I placed an order on October 6th, but despite it showing as delivered, I haven't received anything. I've checked with my neighbors and the post office, but it's nowhere to be found. I've contacted Wish support three times, but keep getting the same generic response about it being marked as delivered. I am frustrated and upset as I still don't have my order. I demand a refund or a direct phone call to resolve this situation promptly. This is incredibly frustrating, and I've reached my limit with this issue.

I placed an order on the 30th of last month using my prepaid Mastercard. I spent $[redacted] and have yet to receive any of the items. After emailing multiple times, I requested a full refund since the card I used for the purchase was lost. I now have a new prepaid Mastercard but they insist on refunding to the original lost card, which I can no longer access. I requested a cashier's check, but they continue to deny my refund. I would appreciate a customer service phone number to speak with a live agent. Thank you.

Today, I received an email from Wish thanking me for changing my email and password. Unfortunately, this was not done by me, and I am now locked out of my account. I have already taken the precaution of canceling the debit card connected to my PayPal account. However, my bank account details are still on PayPal due to my eBay activities. I am concerned about the security of my bank account. Wish support has not been helpful, suggesting I log in to view their response, which I cannot do with the altered login details. I am worried about the safety of my financial information.

I am locked out of my account with the email address [redacted] I forgot my password and attempted to reset it, but I am not receiving the reset email despite providing my email address. Surprisingly, I can access another account with you without any issues. However, the account I am locked out of has items in my cart and pending reviews. I urgently need to access it to manage my purchases.

I purchased a [redacted]-watt inverter from your store with the incorrect address initially. I updated my address before shipping, but unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address in Michigan. I reside at [redacted] S Main St Lot#10D, Sweetwater, Tennessee, [redacted]. I recently noticed that I am missing three orders from last year when I checked my order history. I have been a loyal customer of your company for the past two years, spending thousands of dollars. Due to my health issues and recent hospitalization for treatment, my memory has been affected. I also had a cancer scare which contributed to my struggles with everyday tasks. I was expecting a 40% discount on my total order, but it didn't reflect in the final cost. I noticed it was marked as used, even though I never applied or received it. I was informed that because my order is already in processing, nothing can be done, but I can receive rewards on my next purchase. However, I am disappointed and do not plan to shop here again or recommend it to others if they will be misled like me. The customer support was unsatisfactory, and the handling of this situation is not how a business should be run.

I recently purchased two items from Wish online shopping. On October 18th, only one item arrived, but I later found out both items were supposed to be delivered that day. I have been struggling for weeks to find a direct email address for Wish to address this issue, but I haven't made much progress. The lack of communication from this company is frustrating, and I am considering giving up on resolving the missing item and discontinuing my use of Wish shopping altogether to avoid experiencing this inconvenience again.

I ordered a small sailboat and the Valentine's Day romantic glow Eiffel Tower at the end of September. The sailboat arrived on October 18th, but the tower did not. My order history shows that the tower was delivered on the same day as the boat. I have tried reaching out for support but have not received any satisfactory responses. I am disappointed and considering deleting the Wish app. It's frustrating not to have a direct email contact for customer service. I have tried every available support option with no luck.

I have not received two items that were marked as delivered. I contacted the post office, but they confirmed the delivery. Despite my attempt to update the shipping address right after purchase, I couldn't change it on the app. However, I did update my address in my profile and contacted customer service for help. I even filled out an address change form at the post office, but I still couldn't locate the missing boots (5dac94bba42a0e1c2af3e7de) and sweatsuit (5dac993f8c243a20d21810dd). I'm requesting that these items be resent to my correct shipping address: [redacted] 2nd Street SE, St. Cloud, MN [redacted]. Additionally, I'm concerned that another item, hair clip extensions, may also be sent to the incorrect address.

I'm in need of the boots I ordered, which were mistakenly returned without my consent. I did not receive them in the first place and require them urgently. The delivery process to my residence is simple: the driver can use the back door with a careful press of the #3 doorbell, or alternatively, come to the front, ring my doorbell, or leave the package at the office where I can easily retrieve it. This delivery mishap has occurred repeatedly with four or more orders, which is disappointing and unacceptable. I urge for a full refund and a prompt resending of my items. I suffer from agoraphobia and am available at home every day for deliveries. Kindly clarify this issue and facilitate the return of my ordered items promptly.

I purchased a pair of TWS i12 earpods from Wish. They were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox about 3 or 4 weeks ago, but that hasn't happened. I have been in contact with Wish customer support about this issue and have been trying to get a refund without any success. Today, I received an email instructing me to request a refund on the Wish platform, but every time I try, it just asks for more details about the problem. It has been 3 to 4 weeks since I should have received my item, and I am still waiting for my refund to be processed.

I am not seeking a refund currently, just want to locate my product. Your automated system lacks human intervention, always responding automatically when I request help in tracking down my delivery. It claims the issue is resolved after stating the item was delivered, which is not the case. I need to find where my package was delivered before considering legal action, as I paid for a product that was sent to another party. Despite having items in my shopping basket, I hesitate to make future purchases due to the frustrating experiences with your system. Additionally, I am disappointed by the fluctuating prices and items being removed from sale after I made purchases.

I have encountered issues with my recent wig order and returns. I mistakenly used the same number WR [redacted]03 to return two wigs and failed to return the third wig with the correct number WR [redacted]42. Despite sending evidence of the returned wigs and providing photographic proof, the refund is still pending. Further communication has not resolved the problem, causing frustration. I am considering returning the mistakenly repurchased wig if the issue is not resolved promptly. I believe the lack of efficient customer service reflects poorly on the company. Hello, my name is Connie Randolph. I recently received a package with four identical king size bedspreads from "Wish," and I am unsure how this order was placed as I only have one king size bed. I am 70 years old and may have inadvertently ordered these items. My husband and I are retired and on a fixed income. I would like to return the bedspreads for a refund. The total purchase amount was $37.49 USD, and the refund issued by WISH for the same amount. I have reached out via email and the Wish app multiple times regarding the status of my order. Despite an earlier assurance from a representative that my order was en route to my address, I discovered that Wish canceled it without my consent. This order was time-sensitive for me, and its cancellation has caused significant inconvenience as I had made other preparations based on its expected arrival by December. I purchased a tablet from Geek that was a limited quantity item. It's been challenging to secure the item as the first confirmed order, but I finally managed to get one. Unfortunately, the tablet is now missing, even though I received a refund. I feel the seller should take responsibility for the missing item. I am currently trying to track another item through USPS that was marked as delivered, and I need the tracking number for the tablet to assist in the investigation. Could you please provide me with the tracking number via email? The purchase was made on October 15th, and it was expected to arrive by November 7th. I am looking for a replacement of equal value to the original item, not at the limited quantity price. I believe this to be a fair resolution, holding the seller accountable for this situation. I did not order a set of golf clubs but instead a dress. However, I was charged $1,2? for the golf clubs I didn't want. I want the order canceled, and the money refunded to my account. The mistaken order was placed today, November 15th. I have already informed my bank and PayPal about this issue, as I suspect fraud.
