I would like to complain slightly. I attempted multiple time to enter the first time buyers code of: snpgjnr then it would state it was accepted but would not apply it. Originally I entered the code and got my total of **.** then went to pay out and found a small problem with my card so I had to contact my card and correct the problem which I did then returned to check out at which time my code discount had been removed. I attempted to re-enter multiple times yet it would not apply. So I created a wish list and moved a couple of items over in hopes of jarring the account to get it to reapply. It would not then it processed my order shy the * items in the wish list. So I returned to the wish list and selected another item to see if I could get my code to work with it but found I could not because it is for first time buyers only. That item ordered and confirmed due to not being able to utilize my code the first time has left * items in my wish list unpurchased and now I don't have enough funds left on my card to get them. When if my transaction had been processed the first time I would have all my items that had been in my cart. I feel I was computer burglared out of being able to get all my items and would hope somebody on your end could correct this computer glitch and make certain I received all of my original order which includes the * items remaining in my wish list. I want my entire order for the price of **.**. So what ever it takes for you all to get me all the items on my order plus the that are remaining in my "T" wish list because they were included in my original tally. I believe somebody over there has the ability to correct this unfortunate event. As it was Wish that charged my credit card for test totally $.** thereby creating the need for me to have to contact my credit card in the first place. It's only right that i should not be the one treated as if i just didn't check out fast enough because that is incorrect. I do hope you all will rectify this problem smoothly. Very sincerely I'll be waiting for acknowledgement regarding this problem. Thank you
