Hello Wish Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a concern with my parcel that has yet to be delivered. The tracking number for my order is WI[redacted]92FPL, purchased on November 2, [redacted]. Despite the expected delivery date having passed, there have been no updates on the status. Timeliness is crucial as my sister's birthday is approaching, and I am anxious about not being able to present her gift on time. I would like to cancel all the orders. I am unable to make these payments right now, I only intended to pay for one item, but all of them got charged. They say my refund will take 14 business days? They are not even in progress, and I don't understand why they can't refund it to my card immediately and cancel them before processing. I am a frequent customer on Wish and I don't want to be disappointed. I need to speak with a representative over the phone right now to cancel these orders I placed a few minutes ago. Please, I cannot afford this amount at the moment, I just wanted one item from my cart and intended to pay for the others later when I can.

I made a purchase and paid through PayPal with an expected delivery date of 05/12/[redacted]. The date passed, and they changed it to 11/12/[redacted] with no delivery yet. I bought these items as Christmas gifts in good faith. Feeling frustrated, I opened a case with PayPal. Other items I ordered also had their delivery dates changed. If these items don't arrive, I will be extremely disappointed. I am considering not ordering from Wish again and informing others about the poor service.

Hello, my name is Mr. Dorris. I ordered an RV speed boat with Rush delivery, expecting it within five working days. Despite paying for the expedited shipping, I received my package 12 days later instead of the promised five. I believe a refund for the Rush delivery fee is warranted. The order was placed on the 29th or 30th and was anticipated to arrive on Friday, December 6th, but only reached me on Wednesday, December 11th. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue. I value our business relationship and hope to resolve this matter satisfactorily. I accidentally placed an order and need a refund to my debit card urgently. My husband is disabled, and we depend on the money for food. I thought I was creating a wishlist and cannot afford this purchase. We have no other financial resources to rely on this month. I made purchases on Wish that were supposed to be at discounted prices. However, despite adding items that were $0.50 and $0.75 each to reach a total basket value of $6.50, I am now being charged the full amount on my credit card. Wish claims I did not receive the items in time, but I have evidence through photos that I did. I believe the $0.50 and $0.75 deals are a trick to get customers to spend more. They have already charged me significant amounts unjustly. I am requesting a full refund of the erroneous charges. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will seek legal advice. They mentioned a refund of $15 for one item, but the total deduction from my account is much higher. I urgently need to discuss this matter with a representative as soon as possible.

I received an email from Wish.com on December 11th indicating that my golf travel bag was delivered to [redacted] S Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, Florida, [redacted]. However, I did not receive the package at my apartment. Additionally, I did not receive any email notification from my apartment complex regarding a delivery on that date. Upon checking the tracking report, it shows that the bag arrived at the USA receiving station on December 10th. My Wish order number is 5de39f7f8f6cc8c8b26d52dc, and I placed the order on December 1, [redacted]. I kindly request an email clarifying where the golf travel bag was delivered in the area code [redacted] on December 11th based on the tracking information from Wish.com. Thank you. - Lance G.

Hello everyone! I want to share my experience with the African Beauty relay point in Le Cannet, [redacted] France. I received a message that my item had arrived, but when I went there, the girl said there was nothing for me. A friend of mine had a similar issue - initially being told there was nothing, then suddenly being told the item had arrived after expressing frustration. I suspect that the girl might have taken my package, which is why I never received it and lost my money. Be cautious when dealing with the African Beauty relay point to avoid similar issues.

Hello, I need some help with an issue I am facing. Yesterday, I placed an order for a hat, but today at 5:00 am, a few hours after ordering, I noticed that my order included 7 additional items that I didn't select. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel the extra items through the app, which was not functioning properly. I was only able to receive a refund for 2 of the items. Despite my multiple attempts and emails requesting cancellations within 12 hours, I was informed later that the cancellation was no longer possible due to the items being shipped. I find this unfair and almost like a form of theft. I will continue to reach out via email and other channels until this is resolved. I am aware that cancellations are typically allowed up to 8 hours before delivery. I cannot afford to spend money on items I didn't intend to purchase. I would like a refund to buy something I actually need. It's worth noting that these extra products may have been saved in my wish list from a few months ago. Please review the numerous emails I sent trying to cancel the order. This lack of response is disappointing. Thank you.

I urgently need to cancel an order and receive a refund immediately. They have mistakenly charged me twice for $[redacted].64 each. The money was recently deposited into my account. My granddaughter and I are facing homelessness, and I had to cash out a small [redacted](k) for $[redacted]. I desperately need this money refunded to avoid being out on the cold streets tonight. I recently made a purchase on your website for the first time, intending to use the items on December 31st since your site mentioned delivery between December 25th and January 1st. However, after payment, I noticed a message stating delivery would be on January 3rd. I haven't received an order confirmation email, although the payment has been processed. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my debit card from Wish.com. I don't have an account with them and have never done business with this company. I want the $[redacted].38 that was taken from my checking account refunded right away, the fraudulent order canceled, and the individuals responsible for this theft brought to justice. Please process the refund for this criminal activity promptly.

Last month, I placed an order for a couple of items that were supposed to be delivered by December 12th. Last Sunday, I received a message from the courier stating that my order had been delivered, but no one brought anything to my house. I contacted the courier, who sent a photo of a door where they apparently left my order, but it's not my door. I've reached out to Wish support on their website, app, Facebook, everywhere, but I haven't received any response or my items. I paid for them and now I want my things! Now!

Someone has fraudulently used my credit card to make purchases on your website. An investigation is in progress, and I kindly ask for your cooperation. I experienced a quick charge on my MasterCard in less than 15 minutes. I kindly request the refund to be processed immediately back to my card, not within 14 days. It's Christmas time, and I only intended to purchase the jacket, not all the items in my order. Please cancel the entire order promptly. I will have to escalate this matter on social media if the refund is not expedited due to the current season of Christmas orders. I purchased an iPhone 6 Plus in gold from Wish and selected express shipping. Despite paying for fast delivery, my package took a long time to arrive, causing frustration. Tracking showed it was delivered on December 13th, but upon returning home, the package was nowhere to be found. I contacted support multiple times, but received no helpful assistance. The support agent suggested I return the item for a refund, which is impossible since I never received the iPhone. This situation has left me feeling scammed and incredibly disappointed. I am eager to receive a refund promptly.
