I seem to be encountering an issue with my prepaid Visa card. Initially, I used it a couple of times without any problems. Then, when I tried to make additional purchases, I faced some difficulties. On one occasion, I attempted a $[redacted] transaction, and on another, I thought an order of around $[redacted] would work, only to receive a refund for one and the cancellation of the other. This has led to me being out of over $[redacted]. I genuinely wanted the items I was trying to purchase, so it's disappointing. I am puzzled as to why my card is being declined, especially when it works fine at other retailers.

Order number 5de55fbef1a62935ef2049b4 was placed and paid for on December 2nd for Christmas, yet I still haven't received anything. The delivery dates keep changing every day. I am frustrated at not receiving my items on time. I cannot cancel the order as it is always claimed to be in transit, making it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. I have left comments on FB, but no response from customer service, even though I am shouting about a scam. I am done. I had been satisfied in the past, but I will not be doing business with you again.

I am curious why you now require a copy of my bank statement. I have been a loyal customer for years and never had to provide this before. I enjoy your products and plan to order again, but I recently switched banks and do not have a current statement. Even if I did, the statement wouldn't reflect my orders because you are now requesting it upfront. Additionally, I am unsure how to update my card information. Thank you, Mary P.

Hello, I recently placed an order expecting to be charged half of the payment, $46.68, with the remainder due on 01/01/[redacted]. However, I was charged the full amount of $93.35. I've used the half-and-half payment method successfully before, so I'm puzzled why the full payment was processed. I am requesting a reimbursement for the overcharged half. I intend to fulfill my commitment by paying $47.68 on 01/01/[redacted] as agreed. Your attention to this matter and a prompt response would be greatly appreciated. I accidentally logged out of my Wish account. I made a $15 purchase and received a refund in Wish Cash due to delayed shipping. Unfortunately, I forgot the email and password associated with the account. Is there a way to refund the money to my card, retrieve my login information, or transfer the balance to my new account? My name is Isabelle Itaborahy. I created a new account, but I prefer access to my original one to retrieve the $15 spent on Wish. If it's not possible to recover the old account, could you please transfer $15 to my new account?

I received an email stating that my email address was changed, but I didn't make that change. When I tried to access my account, the information appeared to be in Russian, preventing me from deleting it. I reached out to customer service via email, but have not received a response yet. I suspect that the site may have been hacked. I have informed my payment provider not to process any additional payments. Once the account is deleted, I will create a new one.

I recently purchased 4 items from the Wish app. So far, I have only received 2 of them. Customer service informed me that I would be refunded for the missing items and could keep them if they arrived later. However, the tracking information now shows that the items were returned. This is not what I had hoped for. I really wanted those items for my daughter, and she ended up with 2 fewer gifts on Christmas morning due to this issue. Waiting two months for the items has been frustrating.

I received the following email: "Hi Marcia, You recently asked to change your email address on Wish, from [redacted] to [redacted] Please click the 'Confirm' button in the email sent to [redacted] to complete your email change request. If you did not request an email change, please let us know at [redacted]" I DO NOT wish to change my email. Do I need to close this account and start a new one?

Order # 5ddb3e9acf5761c90ceef355 I purchased 24 items in this order for store pickup. The initial expected delivery date was December 17th, then changed to December 24th. Unfortunately, the order has not been received. I would like a reshipment rather than a refund since I used a 15% discount from my points, making it difficult to reorder the items at the same discounted price. The small items sent by mail followed the specified route, but the larger items delivered by courier have gone missing. I recently made my first purchase on Wish and ordered a pocketbook with multiple color options. I specifically wanted color #17. I also ordered two sets of rings, one for women and one for men, but I wasn't able to select the sizes. I would like the women's rings to be size 8 and the men's rings to be size 10. I'm new to Wish and enjoyed shopping there, but I just wish I could choose the specific colors and sizes easily. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I placed a large order in August with a delivery date of September 1st, which was later changed to September 8th. Despite receiving only two items, I was shorted 13 rings and one bracelet. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times without any response, which is frustrating. The order totaled $66, and I am requesting a refund for the missing items as I should not pay for items I did not receive along with the shipping costs. It is disappointing to not receive any assistance over the phone. Please review my order to see the missing items and process my refund of $66 and change. Your lack of response and service is unacceptable, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I am frustrated with my recent experience shopping on your website. I spent $[redacted] on Christmas presents, but only received two $1 items. The rest of the order, including my family's gifts, did not arrive on time or at all. Despite the lack of delivery, my payment was processed correctly. Some items were even supposed to be shipped express but never arrived. This situation has left me feeling disappointed and unsupported as a customer. I will not be using this website again and request a refund to be issued back to my bank account immediately.

I am extremely disappointed. I had a significant order scheduled to arrive on 12/10, but it still hasn't shown up, and I haven't received any useful updates. This order was meant for Christmas. While I appreciate the partial reimbursement in wish bucks for some items, I would like a full refund for the entire order. Additionally, I hope to keep the wish bucks given the inconvenience I have experienced.

I placed an order for Christmas gifts for my kids but haven't received anything yet. I'm disappointed as I ordered in November before my daughter's birthday and it's now December 30th. The app shows a refund, but my money hasn't been returned. I used to enjoy using this app, but this experience has made me decide not to order from it again. I would like either my items delivered or a refund promptly.

I purchased 6 items and was charged shipping. Unfortunately, 4 main items (2 blankets, 1 coat, 1 pair of pants) are unavailable for shipping but I'm still being charged shipping for the remaining items (one pair of earrings and venetian blind cleaners). I'd like to cancel the entire order and receive a full refund. The items out of stock were the ones I was most excited about. Please address my issue promptly. Thank you, Joanna.

I made multiple orders on wish.com, and the payment was deducted from my bank account. They informed me that one of the orders would be shipped, but the most important one was refunded and might take up to 14 days to reflect. I really want these items, so can I select them again and create a new order? I can pay with debit, credit, or PayPal. There was a security alert on my debit card due to paying off my credit cards on the same day as placing the order. I'm unsure if this affected the payment process. How should I proceed as I had several orders, and it involved a considerable amount of money?

I purchased a sweatshirt from the Wish website. It is black with the text "Single Taken F.U. I'm Batman." I received a partial refund for the shipping due to the item not arriving. I am now requesting a full refund as it did not come within the specified time frame provided by Wish. I no longer want the item and am disappointed with the lack of live support for assistance. I would like to return the two shirts I bought because I am not happy with them. However, I am missing the other items from my order. I cannot afford to pay the $5.00 return fee. It's frustrating that it's been over 7 weeks and I only received the shirts. I paid around $50.00 for 7 items, but only received 2. Also, the shirts I did get don't match the pictures online and are unattractive. I either want the missing items or a full refund. Can you assist me with this issue?

I recently got an email from Wish stating that my email address was changed, but I didn't make this change. Now, I can't seem to contact customer service, and all my order history on the items I purchased has disappeared. The balance of my Wish cash is also missing. It feels like all my shopping history with Wish has been erased, but I'm still waiting for several items that I've already paid for. I'm concerned about what will happen next.
