Hello, I'm Chris Jack. I'm following up on my recent order. I was supposed to receive my items at Barney's Tavern in Summerstrand, Shop 6. However, I received a receipt directing me to pick up the goods at the post office. When I went there, their new procedures prevented me from collecting my order. Can you assist me in arranging for my items to be delivered to my workplace at Barney's Tavern, Shop #6 on the beachfront in Summerstrand? Thank you, Chris Jack.

On the evening of November 28th, [redacted], while browsing this site, I noticed an amount of £45.00 in my basket without making any purchases. Upon checking, I discovered that this amount was deducted from my bank account. I do not wish to keep the items and request a full refund of £45.60. I am puzzled as to how this money was taken from my account. A portion of it was converted into Wish credits, should be refunded if requested by the customer. It is important to remember that consumers have the right to a full refund for unwanted online purchases. I am hopeful that this matter will be resolved promptly.

I purchased a car part that hasn't arrived yet. This is concerning because I need it to use my windshield washer fluid during the winter. Despite paying for the item and the shipping, I haven't received it. My attempts to resolve this with Wish have been unsuccessful as I only receive automated responses. I'm now seeking to speak with a real person. I've reached out to the post office, the postman, and even asked my neighbors if they received the package by mistake. The postmaster mentioned instances of misdelivered packages. At this point, I'm still waiting for the item I paid for.

I received a car radio different from the one I ordered and paid [redacted] euros for model SU9701, but I got model [redacted] worth 52 euros. It is not what I paid for, and the camera is already damaged. I would appreciate a refund for the correct amount because I feel cheated by your company. I noticed the difference only when trying to install the radio in my car. Please refund the extra amount I paid or send me the correct one I ordered and I will return the one I received but only after the replacement is in my hands. I am looking forward to the best solution and do not want to keep complaining about mistakes I am not responsible for. I have a query regarding an order. I was informed that I would receive confirmation within 24 hours if I successfully purchased an item. However, I have yet to receive any update, and my bank account has been charged accordingly. Upon inquiring about this, I was informed that I am unable to communicate due to a past issue of excessive returns from two years ago. A significant portion of my orders were either undelivered or not as described, some even being children's sizes. I intended to return these items, but I was only offered a refund instead. This experience marred my Christmas season. Now, I find myself penalized for Wish's mistakes, as they allowed me to keep the faulty items that did arrive. It is frustrating to be suddenly flagged when inquiring about a recent charge and the status of my order, especially when I was not flagged just yesterday. I seek clarity on this matter.

I ordered a new women's winter down coat from Wish.com on November 15, [redacted]. It was delivered on December 2, [redacted]. However, I never received the coat, and suspect it may have been stolen as I was home and did not see the package. The coat, which is black and size extra large, was coming from China. The item cost $25.00, with $12.00 for shipping and $2.31 for tax, making the total $39.31. The order number is 5AA36F52AB38AE67BAO7. I accidentally pressed the confirm button on my computer. Any help in resolving this issue would be appreciated as I still have not received the winter coat.

I accidentally checked out my shopping cart without intending to. I had items in the cart for later purchase, but the order went through and was charged to my credit card without proper authorization. I have tried reaching out via email on the WISH Cash App, but have not received a response yet. I need assistance in getting a refund as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble uploading a picture as the app keeps asking for permission, although all my apps have been granted access. Additionally, I purchased a drone that was advertised for $1,[redacted], but it feels like a cheap $60 plastic item. When connected to the battery, it only flashes lights and doesn't fly or move. I urgently request a refund to my account as I will be returning this item to the seller promptly tomorrow. I expect a full refund without any issues. I bought a coat that was supposed to come with a battery, but it didn't, so it doesn't work. I tried a battery I had, but it didn't work either. I asked what type of battery is needed, but I haven't received a response. I don't know what to do. I requested either the battery be sent to me or information on the power needed, but I still have no answers. I then asked for a refund, but have not received any response either. Wish is not providing reliable service as weeks go by without any replies.

