In June this year, I purchased a telescope with an attachment for a mobile phone, along with a small tripod. Unfortunately, when I received the package, the attachment for the phone was missing. Despite reaching out to Wish, I initially did not receive a response. After following up, they mentioned that I had exceeded the time limit for such issues. However, upon explaining that I had contacted them within the specified timeframe, they agreed to refund the cost of the item but not the postage. I was also required to bear the cost of returning the item. After agreeing to these conditions, they provided me with a returns label. I promptly shipped the item back via Royal Mail as instructed. Regrettably, I have yet to receive the refund. When I inquired about the status of my reimbursement, the reply I received was a query regarding whether I needed another returns label. Wish seems to have automated responses, hindering effective communication. I paid for the item, postage, and return shipment to Wish's return center at Safestore. I frequently shop on Wish and am disappointed by the lack of resolution regarding my refund, postage, and return expenses. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I am frustrated because, as stated in my recent email, I ordered a set of 36 gel pens with 36 refills in neon, metallic, glitter, and regular colors in August. Today, I received only 6 gel pens without any refills, which is a waste of my time. I feel ripped off and completely dissatisfied. I require the complete order of 36 gel pens and 36 refills in the specified colors as originally intended, without any additional charges. I have already paid for the products and expect to receive exactly what I ordered. If this is not resolved accordingly, I will cease doing business with your company and advise others to do the same. Please send me the correct items without any extra cost, including shipping and handling fees. Failure to rectify this situation will result in losing my business and that of many others. I insist on receiving my original order without any additional charges or fees, as specified in my initial purchase.

I recently placed an order for 7 items on the WISH app, however, I couldn't complete payment at the time. While reviewing my cart, an unexpected message appeared offering an extra 5% discount if I purchased immediately. In a rush, I mistakenly touched the screen and inadvertently made the purchase. Despite immediately contacting support to cancel the order, I was unable to stop the process. Now, I'm receiving notifications that each item has been processed and shipped, and I am unable to cancel the order. I attempted to cancel and requested a refund right after the accidental purchase, but my request was not fulfilled. I am seeking assistance to escalate this issue with WISH.

I bought an Army shovel to use for metal detecting, hoping to find coins and relics. During the first use in my yard, the shovelhead bent 90 degrees when I put pressure on it. This caused me to stumble and fall over. I contacted customer support and was disappointed to learn that my refund time had expired. I won't be ordering from this company again until this issue is resolved. I prefer talking to a person for assistance if needed. If you need my phone number, I can provide it.

I recently purchased dresses in a 5X size, but they are too small and do not fit well. I am currently in a rehab center due to an infection and urgently need these dresses as I have lost all my clothes. I would like a refund to my account instead of Wish credit so I can purchase from another store. I did not receive a customer order slip with my packages, and I am finding it challenging to speak with someone about this issue. I also did not receive any return labels, which would make the return process easier. Please consider making improvements to make it more convenient for customers like me. I recently viewed your advertisement offering 50-70% off all electronics, and I added several items to my cart without completing the purchase. I noticed a discount code section but couldn't find the code in my notifications. Upon returning to shop later, I saw that an order was processing, requiring identity verification. Concerned about a potential charge of $[redacted], I tried to cancel the transaction, but some items were too close to shipping. I contacted my bank, who advised that they can only refund upon proof of return. Due to financial constraints from a work injury, I urgently seek help canceling this transaction before the items are shipped. I appreciate any assistance you can offer as a new customer on Wish.com. I purchased a Zealot S7 Bluetooth speaker on 26/9/19. The confirmation was supposed to happen on 27/9/19, but it's now 28/9/19 with no update. Customer support mentioned it would take an additional 2 days, which is frustrating as the price may change. I am a new customer and have faced multiple issues with Wish. When attempting to buy an item, as I clicked the blinking arrow, a note popped up mentioning an issue with my account, which I found confusing. I contacted my bank to check if there were any problems, but they confirmed everything was fine upon reviewing the records. I then asked the bank to verify my previous purchases from Wish, which they confirmed. The bank representative mentioned that other clients were facing similar issues. I kindly request Wish to resolve this matter promptly, as I prefer to do business with one company rather than multiple ones. I hope this can be resolved soon. Best regards, Gerard R. P.

