I noticed that my bank account was charged multiple times by Wish.com. The charges occurred on December 10th, [redacted], with 3 charges of $55.75 CAD each, and on December 16th, 3 more charges of $55.48 CAD each. I did not make these purchases and need a refund. My name is C. Ionadi. I am concerned about these unauthorized charges and would appreciate a prompt refund as I did not order anything from Wish.com. I believe my information was compromised, and I require assistance in resolving this issue.

I accidentally dropped my phone, which caused it to reset. After fixing the issue with being locked out of my accounts, I noticed that my Wish account didn't display my orders. I had five different items sent to a store near me, but when I went there, I was asked for a barcode. I reached out to customer support via email but got the runaround. Eventually, after providing my card number, they tracked my order to an email address similar to [redacted] However, my actual email is [redacted] I contacted them multiple times, but they couldn't locate my orders or order history. They also refused to send me the barcodes. I'm incredibly frustrated as I can't retrieve my Christmas items from the store.

I recently received 4 parcels from Wish. Two of the parcels contained 10 hair growth essence and 10 men enhancement essence that I did not order. This seems to be a mix-up with a previous wish list order. I usually shop online where items are checked before purchasing to avoid such mistakes. Orders created without authorization and payments deducted from my account are problematic. The cost of returning duplicated items for a refund is too high. Kindly inform me about any duplications before charging my account. I suggest updating your system to prevent such errors, or I may need to close my Wish account. Thank you, Willem J.

I'm disappointed because I purchased shoes expecting them to arrive between the 17th and the 19th, in time for Christmas. However, I discovered that the delivery date has been postponed to the 26th without any prior notice. I urgently need these shoes before Christmas. The order was placed on the 5th of December.

Despite sharing the same name and email, it lacks my order history and payment details. Attempts to retrieve orders through past confirmation emails result in errors. With four pending orders unaccounted for, I am not receiving any notifications. Instead of focusing on resetting passwords, I require assistance in recovering my lost account. I have been trying to address this issue many times now. I made an order in August totaling nearly $67 for men's and women's rings, as well as a man's bracelet. However, I only received two rings and never received the rest of my order. When I inquired about the missing items, I was informed that it was too late to request a refund. I need assistance urgently! I believed this was a trustworthy website, but it has deceived me out of $20. I made a purchase in November, but I have yet to receive my order. The items are Christmas-themed, and now they are irrelevant as Christmas will soon be over. Initially, the delivery date was early December, then moved to December 20, and now it's delayed until December 27. I urgently request a refund as I really need the money. Yesterday, I received my P31 Pro from Wish. When I took it out of the box and tried to turn it on, it wouldn't come on. I plugged it in to charge but it doesn't seem to charge or turn on. Even after leaving it charging overnight, the charge light doesn't come on. I made sure it's plugged in correctly, but the phone still doesn't work. This was a Christmas gift, and I spent $[redacted] on this phone. Technical support is asking for an additional $5 to find out why it's not working. I need assistance with this problem immediately.

Unauthorized transactions have been occurring on my card since September [redacted]. I left my debit card with my daughter, and it was taken without my knowledge. Orders were placed and paid for using my card. The mailing address associated with the transactions is [redacted] Gordon, Camden, Arkansas [redacted]. I had my order sent to Crafty Hollie in Aberdare. Following the instructions, I went to collect it, only to find the shop closed. Despite trying for a few days, they remained closed. Upon calling, they informed me that I couldn't retrieve my order without an email. I double-checked my email account in the shop, but found no relevant correspondence. I want to share my disappointment regarding the Angel perfume I purchased. The supplier seems to be selling perfumed water that doesn't last more than 5 minutes. I ordered 2 bottles for myself and 2 for my daughters, who have been using Angel for 20 years. Surprisingly, the ones for my daughters were canceled and refunded. Despite being advertised as refillable, the atomizers on my bottles broke after just a day or two. I'm truly dissatisfied with the quality of the perfume and have decided not to purchase it again.