I placed an order on December 1st, and it has not been processed yet. I paid over $[redacted] for the item and $12 for shipping, which is a significant amount of money to spend. After four days without processing, I find this delay quite unacceptable. I am eager to receive the item, but I need an update on my order. It should not take four days to process an order. I ordered another item separately, and it was processed within 30 minutes. This situation feels unprofessional, and I am awaiting a response to address this matter promptly.

I have recently received several items from my order on Wish, and I am thoroughly disappointed with all of them. None of the items came with any paperwork. I am uncertain about the return process for all these items. For further assistance, please respond to me at [redacted] I will wait 24 hours before escalating this issue to my credit card company. I have attempted to reach out multiple times but have only received a message advising me to send an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hello, I am Jennifer Irvin. I placed an order on Wish using my boyfriend's credit card, Michael Alterio. The first transaction was successful, but the second one encountered an issue. I was instructed to provide a bank statement showing the transaction and a copy of Michael's ID to verify the card's use. I submitted this information on December 5 at 8 a.m. EST. Later today at 12:06 p.m. EST, I received a notification that the transaction had been refunded. I did not want a refund as this was intended as a Christmas gift for my father. To repurchase the item, I now need to pay an additional $18 and wait up to 14 business days for the refund to process. I feel frustrated by this experience as the purpose of separate shipping and billing is precisely for cases like this. While I understand security measures, I complied with the verification process only to have the transaction refunded without consent. This situation has left me feeling mistreated and inconvenienced, and I urge for a resolution promptly.

I recently made a purchase of various items from China, spending over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received a few items including a wallet, three neckties, a men's long-sleeve cotton shirt in size XL, men's fashion lubricating spray, teeth whitening powder, men's British style slip-on shoes in size 10.5, organic oral toothpaste, fashion scarf, and a yellow and blue jacquard woven necktie. I urge the seller to promptly send out all the products I have paid for. Additionally, there are polarized sunglasses and a case that I am also expecting. In August [redacted], I placed an order for refurbished AirPods and a case. Unfortunately, neither item has been received. While I did receive a refund for the case that was marked as delivered, I have not been able to locate the missing items after checking with my neighbors and front office. I am in need of tracking information, specifically the carrier and tracking number, to assist me in locating the package. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and my experience with Wish's customer service has been disappointing, leading me to refrain from making future purchases. As a single mother, every penny is important, and my son was eagerly anticipating the arrival of the AirPods. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am frustrated and need to speak with a customer service representative. I paid $5 for answers, but I am unable to input my correct cell number as it keeps changing. Additionally, orders I placed months ago have not arrived, possibly due to having an outdated email on file. Consequently, the emails regarding my purchases were sent to an inactive email address. I have tried various measures to resolve these issues to no avail.

I am frustrated with this app. Initially, it showed $20 per item, but at checkout, the total suddenly jumped to over $[redacted]. Whenever I attempt to make a purchase, a pop-up box appears, indicating an issue and prompting me to reach out to customer service. Despite sending multiple messages, I have not received any response. I am eager to order some Christmas gifts, however, due to the approaching holiday and the lengthy delivery process with Wish, I might need to cancel my order and find another place to shop. Hello, I have made a lot of purchases on Wish, but starting today, I will not buy anything from Wish anymore. Some items don't even arrive, even though they have been paid for, and other items simply disappear from my shopping list even though they have been paid for. I am still waiting for this order: [redacted] Xmas Gifts Winter Fashion KIA Warm Downs Jacket Men Cotton Thick Coat Stand Collar Zipper Jacket. Price: €16.15 Color: Black Size: XXXXXL Quantity: 1 Shipping: €9.00. The tracking number is LL[redacted]13CN, and it shows the last location as China. Wish claims that the jacket has already been delivered, but I have not received it yet. This is costing me a lot of money, and I want to avoid this.
