On April 29, [redacted], my late partner, G, found great comfort in your Scentsy animals during her final days. Unfortunately, due to her mild cognitive impairment, she unintentionally duplicated numerous orders of Alma the Alpaca on Wish.com in December [redacted]. Despite our attempts to cancel the duplicates, Wish.com's customer service was unhelpful, resulting in us keeping multiple Alpacas that kept arriving until March [redacted]. I believe Wish.com is scamming customers by making it challenging to cancel orders and easily allowing for unintentional duplicate purchases. Their website lacks proper verification steps and inundates users with pop-up ads. Contacting them is also complicated, as only a phone number is prominently displayed on their site. I find their marketing tactics with Facebook questionable, pushing users to their own apps like Messenger. I prefer to avoid Facebook due to its control over users' choices. For anyone trying to reach Wish.com, their email address is hard to locate.

I was surprised to see Wish attempting to charge over $[redacted] from my bank account. I placed an order for a small dog carrier, but it seems like it got mixed up with other items in my cart that I didn't intend to buy. I'm still waiting for my dog carrier, but all these extra orders were not requested by me. I want to make it clear that I only authorized the purchase of the dog carrier, nothing more. Moving forward, I set up safeguards to prevent such unauthorized charges in the future. Please stop trying to withdraw $[redacted] from my account as I did not approve those additional purchases.

The current issue is quite concerning. There is a lack of clarity on how to contact the company when dealing with orders that may need to be returned. Specifically, it becomes confusing when dealing with replica items. It seems that "Wish" may not prioritize making the return process easy. Additionally, each mistake in the complaint needs to be retyped entirely, not just corrected words. It can be frustrating that GetHuman is not very helpful, especially since actual human support is unavailable. It is crucial to include the name and phone number of the company selling these items on the bill. Perhaps, reaching out to the Better Business Bureau regarding this "Bad Business" practice is necessary.

I am experiencing issues with getting a refund that was set to be issued to my Wish Cash account. I have been trying to address the problem I had with an undelivered item from Metro PCS. Despite being told various reasons such as the item not being ready and being delivered to the wrong address, I was then informed I could no longer pick it up and my time for a refund request had expired. This has been a frustrating experience as I frequently order from Wish, and this is by far the worst encounter I have faced. I have documented all the communication since the day of my order. While browsing the Wish website on Facebook, I unexpectedly received a £46 bill from Paypal. This charge was for 2 pairs of shoes and a Fitbit watch that I did not order. I received one pair of shoes that are too small and unwanted. I am shocked that I have been charged for items I did not choose. After reading negative reviews, I am concerned. I expect a quick response on how to resolve this issue and return the unwanted shoes. The reviews have left me surprised that the company is still in business. I am awaiting a prompt resolution.

Unauthorized purchases were made for: 7 units of global ROM Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 at $1,[redacted].00 and 10 units of global version Xiaomi MI Band at $[redacted].00, totaling $2,[redacted].00. However, my card was charged $2,[redacted].20. I have contacted my bank and initiated a dispute to recover the funds. The individual responsible used the email [redacted] to request changes to my Wish account, making it inaccessible to me. They also requested a refund of $2,[redacted].20. I am experiencing issues with receiving refunds from WISH for four separate transactions dating back to July 17. While one refund was processed, my credit card statement shows the same charge minus one penny the next day. When attempting to contact customer support through their website, I encounter difficulties as the page fails to load properly. Even the hotline number provided on my credit card statement directs me to contact support within the app. This recent decline in product quality and customer service has been a stark contrast to my positive experiences over the past three years of shopping with them. I placed an order, but I made a mistake in the address number. The items are already on their way, but the address does not exist. I need to know when I will receive a response because the customer service is not helpful. I can't even request a refund for a simple error, and half of my items have not arrived. Can the destination be changed if the address does not exist? What should be done with my items in this situation?

I have placed and paid for my orders, but I am being asked for a driver's license which I do not have since I cannot drive. I only possess an 18+ Australian photo ID card. However, the system does not allow me to proceed without a driver's license, even though I have shopped on Wish for years without this requirement. Can my 18+ card be accepted so that my orders can be processed? I am unable to call the customer service center due to my phone limitations for overseas calls. Hello, I previously had a positive experience with your company. However, this recently changed as I noticed unauthorized charges from Wish on my account. I did not make any orders, and the payments were processed twice without my knowledge. I wasn't even on the website during these transactions, and I have not shared my card details with anyone. I placed an order on August 1st, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of September 6th, [redacted]. It is now September 9th, and I have yet to receive my product. I bought this item for my daughter for school, and classes have already begun. I am unable to reach a live person for assistance, but I urgently need to locate my order. The tracker indicates that it has been delivered, but that is not accurate. I paid more than $30 for this item, and I am eager to find out its current location.

I placed an order for a drone on September 2, [redacted], with order number 5d6d04b52b8a5d48491d8b4b. I opted for express shipping, but I received a notification stating there would be a week's delay. The item's last location is in my town, Dieppe. It's frustrating that it's so close yet still delayed for a week. If it was just a day or two, I'd understand, but a week is excessive and has upset me. I need to cancel all future orders as I feel misled about the content of the coins I purchased. Some are marked as "replica" while others aren't, causing confusion. I have disabilities from a brain injury, epilepsy, and surgery, which make me easily confused. I rely on disability funding to get by. Hello, my stepfather purchased two shirts from Wish. We opted for XXL sizes considering his build, but upon arrival, they were more like XS, despite the tags indicating XXL. Even I couldn't fit in them, though I am slim. This seems like a scam. We are seeking a refund and can provide additional details, including photos of the shirts and the receipt from my stepfather's phone. Please let us know if you have a contact number for a call. I made a purchase for a cat tree and some bags on Wish in July. They keep offering me a refund or asking if I want to wait for the items. I have been struggling to obtain a refund for a $[redacted] order I made. Instead of receiving a cash refund, I was given $60 in Wish Cash. I do not intend to shop with the company again due to previous issues with orders not delivered. Despite addressing the problem as an address change, the items were still sent to the wrong place. I only agreed to try again because of the cute merchandise, hoping for improved customer service, but I received $60 Wish Cash instead of a refund to my card. I insist on receiving a full refund to my card as I have no interest in the Wish Cash. The lack of live customer service contact adds to my frustration. I feel mistreated as a customer and demand a resolution swiftly.

I purchased an iPhone 6 from your company, and I've experienced issues with the touchscreen not functioning properly. After contacting customer service via the provided link, I was informed that a return tag would be sent to me. I wasn't able to clarify that I need a replacement before returning the defective phone, as this is my primary device. I prefer receiving a replacement before sending back the faulty phone since these are refurbished units. It would be helpful if they could send a new phone as my second replacement to ensure quality. I ordered a product with expedited shipping that was due on the 6th, but it's now the 11th and hasn't arrived. The reason given is an incorrect address, but my Wish profile has the correct address.
