This is the *nd or *rd time I've contacted you. Still trying to get return address*shipping label for *st order before ** day return policy comes into play. They told me they LOST an order, but now it comes in in dribs and drabs and I want to return most of that order. The payment for this order went thru my credit card already. I made * last order to replace the LOST one and am waiting for that at the end of the month. I'm almost certain products will need to be sent back also, as they are duplicates. I have over ** correspondences with customer care and am getting NOWHERE. ANY help you can offer would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
