I added $59 first and then $25 to my Wish account. However, my order history and funds have been deleted. I have not received any items, and it shows no money in my account. This situation is frustrating. If I had known I would be scammed, I wouldn't have added money to my Wish account. I want a refund of the full $75. I will not use their services again. I am unable to contact a representative. I have sent emails, but have not received any responses. I am very distressed. I have been upset and crying because of this problem. This was meant for Christmas.

I ordered heart urns with blue stones and small long black cylinder urns, but I only received the ones for men. The long cylinder ones are missing from my order. I placed an order on November 3rd, and the package was supposed to arrive by October 1st. The latest update shows it's expected by the 8th, which is a Sunday. I checked today, but it hasn't arrived. The tracking number is UD[redacted]75CN. I tried tracking it with USPS and FedEx, but no luck. I need assistance to locate the package and get a definite delivery date.

I purchased two items from your store: a set of AirPods and a sewing machine. The delivery was scheduled with Hermes, but I missed them three times due to my work schedule and the lack of a specific delivery time. Unfortunately, the items were sent back. How should I proceed now?

Hello, about a month ago, I placed an order on Wish, but unfortunately, my items never arrived. I attempted to cancel the order without success. I have been in touch with customer service, providing all the required information such as a photo of my ID and confirming my email, but so far, I have not received a refund. Please refund my money promptly or send the items I initially ordered. I eagerly await your response.

I've been trying to pick up my orders at Smart Tech since the beginning of November, but every time I go, the store is always closed. Recently, I found out that the store is now a clinic, and I can't reach anyone at the phone number provided. I received messages saying I might be charged a restocking fee if I return the items to Wish. I shouldn't be charged as the store has disappeared. Also, my email address is incorrect in the system; it's actually [redacted], not [redacted] I've tried changing it multiple times but it's not working. Please update my email address.

I accidentally placed an order around 11:45 on December 7, [redacted], for approximately $1,[redacted].00 using the account [redacted] I did not intend to purchase these items and would like the order canceled and payment stopped. I'm new to ordering online and still learning, so I mistakenly ordered the six-color facial mask multiple times. I was just exploring prices and shipping costs, which led to the error. I never received the women's sneaker. As I have been a loyal customer, I expect a solution from your end. I do not wish to pay for something I never received. I have a lengthy order on Wish.com that I need to review for errors. There are products included that I did not add to my wish list. I'm looking for guidance on how to review the list, delete unwanted items, and then transfer them from the wish list to the cart for purchase. Hello, I placed an order on Wish in June or July of [redacted] totaling $30. I decided to cancel the order and used the refunded Wish cash to make new purchases. However, after two months, none of the packages arrived. I contacted Wish support, they refunded me in Wish cash, but the new items I ordered also never arrived. My tracking information indicated an attempted delivery to an Orlando center, but I never received anything. Now, in December [redacted], I still have not gotten any packages. Wish support mentioned I cannot get a refund to my original payment method. I feel frustrated as I have not received any of my purchases and wish to request a refund. I am interested in buying [redacted] pieces of the Technic Creator Off-road Motorcycle Building Block Brick Toys for my children. I received an email informing me my item would be shipped to China despite updating my address details. After reaching out to online support and being told I would hear back within 2-3 business days, I have yet to receive any resolution confirmation. Rather than a refund, I am eager to receive my item. I placed an order for 18 items on Black Friday, and unfortunately, my bank, USBank, flagged it as potentially fraudulent. I need to re-order the items on December 15th. I checked my order status on the Wish app, and it indicates that my orders have been returned to the sender. They were sent to the post office instead of the address I provided. Typically, UPS has no trouble delivering my orders. I have been unable to reach anyone by phone to discuss this issue. If I am not going to receive my items, I would like a refund. I still have several more items in transit, totaling around $50 plus shipping costs.

I purchased a table from Wish, but they shipped it to the wrong address with the incorrect zip code. Despite multiple attempts to request a refund or replacement, they claim it's now too late. I was charged for 3 items on my credit card that I did not order. One item was $57.00, another $30.62, and the third $35.69. The only information I have is this reference number: [redacted] CA for all three charges. I would like to know what these items are and why I am being charged such prices. This is the second time this has happened, and I have not been able to get any answers. Additionally, I received a broken electric pen. I am very disappointed with Wish Company. I also need to clarify my current outstanding balance with the company.
