Hello Support, I received the laser level I ordered, but it came without the tripod shown in the photo. When can I expect the tripod to arrive? If not possible, could I return the item for a refund, please? Additionally, I have several items in my cart, but the shipping cost is higher than the total cost of the items. Is there a way to consolidate items for a more cost-effective shipping option? Thank you, Mel

Hello, I am Khadija E., and I made seven orders on the Wish app. Unfortunately, only six of them arrived even though the tracking shows all seven were delivered. I had a mix-up with one of the orders. It involves two rings, one for a daughter and one for a mother, each with a special message. I received the daughter's ring and confirmed its delivery, but the system mistakenly marked the mother's ring as delivered as well, which I haven't received. I am unsure if the mother's ring will be sent out or not. Could you verify this for me? If it's not on its way, can you please arrange for its delivery as I am eager to have it before December 21st. I have placed several orders on the Wish app, but the unpredictable sizes of the clothing have led to multiple refunds. I always prefer Wish credit over cash refunds and have been waiting for three orders for over a month. After being asked by the company to confirm if I received the orders, I was then required to fill out a form explaining why I have had so many refunds. I find this unfair as a customer because it's difficult to determine the correct size to order due to the inconsistency in clothing sizes. Despite some products being of poor quality, the affordable prices make it worthwhile, and I have also received some nice items. I have had disappointing purchases in the past but chose not to complain. However, I am frustrated by the company asking me to contact them if I haven't received the package while simultaneously investigating me for requesting refunds. I have been a loyal customer for over two and a half years, but if this issue is not resolved, I may not continue to order from Wish.

Good morning, I am reaching out in hopes that you can solve my issue. I have contacted Whis customer service on at least five occasions to file a complaint about a product I purchased. Upon receiving the product, a Benelli cap, I noticed it was not as advertised on the Whis website. The cap was supposed to have a metallic effect laminated logo, but the one I received has a poor quality matte sticker that is peeling off on one side. I am unsure how to proceed with this incident as nobody is responding to my complaint. I am willing to return the cap if needed, as I do not want it. This is the first time I have encountered this issue with Whis as they have always been responsive in the past. Please, help me resolve this problem. Thank you for your attention.

On October 4, [redacted], I made multiple purchases on Wish using my bank card ending in [redacted]. However, upon receiving my statement, I discovered an unauthorized charge of $96.98. Despite contacting Wish and providing all the necessary documents, like my bank statement and verified card number, they claimed they couldn't locate the transaction and shifted blame to my bank. Following their request, I resubmitted all the information but they are now stating that my bank needs 15 days to process the refund. This ordeal has been ongoing for over 2 months, and I'm feeling frustrated as the missing money was intended for my children's Christmas gifts. Wish's delays and lack of resolution are causing distress in my household.

I'm frustrated with Wish constantly delaying my order for a necklace. I received a notification that it will be delayed again. I'd prefer a refund at this point, although I really wanted the item. While I've had issues, I still want to support Wish and spread positivity. However, this situation has made me hesitant. It would be appreciated if they can prioritize my order for the inconvenience caused. Customer service has not been very helpful. I either want my necklace promptly or a refund. It's unfair to repeatedly delay an order, keep the money, and offer new dates without fulfilling the order. This is unacceptable. Kindly address this issue promptly. I have occasionally made small orders from Wish without issues. However, I placed an order with your company on November 26th for $[redacted].08. The payment was successfully deducted from my card, but my account was suddenly restricted, preventing me from receiving my items by Christmas. I believe the 3-4 day wait for the resolution was unnecessary. As a loyal customer who orders regularly, I think some form of compensation is appropriate considering the inconvenience and the delay in receiving my items before Christmas.

I'm Larry E. I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 from Wish. The phone I received is not holding a charge, and I spent around $[redacted] on the phone and shipping. I am unable to use the phone unless it's constantly plugged in. The battery dies within minutes of being unplugged. This is my second attempt to resolve this issue.

I have purchased several diamond painting kits from your store, and for a few months, I have been attempting to reach out to you. Unfortunately, some beads are missing from two of the kits. My emails have been blocked, and when I tried calling the London shop, the person I spoke to seemed confused and unhelpful. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation. The kit numbers for the ones missing beads are HX20084-01 with [redacted] beads and J978AND NO 11. Could you please send me the missing beads so I can complete the pictures? I have exhausted all other avenues of contact, and I have been attempting to resolve this for quite some time now.

I have purchased a phone that has not arrived. Wish informed me that it should arrive by December 3rd, so I waited until November 29th for an update. I was told I missed the refund deadline on November 28th but was offered Wish credit instead. I prefer a refund or the product. It has been difficult to contact them; I kept getting automated responses. I tried emailing customer support, but they keep redirecting me to raise a ticket that ends once I decline Wish credit. I want this resolved as I have not received the product or a refund. I have an order that is still pending. It states that it may take 5 to 7 business days to process, which unfortunately means that five of the products won't arrive by the expected date. This has occurred three times now. I used my credit card which was processed successfully, and I have the confirmation number. I want my order to be processed and the items delivered by the dates promised. Recently, this happened with an order I placed a week ago which had a 30% discount. I was looking forward to it, but there was a fraud alert on my account that I was not informed about. I haven't received any emails regarding this. It seems like Wish may not be concerned about losing my business due to the large number of customers they have.

I recently purchased a micro SD card from Wish.com, but upon inserting it into my phone, I received a corrupt message. To troubleshoot, I used the provided adapter to check it on my computer. Surprisingly, my antivirus flagged 11 viruses shortly after inserting the card. Additionally, the available space on the card was not as expected, showing some usage already. I would appreciate a replacement micro SD card in a sealed package as the previous one came in a plastic case. The long wait time of almost a month for the initial card was frustrating, so I hope for quicker shipping this time. The seller on Wish.com I bought it from was "chenailian999."

I made a purchase on Wish using a different card and forgot to update my payment method beforehand. After canceling the order, the refunded money was added to my Wish Cash. I then used my Wish Cash to place a new order and received a confirmation #. However, when I tried to use the $[redacted] in my Wish account, they restricted it, stating there was a payment issue and requesting my bank statements.

I attempted to use my Bank of America (BOA) Debit Card on Wednesday, 11/27/[redacted], and Thursday, 11/28/[redacted] for the same Wish order several times. When I tried to check out my $[redacted].86 order, Wish notified me that the order couldn't be processed and advised me to contact BOA. I promptly reached out to Kim from the BOA Fraud Unit in Texas and Brianna from the BOA Fraud Unit in Alabama. Both confirmed that there were sufficient funds in my active account for the purchases. Due to the denial by Wish, I unfortunately missed out on some significant purchases, including a 10.1" tablet and keyboard for $50 plus $25 shipping.

I have been using the Wish mobile app for a while now. Recently, I made a big purchase, and when I tried to check the delivery status of my order last week, I found that I had been logged out of the app. I tried to log in multiple times but kept receiving a message saying "wrong password." I then clicked on the "forgot password?" button and was informed that I would receive an email with a password reset link. However, it has been 2 days, and I have not received the email yet. I urgently need to regain access to my account to retrieve my order details. If that's not possible, I will need to request a refund.
