The issue in GetHuman-chomper's own words
Replace my non working cellphone without spending a arm and a leg. ... Bought a phone. Was not sent the one in the description. Also phone wouldnt work on my carrier like it said in description. Have emailed back and forth getting the run around. They told me send it to sender on package it came in. Glad I didnt. They email me a label to send to return center in Arizona. I PAY to send it back. Still nothing. Emailed multiple times and kept telling me to reopen ticket. It cannot be opened because its in process of being refunded. Been the run around AGAIN for weeks. Today going to tell me im outside of my **days... Ummmm NO I been dealing with trying to get my money back for weeks! I did my part. Im out a phone that wouldnt work for me and wasnt even the model I paid for.. What i paid for phone and then paying to have it shipped to the so called"return center".
I requested the refund... Got the label and paid to send it to their "return center". Kept getting the run around that i needed to go reopen the ticket. It doesnt allow me to open it. It still says my refund is pending. I had no other way to escalate it. (No customer service etc besides email) continued to get auto responses telling me to do something their website doesnt let you do when it shows the ticket is open. I know is shady because at first they offered me a free s***gb card to just keep the phone (that doesnt work for me, what to try to sell it at a discount when i can get a full refund?) They didnt want to mess with it. I persisted and they emailed me the return label. Sent it out that next morning. Waited... Sent a email.. Run around. I emailed them the day prior to my ** days asking for help so they didnt try to say I didnt do my part in ** days. I knew better... Of course that was their next move. I have all the email documentation. I just want my money back. Im out my money and the phone.
Refunding my money and admit they just didnt want to deal with. Prove they just lead me on until **days so they could use that as an excuse to not return my money.
Ive gotten tons of stuff from them... Yes some took time and it was expected. Ive never had any real issues that didnt get promptly taken care of. Until this phone. Of course the first time i spend alot of money on one item is when i get shafted.
As of ******* this has NOT been fixed! Dont know why it says fixed.
