I reached out to Wish.com for a refund providing all the necessary details they requested. However, despite their initial promise to address my issue within 48 hours, they simply sent me the same message twice more, each time stating they would reply within 48 hours. Checking my customer service messages, I noticed no refund had been processed and no new messages were sent. Urgently, I contacted them to express my frustration at the delayed resolution of my problem. It has been approximately 20 days since their first message, and around 15 days since the last promise to contact me within 2 days. I am still waiting for Wish customer support to assist with this matter.

After numerous emails about this matter, I am disappointed that it has not been resolved. There was an unauthorized charge on my credit card for a cat tree tower, which was picked up by someone named Derick Williamson. It appears he stole my wallet and is using my identity to collect items. The expected delivery of the cat tower was August 2, [redacted], and it seems to be at my address, [redacted] A310, in the same complex as my unit, 305B, Escondido, CA [redacted]. I recently placed an order for a gift to be sent to my daughter's address. However, when I tried to order something for myself, the website only allowed me to enter my daughter's address for both orders. When I tried to update the shipping address through customer support, I encountered an issue where I couldn't input the state, city, or zip code. The only fields available were address, first and last name, and phone number.

I attempted to resolve this via Customer Support, but the order I placed on 9/4th is not showing up in your records. I have proof of payment through PayPal for both the 9/4th and 9/9th orders. The 9/9th order with Order ID # 5d76a4c98d86673e1e12824d, US Size 7.5 in Pink from the store Foshan, is the only one visible in my Wish account. I received a Return Label for this order, but the 9/4th order, charged at $21.00 for US Size 7 in Rose color, is missing from my order history and emails. Both sizes are incorrect for me, so I require a Return Label for the 9/4th order. Ideally, I would like one Return Label for both items to save on shipping costs; otherwise, please send a separate one for the 9/4th order. Additionally, I placed an order on 9/24th for a US size 8 or 8.5, which is not showing in my history either. Accuracy in order history and smooth return processes are crucial for me to continue shopping with Wish. I am optimistic you can rectify this situation promptly.

I recently placed an order for some items on WISH that were supposed to be free, but I was surprised to see charges on each item. I tried to cancel my order right away, but it seems they were still processed by my bank. This is my first time using WISH, and I was under the impression that the issue was resolved. I cannot afford the $30.00 overdraft charge per item on my bank account. Additionally, I noticed that some of my orders were duplicated or even tripled. I really hope this matter can be resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Thank you.

I recently purchased a phone gamepad trigger fire button for my mobile device. To my surprise, I received a message from The Wish app stating that my refund is being processed. I never requested to cancel or refund this order, and it is scheduled for delivery by October 21st. I had inquired about a different product, not this one. Please ensure that the customer support or seller can deliver the product as promised, as I am eagerly awaiting its arrival. Thank you.

I have encountered difficulties processing refunds for several items that were not priced correctly at $0.50. Despite multiple attempts, I can't seem to select a refund method as the page redirects me to the store catalog instead. I am frustrated with the delay and just want the pending refunds to be credited to my PayPal account promptly. I've been trying to resolve this issue for days, and it's disheartening to keep getting assurances of a few days' wait without any refunds coming through. I usually appreciate your excellent service and do not want to doubt these assurances. The recent challenges have been unexpected, and I hope to see swift action on these refunds. I added items to my cart and made changes to items already in it. When I added a bra, the order was confirmed, even though I wasn't done and didn't intend to place the order yet. I prefer to pay with my bank card, not PayPal. I want the entire order canceled, not just one item. It seems frustrating that I can't easily explain my issue to someone. I don't want wish cash, and I have a limited time to resolve this.

However, my son added on an extra item for just a pound, and after this purchase, I noticed that all the money has been withdrawn from my bank account. I bought four items from Wish, but each one is being shipped to a different state in the United Arab Emirates. One of the items has already been delivered there. I've been trying to contact Wish customer service, but I haven't had any luck getting a response. I've messaged Wish Customer Support multiple times over the past few days, but I still can't get a refund or figure out how to have my package sent to the correct address since it's different from the one they have on file.

This morning, I placed an order for some items and when I tried to make the payment, an error occurred. Without confirming the amount, you deducted $64 from my account. I would like to request the cancellation of this order due to the price change. I am a loyal customer who enjoys shopping on Wish, and I have recommended it to many. Hello, my name is Amber Withers. I recently ordered two phone cases and was mistakenly refunded with Wish cash for one of them. I did not request this refund in Wish cash as I originally paid with my credit card. I am very disappointed as I wanted the item I purchased and not a refund. I would like to resolve this issue promptly as this was not what I expected. I ordered two phone cases but ended up being refunded in Wish cash without my consent. I am adamant about receiving the phone case I initially purchased and not a refund or Wish cash. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I placed an order for an HP laptop on 09/21/[redacted]. The laptop cost $[redacted] with shipping totaling about $[redacted]. I received a call on Tuesday or Wednesday saying the HP laptop I ordered couldn't be fulfilled and they offered a silver one instead. My laptop was supposed to arrive today, but it didn't. I seem to have lost the invoice with the confirmation number. Can you help me track my order, resend the invoice, and either refund my money or proceed with the order? I ordered a 10 Pack Coin Display Slab Storage Box Holder for Coin Collection, White, 39 mm, Qty 2. Instead of receiving 20 as shown in the images and stated in the package details, I only got four coin holders which led to confusion. Despite reaching out for support, I was only offered a refund, which was a waste of my time. I fear that my upcoming order from the same seller will encounter the same issue if not handled properly. The support agent failed to adhere to my request for the holders instead of a refund. In the future, I may consider using AliExpress as they offer similar holders at a cheaper price.

I have a couple of questions regarding my recent order from Wish. I did not receive some items and some arrived damaged. I no longer have the debit card used for the purchase as I had to get a new one from my bank due to security reasons. Wish states that they issued a refund. How can I receive the refund since I no longer have access to the old card? Can you provide me with an email or call back? My phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]. After my initial order, my account and credit card were compromised, with unauthorized charges and attempted email changes by a hacker. Despite emailing for help, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I received a password reset email in a foreign language, which is not suitable as I am based in the U.S. and prefer English. I have lost faith in the security measures in place and no longer wish to continue using your services. Kindly delete my account as I feel your staff lacks reliability.

I'm disappointed because I ordered a coat that hasn't arrived. According to the app, it was delivered on September 30th when the original delivery date was October 3rd. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed out of my money for a product I was really looking forward to. If it's already October 30th, which is the end of the delivery window, and the coat still hasn't arrived, I would like a refund or a new delivery. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a human on the customer support number to resolve this issue.

I recently placed an order for a massage table and a few other items. Today, all my items arrived except the massage table. Strangely, it seems the table, which weighs around 27 pounds, was sent to a completely different address, and the package was inaccurately labeled as weighing only 12 oz. I have proof from USPS showing where the package was delivered. The main issue here is that I received an incorrect item that I didn't even order.
