I recently had my account hacked. The hackers asked that all my orders (totaling about **$) be returned for wish cash and used it to order new items. Since then, those orders have been refunded and I was given wish cash, without customer support getting to me at al. In attempting to use the wish cash it won’t let me go through with my purchase because I have to “verify my identity” but it won't allow me to because the hacker changed the email. I have tried several times to get my account back and have contacted wish in several ways. No one is working with me and I am beyond frustrated. I have even tried to deactivate my account, but I have no power in this situation and wish is not helping to give it back. The other email is very clearly fake.
