I would like to express my surprise at the reluctance of many individuals to address the issues they are facing with the company. It appears that the lack of phone contact and customer service has deterred many from placing new orders. I am still unable to access my phone properly due to these issues. Additionally, there seems to be unauthorized access to my Google account, where my texts and emails are being controlled. This level of power wielded by the company is concerning. Despite my ongoing struggle with these problems, I received a positive letter from a gentleman named Arnold, which was a refreshing change. His letter stood out for its kindness, unlike previous communications. It is important to acknowledge both negative and positive experiences. I appreciate the support I have received, and I believe more people should be aware of GetHuman and its services.

I recently placed my first order on wish.com. When asked for my credit card information, I provided it, but then realized I never entered my shipping address. To my surprise, the shipping address was for a man in the Ukraine, which is not where I live. Concerned about my payment and personal details, I have been trying to reach wish.com for three days to no avail. The funds have been deducted from my bank account, and now I fear for the security of my transaction. I am anxiously waiting for a response and confirmation from wish.com to resolve this confusing situation.

I placed an order for two items on Wish on June 28, [redacted], at 3:32 am. Unfortunately, I'm encountering issues tracking my order as I seem to be blocked from accessing my account and logging into Wish. Despite trying to fix this by reinstalling the app and changing my password, I remain locked out. I believe this might be due to an accidental checkout on July 2, [redacted], at 11:00 p.m., where I purchased items by mistake. I promptly requested a refund the next day, but since then, I've been unable to regain access to my account to track my incoming items. I've contacted Wish support multiple times without success. Wish team, could you please assist me with this matter?

On June 28, [redacted], I contacted you regarding a refund for small pants I ordered on June 4, [redacted]. I was instructed to open a ticket for the refund, but due to incomplete order history, I couldn't proceed. While you mentioned your support team was looking into this, I haven't received any updates to move forward with the ticket. I'm growing increasingly frustrated and urge you to resolve this promptly. Hello, this is Janet. Earlier this year, I reported that an item did not arrive, and I appreciate the refund for that item. However, I'm still waiting for my red and black track pants and other bandanas that I ordered. Despite being asked to be patient due to post issues from China, these items never arrived. This adds up to three orders from January and February which were never received. I used to find your service reliable and customer-friendly, but the extended wait and lack of updates have left me disappointed. As a 55-year-old woman, I now feel let down and unable to trust your company as I can't afford to lose money on undelivered goods. It's been over six months, and I no longer have the patience to wait. Please compensate me for this situation, or I will have to reconsider future purchases and warn others about potential risks. Please assist me with my delivery issue. My items are being sent to the post office instead of my specified address, incurring an extra charge of [redacted] pesos, approximately $2, per product. This is a burden as I have multiple orders. Kindly review my account to verify the number of items I have purchased. I am extremely disappointed by this situation. Furthermore, the delivery date has been postponed by a week, but I require the items before July 19, [redacted], as they are meant for my sister and her children in Qatar. If the items are not delivered by the target date, I would like to request a refund. Additionally, I am unable to view the seller's name or contact them directly. Hello, the item due for delivery on July 18th was returned to us at [redacted] WestView St Apt A1. Can you please clarify the next steps? Will a refund be issued? Can all deliveries to this address be canceled for a refund? I've been waiting a long time for items that won't be received due to address issues. I'd like to proceed with the Stereo order coming to [redacted] Wedgewood Ave. Princeton Wv. I accidentally placed an order for items in my cart and am on a fixed income. I intended to order later. Despite multiple emails requesting cancellation, I have not received a response. If any money is withdrawn from my account, I will hold your company accountable and take further action. I have seen negative reviews online and may consider a class action lawsuit. I sent another message this morning to cancel all orders. I received another item today. I explained that I placed items in my cart to order later and accidentally hit the order button. I requested to cancel the order less than a minute after clicking it. If I receive one more item, I will consider legal action. I have emailed multiple times to cancel all orders but cannot find a phone number to reach you. Consider refunding any charges and canceling further items or orders. - Cindy.

