I purchased an XL black T-shirt from Wish, but it has not arrived along with other items ordered a month ago. Despite daily emails, they have not provided valid shipping tracking numbers. I am requesting either the items be shipped with proper tracking or a full refund. Wish has previously failed to refund me promptly. I am frustrated with this lack of customer service and am considering filing a formal complaint. Wish should prioritize providing customers with accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

On December 7, an unauthorized user accessed my account and changed the email address linked to it from my email ([redacted]) to an unfamiliar email address ([redacted]) that contains the word "fraud." Not being able to access this email address hinders my ability to view purchases, deliveries, and ensure the security of my payment information. Although notifications are sent to my mobile device, I cannot follow up on them due to the login requirement of the inaccessible email and password. I am seeking assistance to reset the account to my original email address in order to regain access.

I made multiple Christmas gift orders, but upon checking "My Orders" on the Wish website, I discovered they were cancelled and refunded without my knowledge. Despite informing them that I only communicate in English, I keep receiving responses in a foreign language. I can provide details for the affected orders if needed. The main issue is that without expedited shipping paid by WISH, I won't receive the items in time for Christmas. These orders were not part of any discounted deals.

I purchased a phone on October 29th with an expected arrival date of November 29th. After contacting Wish on November 29th, they advised me to wait until December 2nd before following up again. Subsequently, on December 2nd, they requested that I wait until the 6th. After reaching out on the 6th, they informed me that they were unaware of the phone's whereabouts. They instructed me to contact them if the phone did not arrive by January 7th. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction and reluctance to accept a refund, they promptly reimbursed me for the phone without my consent. I never received the phone or the refund, and I am still struggling to resolve the issue.

I purchased a toolbox back in November. After being informed that it couldn't be shipped, the company promised to refund my $60. Despite providing the tracking number, order details, and item name, I never received the refund. They claim it was processed, but it never showed up in my account. I contacted my bank, but it still hasn't appeared. What should I do next?

It has been approximately a year since I last used the Geek app. Recently, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my bank statement, dating back to [redacted], which is when I last made a purchase through the app. Since receiving a new card and not using the app, I am puzzled as to how my updated card information was used for this transaction. I currently reside in a different location, making this situation even more concerning. I am requesting a complete refund for this charge, and do not require the merchandise associated with it.

I mistakenly ordered 3 smartphones from Wish. My phone kept indicating that the orders didn't go through, so I attempted to reorder. Surprisingly, all 3 orders were processed despite the error messages. I will accept the one that is already on its way, but I do not want the other two. I was informed that the orders were unsuccessful, but they did go through. Kindly cancel the additional two orders and arrange for a refund. Thank you. [redacted] [redacted]

I have already informed your representative about my last two orders which were each $1. I was refunded again, supposedly due to running out of time, which I don't believe as I keep a close eye on the clock. Additionally, there was a free top available when I placed those orders, but every time I tried to claim it, it would only go to purchase. Based on my ratings, most items I received are too small even though I ordered a size larger. This was my first experience trying online shopping, and unfortunately, it hasn't been successful. I am quite frustrated with my experiences with Wish, and I am considering not using their services anymore.

I mistakenly ordered three winter coats. I meant to purchase only one in khaki instead of the pink I selected. Can you please adjust this order for me? Since November 17th, I purchased several items for store pick up and one for home delivery. I have only received two items, had two canceled, and am still waiting for the rest. The store pick up date was postponed from December 10th to the 17th, with no tracking updates and unhelpful customer service. I attempted to contact them on Twitter, but received no response. It's frustrating to experience these delays, especially when planning for gifts. Today is December 17th, but I have yet to receive QR codes for store pick up, and the app indicates a pick up date of October 17th, which seems like a mistake. I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed by the lack of human assistance from such a large company. I am now requesting a refund for the outstanding items.

