thus far. - D. Goldpaugh

While browsing on the wish.com app, I added items to my cart to review later. Initially, the shipping costs seemed reasonable. However, when I revisited my cart, it was empty, and I was charged for the items unexpectedly. I do not wish to keep the items and find the $50 shipping fee excessive. Despite sending numerous emails to wish.com, I have not received a response. I have received some items which remain unopened and would like to return them for a full refund totaling $78. This order was not placed by me manually.

I browsed your sale items and selected two pairs of boots to purchase. However, I encountered discrepancies in the pricing when trying to make the order. Initially, the boots were listed at $17 each, but upon checkout, they showed up as $27 each plus additional charges. Similarly, another pair showed as $16 but changed to $26 upon clicking buy. I also experienced a pricing error with bobbin clips, which were labeled as $1.79 for 36 pieces initially but switched to $1.49 at checkout. The sudden price increases and inconsistencies between the displayed and actual prices are confusing and not what I expected. While I understand different vendors may have varying prices, these discrepancies occurred within the same page and led to unexpected costs. I'm Melissa M., and I had placed an order today, but unfortunately, both items were canceled. I received a refund for one of the items. I intended to only cancel one hippie van, as I accidentally ordered two due to address issues during checkout. I want to ensure she receives both the hippie van and the keychain. I was only refunded for one hippie van but still got charged for the other, which is acceptable since I only wanted one hippie van and one keychain. Although the orders show as canceled and refunded for both items, I only received a refund for one hippie van. I hope she will get the hippie van and keychain as planned.

My fishing reel was supposed to arrive on the 26th, then the 29th, and now it shows delivery on the 31st, which is today, but the mail has passed, and I still haven't received it. Similarly, a pair of flush cut wire pliers I ordered is also two weeks late. This kind of service is disappointing. I am considering deleting my Wish account and leaving a negative review. I won't be recommending this site to others. I've been unable to find a phone number to contact a person for support; the automated system doesn't help and discourages shopping on Wish. I have reported this issue to Wish multiple times without any resolution. I placed an order on either December 25th or the 26th, but I never received a confirmation email nor does it appear in my Wish account. Despite this, $17.89 was deducted from my bank account for the order. I did not use PayPal or a different email address. The phone number associated with the charge on my bank statement is 1-[redacted]. I have been trying to address this problem with support since December 26th. I have been a loyal Wish customer for two years, so you should have my account information. Please clarify how Wish charged me without a corresponding order. The item in question was a handbag.

I recently purchased a Dot Adult German-style motorcycle helmet from Wish. My order ID is 5dfa7170d36cc28fb6b5939e. I ordered an XLarge but received a Medium instead. After contacting customer support, they initiated the return process and provided me with a return label. Unfortunately, the label I received was incomplete as it lacked a return address and tracking number. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach customer support to request a new label. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for a week now. I have always had a positive experience shopping on Wish and would appreciate assistance in obtaining a proper return label so I can exchange the helmet for the correct size. I received an email notifying me that my order, including a pair of sunglasses, a hair towel, and 10 white baseball hats, had been delivered. However, I have not received any of these items. After contacting customer service via email and providing the reference number 5de6a4613dfdc5d1aebc392f, they were unable to locate my order. Following my request, they canceled the order and refunded my debit card. If the order does arrive later, I intend to mark it as "RETURN TO SENDER" and have it sent back.

I opened the Wish app and intended just to browse, but unintentionally confirmed an order for around $[redacted] to $[redacted] which shocked me. I did not mean to make this purchase as I had only used someone else's credit card on the app before. Now, the cardholder does not have the funds, and neither do I. I want to address the issue with my multiple orders as I have not received one of them. Although a refund was issued for one product, my preference is to receive the items I ordered over a month ago. In November, I purchased three pairs of ladies' boots, but when the items arrived, they looked completely different from what was shown on the website. I contacted customer service for a return authorization to send them back and receive a refund of around $[redacted]. However, they only credited me $30 and did not provide the return authorization. Recently, while checking my emails, I discovered an accidental order for $[redacted].80 that I did not make. Given the previous issues with returning items, I want to prevent any upcoming shipments.
