Since most of the products I have ordered have not arrived on time or either not arrived at all, I've always asked for a refund.Nonetheless, It was untill today that ''WISH'' prevented me for asking for a refund just because I ( my * account ) was suspicioned to be violating their terms concerning the refunds.(That is to say that I was believed to be asking for refunds even though the products had arrived, something that is untrue) Never did I have the intention of violating their terms BUT, I want to point out that since they are not aware of the exact time an order might be handed, they'd better extend the wait time till the order's arrival.Now I neither contact wish support ,because my account is flagged, nor can I be reimbursed
GetHuman2619058 did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
