I placed an order for a figure on November 6 with an expected delivery date of December 5. Unfortunately, the item was not delivered and the post office informed me that it was returned due to an unclear address. The only legible information on the label was Hot Springs, Arkansas [redacted]. I have ordered multiple items before without any address issues. The figure is now sold out on the Wish website, so I really need to have the address corrected to ensure successful delivery. I am hoping to find a solution to this situation promptly.

I frequently order from Wish. Lately, I've had to request refunds for three items that were supposed to be Christmas gifts for my family. I'm feeling unsure about how many more refunds I will have to request. This ongoing issue is becoming quite frustrating. I'm contemplating taking my business elsewhere, even if it means spending a bit more, just to ensure I receive my orders without any further issues. The situation is very frustrating for me.

The sender misspelled my name on the package, causing the delivery service to refuse it. Now it's on its way back to the sender. My name is automatically printed on the package, but it had some letters replaced with question marks. I would like the sender to print or write my name correctly in the future. Who should I contact to resolve this issue and ensure it is done right next time?

I recently placed an order for two items, inputting my credit card information for payment. Initially, the order was being processed, but to my dismay, I received a notification that the money was refunded back to my credit card. I'm puzzled as to why the order was canceled. The order was placed on December 4th, and then refunded on December 6th. The order number is 5de837eccaeadldbbede873. My name is Hermis Moutardier. I recently received an email from WISH indicating that my order from 12/3/19 is confirmed for shipping. However, the order was actually canceled immediately after an accidental confirmation notification. I had not intended to place the order as I was still reviewing items in my large order and deciding what to keep or remove. I contacted WISH customer service via chat and messages multiple times, explaining the situation and requesting the cancellation of the order totaling $[redacted].?? due to personal struggles, including my husband's cancer and my own health issues. Despite my efforts and the bank's denial of the transaction, it seems the order is being processed again. I recently purchased a flannel checkered dress for my 5-year-old granddaughter. Upon receiving the item, I was disappointed with the extremely poor quality. Despite ordering the correct size for a 5-6-year-old, the dress was far too small for her slim build. The delivery date should have been sometime in mid to late November [redacted]. I have been charged for a few Wish orders I want to return. The issue is I did not receive any emails regarding these orders. I suspect the emails were sent to an old email address I no longer have access to. I've attempted to update my email but receive an error message saying it's for someone else. The emails were likely sent to my previous email at pb@[redacted].com or .ca, and they likely contain information necessary for returning the items. Can anyone assist me with this matter?

I placed an order for some Bluetooth headphones which I no longer want. They are priced at 32 soles. I want to cancel the order. I am registered on the Wish app with the email [redacted] I was informed that the order cannot be canceled, but I do not want it to be delivered to my address or charged to my credit card. I added items to my cart and placed an order a while ago. They had my debit card on file and charged me automatically, but I didn't intend to make the purchase. The coat I ordered has a flaw on the sleeve. Unfortunately, I am unable to send pictures of it as I lack the means to do so. Being an elderly lady, I do not have anyone to assist me with this task. Kindly refrain from requesting photos as I cannot comply. Please provide a prepaid label via standard mail, as I am not able to print one. I received two deliveries yesterday that I didn't order. I'm unsure if they are from your company. One package includes 3 keychain cables that appear to be USB-C, sent via CHINA POST from "Xie Yang Huo." The other package contains a children's digital camera sent by "Port Exprès" from quzongfan. Since my credit card was already on file, attempting to remove and add items resulted in the system automatically generating orders without my confirmation.
