I received a pair of headphones in December [redacted] that have developed a fault despite minimal use. Although it is outside the 30-day window, the headphones are not even six months old. Customer service emails have been unhelpful and dismissive, essentially saying tough luck. I am feeling frustrated and belittled by their responses. In line with the UK Sale of Goods Act, I am seeking a refund for these faulty goods as I believe in my consumer rights in this situation.

I am Teresa O'Connor from 94 Owhiro Bay Parade, New Zealand. I am experiencing issues with using my debit card on Wish. Although the money is in my account and not on credit, Wish charged me and then claimed to have refunded the amount. They requested a photo of my transaction, which I found suspicious as other companies like Dgate and similar online services do not require such verification. I am reluctant to provide these extra details as they are usually requested by scammers. Despite attempting to upload the photo, the system is asking for it again and preventing me from proceeding. I have only faced similar problems in China before, where my card was misused. I purchased a Live Studio Audio ELMCT-120S 12-Channel Professional USB Mixing Mixer, which unfortunately does not work. I placed the order on March 30th, [redacted], and it was delivered on April 2nd, [redacted]. Upon trying to use it at church on April 6th, [redacted] with my keyboard and amplifier, there was significant static and it did not function properly. My very first order was perfect, and I still want to keep it. The issue is with the last order, not the first one. The order I need help with is the large one that costs around $80.00 or $90.00. Can you please cancel this specific order? I didn't want it, and it seems items were selected without my approval. The first order is fine and was on its way, so I still want to receive it. I received the wrong size dress (US 8 instead of UK 8) with a pre-sent return label. The company informed me that a refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, but they expect me to cover the return shipping costs. I find this unacceptable and also want a refund for the original shipping charges. Unfortunately, I am unable to address this in my order account as it's designated for return. The available questions do not pertain to my situation. Additionally, I keep receiving emails in French which adds to my frustration.

I would appreciate it if someone could contact me regarding my recent purchases from Wish. I have continuously received items in the wrong sizes and colors, which is quite frustrating. Today, I received two black blouses in size XXL instead of the white blouse in size 3XL that I had ordered. I have yet to receive the correct blouse. I will be returning the two black blouses. These purchases were made through PayPal. I am also encountering the same issue with several rings I ordered in the wrong sizes. I would like some assistance with resolving these issues. Thank you. I have encountered a problem with my recent orders. Out of the three items I purchased, only one has arrived. The first missing item was a tablet, but a pillow cover was sent instead, and despite explaining the mix-up to Wish, they claimed it was delivered. The second item never arrived at all. I want to continue shopping with them, but I feel like I'm wasting my money. I need assistance resolving these issues.

I've been trying to make a purchase today, but I encountered an issue with my credit card processing. I requested a refund for 4 out of 11 items from my purchase. I explained that my original debit card is inactive as I no longer have an account with that bank and have tried contacting them to no avail. I asked for the refunds in Wish Cash but was denied. I am unable to reach customer support on the Wish app due to being red-flagged after raising issues with 4 items. The claims I made were legitimate, supported by picture evidence. I am considering legal action as advised by my lawyer, especially regarding the illegal shipment of prescription strength colored contacts. Please resolve this issue promptly. I simply want my $82 refunded in Wish Cash as it is the only way I will be able to receive it.

Dear Customer Service, I recently made a purchase on Wish for a Russian alphabet wooden puzzle. Unfortunately, instead of receiving the item I ordered, I was sent a cheap plastic cube. I have a video documenting the unboxing process to support my claim. I am unable to contact Wish's support team as my account has been flagged without any explanation. This is unacceptable, especially considering the clear fraudulent actions of the seller. I demand a refund for the incorrect item I received, and I am willing to return the plastic cube at the seller's expense. I purchased shoes that never arrived. Wish offered me a refund which I used to buy a bag for $38. However, the bag I received was not the one I ordered and is valued at $27. I do not want this incorrect bag and have requested a refund. I offered to return it if provided with a prepaid shipping label. Despite sending a photo of the wrong bag to demonstrate the issue, I am only being asked for a tracking number. Unfortunately, the bag's tracking information was disposed of, which I explained. I believe I should have been informed if the bag I wanted was unavailable instead of receiving a cheaper alternative without consent. Wish's policy states that providing a photo of the incorrect item guarantees a refund, which I have complied with. Dear Support Team, I am reaching out to seek assistance with my hacked account incident. On March 4 at 6:46 a.m. (MEZ), an unauthorized person gained access to my account and made a purchase of speakers using my credit card. Shortly after, the hacker canceled the order, refunding the money in Wish Cash. Upon regaining control of my account, I discovered that there is still an unrequested balance of 77 Swiss Francs in Wish Cash. Despite reviewing your guidelines, I learned that there are no provisions for refunds when transactions are refunded in Wish Cash. I kindly request an exception given the circumstances of my account being compromised and the funds being used without my consent. Unfortunately, Customer Support has disabled my account for any further transactions and assured me of the refund, which I am yet to receive. Despite sending multiple emails on this matter, I have not received any resolution. This situation has worsened as I am unable to utilize the Wish Cash. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I had items in my cart ready to order when I saw my address had been changed to one in Russia. This is not my address. My correct address is [redacted] Pinckney Avenue, Florence, SC [redacted]. I have also removed my payment method to prevent unauthorized use. I am deeply upset by this breach of trust and would like an immediate resolution. I believe I should receive the items in my cart at no charge. I have recommended many friends to use Wish and hope they are not facing the same issue. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, and this situation is distressing. Despite receiving a message about a refund, there is nothing to refund. I have learned that a pending order means the payment is processed when or after the package is delivered. The payment information is obtained before shipping. For my WISH transactions, I prefer to use PayPal, NetSpend, Account Now, or Green Dot bank cards, all of which are pre-paid. These cards have two separate accounts: one for loading/reloading and another for the actual balance. When I purchase from WISH using the reloadable balance, I receive all the necessary tracking information. However, there seems to be a discrepancy when my card is used for pending orders. I do not receive any tracking information or a confirmation for these purchases. I kindly request that both types of transactions provide the same tracking details to avoid confusion. Thank you, RM.

I deeply lament this ordeal and my decision to cease future purchases from Wish due to unresolved issues and lack of refunds, an unfortunate conclusion after numerous failed attempts to get my money back. My account has been flagged for refund abuse. I placed several orders over the past year but encountered issues with receiving items and refunds. Despite reaching out to the support team, some orders were not fulfilled, and refunds were not processed promptly. After facing challenges with multiple orders, the company labeled my account as misusing the return policy. I have been awaiting a total refund of $82.85 for a while now. I plan to give the company until 4/22/19 to return my money. If I do not receive the refund by then, I will involve my lawyer and share my experience on social media.
