I was trying to tell them that a vendor on their site is selling bad and counterfeit items that are defective and all they want me to choose a reason for my return, but the only response is to say that you ordered the item by mistake or you can choose the only other response that is telling them to nevermind. That's why I am frustrated because they make you pay for the shipping cost to get the... ... I am currently trying to return a defective item from wish.com and every time they sent me an email about the return process they want you to select a reason for your return. But they only have one response and that is saying that you made a mistake ordering the item.*I refuse to say that because I don't want to pay for return shipping since they misrepresented the tablet I bought. I spent over $*** and will never order from them again!!!*The tablet I received has no name on it and the touch screen is not working right and their is spyware and other issues with it. I regret trying to get a good deal because instead I got ripped off. I wouldn't even pay $** in a store for what I received. MY ADVICE IS TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING WORTH MORE THAN $** FROM THEIR SITE!!!! SO AGGRAVATING!!!!
They don't realize how frustrating it is to have to admit to something that is not true to return an item back to them. They just want to sell items no matter what they have to say to mislead you and then when you are not satisfied they don't want to spend money for their customer service representatives. Instead they have a pre-recorded text from the same person (Alex) every time you contact them and the worst part is the response from Alex is always the same thing. So no matter what you want to do if it's not what is one of the only responses to choose from then you are out of luck on getting them to be aware of the problem you are having and it's like talking to nobody who is going to help you.
I expected that they would pay for my return shipping. Because now I am going to be out of $** for shipping this item here and now back to them.*I think that if they would make their vendors responsible for the return shipping cost then maybe their vendors would not sell bad and misrepresented items since they would be at risk at losing money.*Therefore they would be more honest about what they are selling to avoid having unsatisfied customers and having to be out of money for return shipping cost.
I am a new customer and I spent over $*** on * items I ordered and not one of those things were as the description given to me when ordering the item. Everyone of the items have something wrong with them. I expected to be able to buy things with an understanding that since I was buying from a popular website that it would have employees who worked for them and not some Mickey mouse company that seems like it is run out of someone's garage.
I emailed them several different ways and tried researching different ways to contact them.
