On November 4th, I purchased a Bluetooth device that was supposedly delivered on December 4th, but I have not received it. Can you please provide me with the tracking number? It is intended as a Christmas gift, and I would like to locate it. Additionally, I also ordered a motion sensor toilet LED light on November 4th. It was expected to arrive on November 21st and November 28th, but I have yet to receive it. Having the tracking number would be beneficial in locating both of these missing orders through the post office.

I had carefully filled my cart with items that were initially priced at around a dollar, most of them fifty cents each. However, upon confirming my order, the total unexpectedly jumped from less than six dollars to a range of $[redacted]-$[redacted] after including shipping costs. Despite trying to contest the higher charges, I still ended up being overcharged for items I didn't originally intend to pay more than fifty cents for. After receiving a refund for some 75-cent charges from the company, I not only lost the opportunity to receive the items I wanted but also have a significant amount of money in limbo with my bank, right before Christmas when funds are tight. This experience has been a disappointing and frustrating letdown during what should have been a joyful time of the year.

I placed an order for two items on November 30th. However, when I checked my online orders, it shows that I haven't ordered anything. The payment has already been deducted from my bank account. One item is priced at £10.65 and the other at £7.80. Can you please confirm if these items have been shipped? I made a purchase using Capital One for payment, but they withheld the payment causing my order to be declined. Despite sending about 15 emails, I only get automated replies asking me to repeat myself. After a week of this, I'm still stuck without resolution. I have a full cart of 54 items with free shipping, but I can't proceed due to this account issue. I even requested a phone call, but received the same automated response. Dear Wish Customer Support, I am requesting a refund of USD 13.59 that was deducted from my account for an order I never received nor got a refund for. Dear Wish, I am requesting a refund of USD 13.59 that was charged to my account for an order I never received or got a refund for. Despite visiting my bank, they found no record of Wish refunding my money. I kindly ask your company, in the name of God, to reimburse the funds, as I no longer require the items. I attempted to make a purchase on Wish/Geek.com three times, receiving a 30% discount on my first order through a wheel spin. After waiting for three days with my order in processing, I was refunded without explanation or a voucher for the discount. Claiming fraud was never done by me, yet it led to an account hold for three days. This has happened thrice despite communicating with four individuals who seemed indifferent. They suggested potential issues due to multiple accounts linked to my name, possibly from my children unknowingly creating them. However, this was not addressed further.

I placed an order on December 18th and would like to cancel it. I have noticed discrepancies with the pricing, specifically with two identical orders showing different total amounts. One order is listed at $[redacted], while the other, I believe, was priced at $58. The issue stems from the cost of two pairs of women's boots, listed at $3.76 each, yet the order displays charges of $14.35 for one and $12.35 for the other. Additionally, the shipping costs seem extremely high. Therefore, I would like to avoid being charged for this order.

I have attempted to make purchases on Wish.com three times, each time encountering issues. My first order included multiple items with a 30% discount, but it was refunded due to a fraud alert. Despite providing my bank documents, the company did not honor the discount on my next order. Subsequent attempts resulted in the same problem, with orders being refunded after days of processing. I realized I may have multiple accounts, which is against the rules, and tried to rectify it. However, I continue to face the same issue while trying to place an order. I hope to receive my order with the proper discount soon and resolve the account duplication problem.

My spouse and I recently made a purchase for khaki pants and a phone case. However, we were surprised to be charged a total of [redacted].52 in two transactions. Upon receiving the package, we found the items to be of low quality, so we returned them. Strangely, we have been receiving additional packages containing items we did not order, which we promptly sent back as well. We urge for a quick refund. Multiple attempts to reach out to your customer service have been unsuccessful. It is critical that we resolve this issue promptly. Our bank is also concerned about these charges and would like to discuss this matter with you. I placed an order for all my kids' Christmas gifts on December 3rd. I was surprised to find out that my money was refunded without any notification, even though there doesn't seem to be an issue with my payment method. The expected delivery date now is December 19th, which is too late for me to reorder all the items on my list, which totaled at least 20. I would like to understand the reason for this refund and have my items reordered as soon as possible.

I have been unable to track my orders since before December 2, [redacted]. Despite contacting Wish app customer support on that day, I keep receiving the same unhelpful form letter responses. Additionally, an order that was due by December 4, [redacted], has not arrived, and now they are saying to wait until January 5, [redacted], before contacting them again. This level of service is unacceptable. Numerous items have not been delivered, resulting in multiple refunds. One item supposedly delivered to JFK airport in the States, even though I reside in Canada. It took two weeks before a refund was issued. The lack of effective customer support is appalling. It is clear why they do not offer phone support. I have decided to close my account and uninstall the Wish app once I receive my outstanding orders or refunds.

I recently noticed that according to GetHuman, my problem with Wish was resolved on December 2, [redacted]. This information is incorrect as I am still receiving packages from Wish despite requesting to cancel all orders and shipments back in mid-November [redacted]. I have been returning every package unopened once I identify that they are from Wish, but they continue to send items. I have repeatedly asked them to stop and requested a refund for the charges on my credit card totaling thousands of dollars, but they have been ignoring me. I urgently need this resolved as I have a major surgery scheduled for this morning at 5 AM, which will leave me out of commission for a few days. Please assist me in securing my refund promptly as I am in desperate need of my money. Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a tattoo kit, but it was mistakenly forwarded without my consent to a different address. Instead of receiving a refund, as the package is now missing, I was given a shipping refund scheduled until December 20th. The tattoo kit was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now I am unsure how to ensure it arrives on time. Despite contacting the postal service about the issue, the 11 bottles of tattoo ink I ordered have not been delivered for almost 2 months. Order #: 5db25f29aeb141052c25ce05 I am inquiring about the status of my order. The tracking information indicates that it has been in China for 2 months. Despite contacting support 3 times, I have not received any assistance. The automated bot has been unhelpful, forcing me to label the issue as an account problem just to reach a human representative. Hello, my name is Tammy Holloway. As a loyal Wish customer, I recently made a purchase totaling $[redacted].81 while I was in the hospital this past weekend. Wish advertised that if products received enough likes, customers would get a $0.75 discount. However, when I received my items, I did not get the promised discount. Instead, I received various discounts like $0.40, $0.50, $0.30, and so on, which was not what was originally advertised. I am disappointed with my recent purchase from your company. I received multiple items from China that I am not satisfied with and I am requesting either an exchange or a refund to my credit card before the 30-day return window closes. The items I received are four shirts for $13 each with $8 shipping, in white, blue, black, and white; an unattractive necktie with $4 shipping, and a men's fashion growth lubricating spray for $10 with $9.16 shipping. I purchased a lot of Christmas gifts, and when I made the order, it promised delivery well before Christmas. However, upon checking, the estimated delivery date is all after Christmas. These are gifts for my children, and I'm disappointed. The website confirmed it would arrive between December 15th and the 22nd. Can you please look into this issue for me?
