I am experiencing delays with my orders and the items seem to be arriving much later than promised. I request a refund for all items except for a $20 credit. It is disappointing to be misled about the delivery timeline, and I insist on a full refund as soon as possible. Please ensure the refund is processed promptly as none of the items have been received yet, and several are expected to arrive well after the expected delivery date. The current situation is unsatisfactory, and I expect to have all the funds returned to my account without any further delays. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter with a customer service representative fluent in English.

I have not received my order from Wish. My account shows the last update on December 9th, indicating it's stuck in pre-shipment in Inglewood, California. Despite an update stating delivery today, the package didn't arrive. When checking the tracking number, it still shows stuck in California, with no further updates since the 9th. I paid extra for express shipping, expecting it in 5 to 7 days, but it's been 3 days overdue. This delay is unusual for me with previous orders.

I purchased a coat from Wish, and unfortunately, it is too small. Despite following the sizing chart, the coat arrived without a size tag. This lack of information has led me to believe I received the incorrect size. I have tried reaching out to Wish multiple times regarding this matter but have not received a response. I requested a shipping label to return the coat, yet again, there has been no reply from Wish. All I seek is a refund due to being sent the wrong size.

Today has been a very frustrating day. I tried to pick up my order from Wish, following the instructions on the door, but the location was closed and the hours were inaccurate. After coming back later, it was still closed. The website and Google also had incorrect business hours listed. When I called the number on the door, I found out pickups were only available Monday through Friday. This situation cost me time, gas, and patience, and I feel very let down by the experience. Wish mentioned I could cancel the order for a refund, but that doesn't cover the inconvenience and wasted time I experienced today. I have other commitments and cannot come back during the limited pickup hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I hope it can be rectified.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with being charged for items I did not order, and I am frustrated that the cancellation system is not working properly. The online customer service seems ineffective, leaving me feeling dissatisfied. I recently discovered that 8 items were billed to me instead of just one, and despite attempting to cancel within 19 hours, I was unsuccessful. I am aware that canceling should have been possible within 8 hours prior to the order. I am eager to resolve this matter by unlocking my cancellation system and keeping only my initial order for the Fashion Lady lace, while canceling the remaining 7 items and receiving a refund. I tried to place an order, but my account got locked for verification. I provided my ID picture, but they now want a bank statement which I don't have yet due to the recent charge. This block is making it hard to buy gifts, especially with the holiday around the corner. They've asked for 2-3 days to resolve, but that might be too late. I need my account unblocked to proceed with my order; I could have shown just the last four card digits and my name on the card for verification.

I made a purchase almost three weeks ago, and I still haven't received a refund despite contacting customer service. After providing my order number four days ago, I have not heard back. This lack of response is frustrating and is reflective of poor customer service. I am disappointed with the delay in receiving my refund and may explore other options due to this experience. Unlike Wish, Amazon promptly refunded me the following day. Waiting nearly a month for a refund is unacceptable. This will be my final purchase from Wish, and I expect my refund promptly.

I have made multiple orders on Wish in the past few weeks. Some items have not been processed due to the $0.50 charge. I did order a Spider-Man watch with a shipping charge only. I have not received any confirmation regarding its delivery. This was meant to be a Christmas gift and I am uncertain if it will arrive on time. I need assistance with my recent purchases from Luis. I have made multiple orders for items on sale, but I have only received one item and have not been refunded for the rest. I recently discovered that some products from the sale are exclusive to a certain band, which was not mentioned before. Please ensure that I receive all eight items I purchased and honor the offers. I recently placed an order on Wish for several items, some of which are for store-pickup at local stores. I received an email stating that my email had been changed, which I did not do. I contacted customer service immediately to address this issue, and they assured me they would get back to me. It has been almost a month, and I am still awaiting a resolution. Unfortunately, I am unsure of which stores I need to go to for the pickups as I was not informed. I recently noticed that my account has been restricted, and I am unsure of the reason why. Wish is requesting a copy of my bank statement to illustrate purchases made on their platform. Back in September, my checking account experienced fraudulent activity, which led me to change my account. I am willing to reimburse any orders for which payment was declined if that is the issue. I purchased a smartwatch at a special price of $.75, but I was charged the regular price of $31. After contacting customer service for a refund, I was only given preset reasons and had to choose "I do not want this item." I was informed that I would have to pay for the return postage. It seems like a "bait and switch" tactic, as I was not given the option to buy the watch at the higher price. I would like to discuss this matter with them before filing a complaint and am hoping to return the watch without incurring return postage fees. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I ordered items from Wish before Christmas as gifts for my children and myself. However, Wish delivered the goods to my previous address where I lived over a year ago. I have tried contacting Wish Support multiple times without a response. I also reached out to the current residents at my old address, but they haven't received the items as my name isn't on the mailbox anymore. I'm concerned about where my goods have ended up. I experienced issues with Wish placing a block on my account. They requested copies of my bank account details and ID, despite already providing them twice. I have paid for items, but they are holding them and have charged me multiple times for a single item. Additionally, defective items were shipped, but refunds were denied. I made an order on November 13th, with the initial delivery date set for December 9th. The item did not arrive on this date. The second delivery date was today, December 16th, and the golf clubs I ordered have still not been delivered. When I contacted your online chat support, my order was cancelled and a refund is being processed. This is not what I wanted; I was seeking more information on the whereabouts of my order. I am extremely disappointed by this situation, especially since this was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son from Santa. With only 9 days left until Christmas, I am now unsure what to do.

I would like my money back immediately. I am frustrated with the 14-day wait. I want a refund so I can stop using this app. It has been over 14 days, and I have not received any resolution. I am eager to receive the packages I purchased. I have provided all necessary information but have faced difficulties. I am frustrated by this situation and prefer speaking directly to resolve it.