I need assistance accessing my new email account to manage recent orders and continue shopping. I had trouble with my last two orders; as I was still browsing, a pop-up appeared thanking me for my order before I could review or modify it, leading me to inadvertently cancel them. I promptly informed Wish but lost store credits and rewards amounting to over $50 in total. The same issue occurred with a subsequent order, where a similar pop-up resulted in losing more credits due to a canceled order I was unaware of. I have been trying to resolve this for over two weeks through numerous detailed emails without regaining access to my account. I trust Wish to address this matter promptly as a loyal customer who has made several previous purchases. I have always valued resolving issues for customers during my professional career and now hope for the same consideration from Wish. When my account is restored, my order history will reflect my frequent transactions with your platform. I am counting on your commitment to customer care. Thank you.

Order Inquiry: #5d9199a4e30c6b59291b7673 I was browsing on WISH earlier this morning around 1:00 AM when suddenly a message appeared saying “Thanks for your order." I did not place an order at that time. I had items in my cart but did not click anywhere on the website to authorize a purchase or payment. The amount that was "purchased" (although not authorized by me) is from my house payment funds due on October 1, [redacted]. This is the third email I am sending to WISH since this incident occurred. I have not received any response yet. Please confirm that the entire amount of the "order" has been refunded and the "order" has been canceled. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding a refund for items that were charged twice, without success. They not only failed to refund me but also recharged me for those items, resulting in a significant increase in the total amount. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, they seem to be applying arbitrary rules and restrictions to my account, making it impossible to use my promo codes or Wish cash. The math behind their discounts and final amounts does not add up, exemplified by a $39 order mysteriously turning into $[redacted]. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of response and the financial implications on my account. I require a full refund for all erroneous charges and simply want to receive the items I did originally intend to purchase. This situation has caused me great inconvenience and frustration as I have spent the entire day trying to rectify it with no response from their end.

Hello team, This is my fifth email regarding this matter, and I have yet to receive a response. I purchased and paid for items on your website on September 19th. I received an email shortly after stating the items were being processed for shipping. Weeks later, I received another email confirming that my items had been shipped. Recently, I received yet another email stating that the payment was declined. I have not received a refund for the payment. I would greatly appreciate a thorough explanation as to why the payment was declined and a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I have ordered several free products and paid for the shipping. Some of them have moved from pending to processing, and I have screenshots of this. I also received a text confirmation about the shipment, which I have saved as well. However, when I checked my order history in the app, I noticed that the shipped items were no longer there, or their status had changed after the notification. I am concerned about the whereabouts of these items and if I can get their tracking numbers. Can you confirm which items have been shipped and provide me with their tracking information? Additionally, could you advise where I should send the screenshots for verification purposes?

I have been attempting to update my address on my order with Wish. This is my first time ordering from wish.com, and I am unsure how they have my old address from years ago. Although I inputted my current address as my billing address, there seems to be a mix-up. Despite managing my address to ensure it is correct, 11 items are still slated to be delivered to the wrong address. I have only been able to cancel half of the items. I recently placed an order for pick-up, but there seems to be an issue with my email address. I mistakenly entered my old email address, Amy Clay 79 @Gmail, instead of my current one, Amy Kaufmann 74 @Gmail. When I try to update it to the correct email, the system says it already exists. I need assistance updating my email address on both of my accounts to ensure I receive the necessary information to pick up my item.

I need to cancel my recent orders and have the funds refunded to my account promptly. Prior to finalizing the purchase, I was reviewing my order details. Unfortunately, during this review, my card was charged for two amounts: $[redacted].75 and $[redacted].30. It is my standard practice to thoroughly check my orders for any errors or duplicate items before proceeding with payment. Due to this, I would like the charges reversed, and the funds credited back to my account. Please cancel the orders and return the money to my account without delay.

My ATM card was stolen and used without my permission to buy items on wish.com by fraudulent individuals. I need the unauthorized transactions to be canceled promptly, and the funds reimbursed to my account. The purchases were made earlier today by the thieves who took my card. The amounts were $60 and $30. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this issue.

I recently ordered a yellow AirPod case, but my order confirmation shows an Apple Watch instead. I've tried to cancel the order but couldn't. I'm worried because I want my money back, but the item is supposed to arrive in four weeks. I feel frustrated and don't want to leave a bad review.