I made several purchases on November 17th, mainly for store pick up except for one item that was meant for home delivery. Out of the items, I only received two, while the other two were canceled. The pick-up date for the store items has been rescheduled from December 10th to December 17th, with no tracking updates available. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been frustrating, as I am only receiving automated responses lacking personal assistance. The continual delays have disrupted my gifting plans, forcing me to spend additional money. Attempts to contact the company via Twitter have been met with silence. I expected better service from such a large company. Despite today being December 17th, I have yet to receive the QR codes for store pick up, and I am skeptical that the delivery scheduled for December 19th will occur. I require immediate assistance via phone. Day or night works for me. I believe funds are being wrongly taken. I am unwilling to cancel any of my numerous orders. I demand compensation for both my items and shipping expenses. I arranged for a pickup on November 24th, and there's been no tracking available, leaving me unable to locate my packages. I would like to return the tablet I bought from Wish because it has some issues like only hearing static and scratching sounds instead of audio and it doesn't have a card slot. Wish states that the item can be returned without any problems and a refund will be issued. I have tried to contact customer service three times but haven't received any response yet. What should I do to get a return form?

I kindly request to cancel this order. Originally, it was scheduled to arrive by this Saturday, which is essential for me to receive before Christmas. Unfortunately, the order remains in the processing stage, even though the payment has been deducted from my wife's debit card. Following my contact with support, an issue concerning potential fraud with the card used arose. Despite having used this card for several transactions previously, they are now requesting various documentation such as a card picture, bank statement, and identification for both my wife and I, alongside the purchase amount verification. Regrettably, my account has been locked, hindering direct communication with customer service. I have provided the necessary documents multiple times but keep receiving repetitive automated responses. Given the urgency of the Christmas present, the current account lock due to potential theft accusations is highly inconvenient, especially considering the additional expense for expedited shipping. I deeply desire a prompt refund to be issued to the bank account and for the closure of my account. This situation at this crucial period is incredibly dissatisfying and upsetting.

I purchased a stiletto knife from Geek, which is affiliated with your company. I also ordered a knife from Wish but never received it. I did get a refund for that order, but I'm still waiting for a full refund from Geek Smarter Shopping. At the moment, I have only received $5.35. Brenda, I need this matter to be resolved as it's been a month, and I feel like I'm not getting the full refund I paid for.

I have been receiving unordered items from wish.com even after deleting my account. Despite chatting with them and being told not to return the items and that a refund would be issued, I have not received any refund, just more unwanted items. Even after contacting my credit card company, more items from China keep coming. I want a refund for these unauthorized orders as I did not make any purchases. Deleting my account did not stop the items from being sent to me.

I am unable to cancel my order with Wish even though their policy states it is possible to cancel online. I have been trying to contact them via email without any response. It seems like my money has been taken without authorization. The order I placed on 12/12/19 for a lady lace item resulted in 7 other products being added to my order and paid via PayPal. Despite my attempts to cancel on 13/12/19, I was unsuccessful. It is frustrating to not have a phone number to reach them. My order number is 5df2361bc[redacted]c1b7f249 and the PayPal transaction ID is 0DS83583B[redacted]2. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and hope for a resolution soon. On November 30th or December 1st, [redacted], I was browsing for women's shoes on your website. I tried to purchase two pairs by providing my email and using my debit card for payment. I did not receive any confirmation of my order at that time or the following day, so I assumed the order was unsuccessful. However, on December 5th, £54 was deducted from my account. I have yet to receive any communication from Wish or my ordered items. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I placed an order on October 25th and I would really appreciate an update on when my package will arrive. It's a coat... Will I receive it before the end of winter? It's frustrating not being able to speak to a person who can address my concerns properly, instead of dealing with an unhelpful automated chat. When will I receive my order? If I don't get an answer soon, I may have to consider filing a complaint since the payment was deducted from my account the same day I placed the order... nearly 2 months ago!

Around November 20, [redacted], I placed an order on Wish, which I did not want and returned immediately. However, since then, I have received continuous shipments from Wish totaling over $13,[redacted]. I have repeatedly requested Wish to cancel all orders, stop shipments, and refund me in full, but they have failed to do so. I am confused as to why Wish refuses to refund my money and continues to charge my credit card for items I never ordered. I have returned all the items to the shippers, despite the products being labeled for discarding rather than returning to their inventory. I am disappointed in the quality of these products and urge Wish to refund all the money they have charged me without delay.
