On February 28, [redacted], I purchased two items from Wish Express. Upon receiving the first item, which was damaged, they promptly refunded my money. When the second item arrived and wasn't as expected, I returned it to Wish. However, I have been facing difficulties with Wish support since they refunded me in October [redacted] for an item I never received. I have provided them with all the necessary paperwork, but they keep giving me the runaround. It is frustrating because I cannot afford to lose money like this, especially as a disabled individual. The fact that Wish doesn't have a phone number for live support is concerning. They were quick to refund me for an item I didn't need to return, but they are dragging their feet on refunding me for the item I did return. I am at a loss with Wish.com, and despite involving my lawyer for a $75 issue, I am struggling to resolve this matter. Your assistance in this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased multiple items from Wish. Some have arrived, but many have not. Despite the delayed delivery and items being stuck in China per tracking, I requested refunds in geek cash. Following multiple refunds, my account got flagged for alleged abuse of their refund policy. To be able to request more refunds, they asked me to order additional products to improve my account standing. Unfortunately, I cannot order more due to them holding my funds. Hello, I have been in touch with you previously regarding a refund for a mobile phone. However, the order number was closed and I find myself going in circles when contacting Wish support. The issue remains unresolved, and I cannot access the order details to follow up. I was informed that the refund would be issued in Wish cash, but I have yet to receive it after months, which is quite frustrating. I have also lodged a complaint about the lack of communication regarding the refund with no resolution. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience this has caused. The lack of communication and service is disappointing, and I may need to seek legal advice if this continues. I am concerned about unauthorized charges of $70 on our account. Despite providing proof of the transactions via email, the company has been delaying refunding us. We need to know who placed the order for smartwatches in December and the delivery address. We are considering legal action against the person who falsely claimed to be us. It is frustrating that the company took our money instantly but is taking a long time to return it. I urgently require a refund and information on the delivery address. I am unable to access my account due to a lockout related to returns. I have $98.80 in wish cash, but I wish I had been informed about the potential account lockout prior to choosing wish cash over a credit card refund for items that did not fit. There is an order in my cart that the $98.80 would cover, but I cannot make purchases to resolve the issue since I am locked out. I have invested a significant sum into purchases on the site, and it is frustrating to be unable to utilize the $98.80 in my account currently. I kindly request the company to process my order so that we can close this matter promptly. Emails about items in my cart are not helpful as I am locked out of my account, and I urge the company, as the only one with access, to assist with processing my order for resolution.

I attempted to call immediately after the issue occurred; however, the customer service experience was chaotic. I have been a long-time shopper on Wish and have invested a significant amount of money over time. This time, I am contacting you regarding a serious emergency and a major error on my order, which I cannot understand how it occurred. Additionally, I tried to cancel the entire order, but the automated system I interacted with did not allow me to do so effectively. Only two items were removed from the order, although there were many more items in it. It was frustrating not to be able to speak directly with a person to address the problem promptly. I feel like this lack of direct communication may be intentional, which is upsetting as it involves my hard-earned money, not yours. As a person on a fixed income through Social Security, these financial matters are significant and challenging for me.

I am frustrated because I have not received my boots and purse that were meant to be delivered. Additionally, I have been overcharged multiple times for the purse. I have evidence of the extra charges, and I demand a refund for all incorrect charges made. I am unable to speak with a representative, and it is unacceptable. I only intended to order one purse for around $[redacted], not the additional orders that I don't recognize. I insist on a refund for the repeated charges and demand the delivery of my missing items promptly. It is unacceptable to be charged multiple times for the same item without receiving it, and I am prepared to take further action if necessary.

I placed an order on 3/3/19. I received emails confirming that some items were shipped, but later got notifications from Wish that my order was cancelled, and my debit card would be refunded. Wish mentioned that the refund was processed on 3/5/19, but it's now 3/27/19 and I haven't received it yet. I paid $[redacted].00 for the order, and I'm disappointed as I have neither the money nor the items. I urgently need this resolved. I use a reloadable debit card and can only provide images of it, as I don't have a bank account to share statements. I've already sent pictures of my debit card three times earlier. I placed an order on 3/3/19 and received emails saying parts of it were shipped. Shortly after, I got emails from Wish saying my order was canceled and my money refunded to my debit card. They mentioned the refund was processed on 3/5/19 and could take up to 2 weeks. Today is 3/27/19, and I am still waiting for the refund. I paid $[redacted].00 for the order but have received neither the money nor the items. I'm eager to have this resolved promptly. I don't have a bank account, just a reloadable debit card. I can provide images of the debit card since I don't have a bank statement. I've already sent pictures of the card three times before this email, and the issue has not been fixed. I appreciate your swift attention to this matter; it's now three weeks and three days since this started. Thank you.

I would like to address my recent experience with your customer service. I have been struggling to reach the correct department regarding my order and have found it frustrating that there is no direct line to the order department. Despite my efforts through the app, I have only been able to access tracking information, which is not what I need. I am disappointed by the lack of a contact phone number for assistance. I paid an additional $23 for expedited shipping, a considerable amount for me. Compared to companies like Amazon and Walmart offering free two-day shipping, your shipping fees appear excessive. The promised delivery date of my item has been postponed multiple times, from Sunday to Monday of this week, and now to April 1st or even the 2nd. This delay contradicts the purpose of paying extra for expedited shipping. I request the $23 expedited shipping fee refunded promptly. If this is not resolved, I will cancel the order and contact my credit card company for further action. Please address this matter urgently by reaching out to me at [redacted]. I cancelled my order on the 13th before Wish could process the package. However, they have already deducted the money from my account. Wish informed me that the refund might take up to 14 days, which means it should have been processed by the 27th. It is now the 30th, and I have not received the refund. I have reached out via email, but there has been no response. When attempting to call, I receive a message stating that the number is not available at the moment. I am in need of assistance to expedite this refund process as I am running out of alternatives.

I have previously ordered from your website and encountered several issues with my orders. Unfortunately, my recent order has also not met my expectations. I ordered a bra, but only received 30 instead of the 70 I purchased. Additionally, the bathing suit I received is the wrong size and is missing a strap for the top. When attempting to contact customer service for assistance, I was informed there is a hold on my account due to previous problems. I am very frustrated and upset as I simply want the correct items I ordered, not a refund. It is disheartening to experience these recurring problems with my orders.

Some items from my Geek order have not arrived yet, and I have been waiting for a long time. I have tried everything to resolve this with no success. I bought a set of crochet Tunisian hooks with extensions. My first order was unexpectedly canceled by the Wish app, and now the second order has not arrived. Despite reaching out to customer support five times, I have not received any assistance. Additionally, I received a 13-piece set of extended knitting needles, all the same size instead of different sizes as advertised. Good morning, I have not received an article that was supposed to be refunded, and the refund has not been credited yet. I have 13 late articles, some with a refund deadline of 4/04. I am repeatedly told that I am flagged as an unreliable customer due to too many refunds. I want to clarify that I pay to receive goods, not to waste my money. It seems you are creating issues with my rights. Last year, I lost money with another account. I hope you will fulfill your duties instead of telling me to buy more to regain trust. With over 500rs worth of undelivered goods, kindly process the refunds. Otherwise, I will seek legal advice. Good morning.