I am trying once more to resolve this issue. I have communicated with Miss Wilson regarding my order of 9 rings. I canceled several and mistakenly ordered three rings twice, which I also canceled. I should only have 4 rings and a complimentary item on the way. I am eager to review my account to understand the charges and the delay in refunding the canceled ring orders. I find it frustrating that it takes 14 days for the refunds. I insist on a prompt refund. I am encountering difficulty accessing my account; I am not directed appropriately. Being asked to pay $5 to view my account when I am owed money is unfair. I strongly request immediate action on the refund and access to my account to verify charges and track my refund status.

I requested a refund for a partially missing order from Wish. I was only offered a partial refund of $18.92 for foot pads that cost $26.86. Customer support claimed my order contained multiple items and asked for a screenshot of my order history to verify my claim. I have sent the screenshot multiple times along with additional information in my emails. Despite this, they keep asking for the order number, which I have already provided multiple times. I recently purchased items from a company named "bestdeeal9" on WISH.COM. There are concerns about the store selling expensive items for $2.00 or less, with over 20,[redacted] people, including myself, making purchases. This seems suspicious, especially since the manufacturing capacity does not align with the quantity sold. I urge WISH.COM to investigate this matter further. I personally bought 2 65" 4k TVs, 3 laptops, and 1 set of earphones for under $12.00 in the U.S. currency. Despite offering other products at similar prices to other stores on WISH.COM, the legitimacy of "bestdeeal9" is in question. There is a lack of tracking numbers provided for shipments, adding to the doubt. I hope WISH.COM addresses this issue to prevent potential financial losses to customers. Thank you, Mark Gordon

I purchased motorcycle saddlebags from Wish. They were supposed to arrive on July 12th, then on July 21st, but the tracking hasn't updated since the 16th. I requested a refund, but Wish hasn't responded. Their customer service is automated and unhelpful. If my order doesn't arrive soon, I will take further action. I advise against ordering from Wish as they are unreliable. I've heard similar complaints from other customers. I plan to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge and report Wish.

I accidentally placed an order that went through without my confirmation. I tried to cancel it a few minutes after ordering on Sunday, July 21st. I received a confirmation email from Wish stating the order was canceled before the transaction went through, but today my bank was charged for the entire order. Even though I removed my credit card information from Wish to prevent this, I need it fixed today. I have called and sent multiple emails without any solution. The items show as canceled on my Wish account, but the charge is on my bank statement. My account is now in trouble due to this issue, and I will go to the bank to address it. Although a refund of $39.00 was processed, subsequent charges of the same amount, another $9.28, and an additional $39.00 were deducted without consent. The first $39.00 refund was not returned. I accidentally ordered a phone case from Wish that my little girl selected, but canceled within minutes. Despite this, the order was still shipped. When trying to return it, I couldn't find the order listed in my Wish account. Klarna is now asking for payment, though I don't typically pay online from my account. I am eager to resolve this by either returning the case or finding an alternative payment method like a postal order or check. I've attempted to resolve this three times with no success. My daughter has also sent emails addressing this issue. The ID number for the product is 5cfe949e[redacted]9de5248c6. If this matter isn't resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it to Trading Standards for further assistance, as the current response has not been satisfactory.

I placed an order for five sets of sunglasses a month ago. I checked on my phone and saw the order, but now it's missing. I have not received my glasses, and I am concerned. I want to understand what went wrong so I can either receive my glasses or get a refund on my card. This issue is frustrating as it is not the first time my orders have not been fulfilled completely. I had another order for tablets scheduled for delivery on July 17th, but they have not arrived. I received a message stating they would be here by July 24th, which has not happened. I have ordered two different sets of tablets, one regular and one set of phablets. The phablets were supposed to arrive today but have not. I would appreciate an email update regarding my missing items.

I am frustrated with a company called Wish. I am trying to receive my phone through them but have had no success. I contacted their customer service as instructed, but it has been unhelpful. I am so fed up with their service that I threw my phone away and had to buy a new one. If only I could speak to their CEO, I would express my anger. I wish I could go to one of their stores and protest. I am struggling to deal with this on my own and need assistance. Jane B.

I placed an order approximately two weeks ago but had to cancel it due to additional merchandise included not in my original order, resulting in a $71.06 total. I promptly canceled the entire order and confirmed with a representative on the chat line. They assured me the full order was canceled, and the $71.06 would be refunded to my card within two weeks. However, I have not seen the refund on my card ending in "[redacted]" yet. I am 69 years old, living on a limited Social Security payment, and this amount is significant in my budget.
