Hello, I have reached out multiple times via email. It seems like my concerns are not being addressed. When checking my "order history" and then "contact support," initially it indicated to wait for the order, but when I didn't receive it and checked again, the refund window had closed. I am frustrated that I was charged but did not receive my parcel. Despite my efforts to contact customer support, I am receiving the same automated response, which does not help resolve my issue. I have provided detailed explanations several times. Is there a customer service number I can call for assistance? Please review my emails thoroughly before responding with a standard reply. I request a refund for the undelivered items. It is unfair to keep funds for a service that was not provided. This has been a disappointing experience.

I visited Wish to find a birthday gift and noticed there were 5 items in my cart. To my surprise, there were items in my cart that I didn't add, and they were about to be ordered with my debit card ending in [redacted]. I managed to remove 2 items, but accidentally pressed the pay button while browsing, using the money reserved for my rent. I immediately tried calling without success, and the customer service seemed automated. I urgently need assistance to see if the transaction can be halted before it ships. I hope this can be resolved swiftly to prevent any issues with my rent payment.

Dear Customer Service, I received an order confirmation and was informed that my item is being prepared for shipment, with an expected shipping date within the next 3 days. However, as of today, I have not received the order placed on February 11th. If the item is not delivered in the next 2 or 3 business days, I would like to request a refund. I am writing to express my frustration with the situation regarding my air mattress delivery. Despite being a single parent and facing financial difficulties, I have not received my package due to FedEx leaving it in an unsecured area. I am upset by the lack of accountability I encountered when I spoke to customer service. My account status has been affected because of multiple refund attempts caused by undelivered items. This experience has been incredibly stressful, as other deliveries have been made by mail carriers without issue. I recently spoke with a FedEx supervisor who confirmed that my claim was approved, and they have processed the payment for the air mattress. I am now requesting that the company promptly refund me the money. It is disappointing to be treated this way as a honest customer going through such challenges. I have made several requests to resolve this matter, but the responses I've received have been confusing or unhelpful. I ordered one pair of basketball shoes, but received two. Additionally, I ordered a dress in different colors and sizes, but received three of the same dress in a smaller size. I also received three wigs instead of one. I have provided photos as evidence. I need assistance in returning these items. I am concerned about the process, cost, and resolution time. I have never returned items before and hope this issue can be solved clearly. I recently made a purchase on wish.com for three pairs of Puma shoes in red, blue, and white from Shoebacca. Even though the red shoes were marked as delivered on March 12, I have not been able to locate them on my property. I am requesting a full refund for the missing red pair. If the remaining items do not arrive within the estimated time frame, I will also be requesting refunds for those. Please contact me promptly via email. It is frustrating when items are not delivered as expected, and I feel disappointed in this situation. I reached out to Shoebacca.com, and their response was unsatisfactory, implying that once an item is marked as delivered, their responsibility ends, regardless of the delivery address accuracy. I have reached out to the Better Business Bureau after 8 days of trying to get a response from the support team regarding a return address. Their initial response was only when I mentioned the Better Business Bureau. They advised me to individually return each item with a separate shipment label, which is problematic for me due to a disability and lack of transportation. Despite my efforts to return all items in one box with the provided label, they are unresponsive now. They also delayed providing this detail until after my 30-day return window closed. I have been a loyal customer of wish, but this experience has been disappointing. Any suggestions on how to proceed with this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need to address an issue regarding the lack of notifications on two recent orders. The last update I received was that the items were on their way. However, upon checking the status of the orders, it appears they were not delivered, and the return deadlines have passed without any notice. I am requesting either the items to be shipped promptly or a full refund for the orders. If I had known earlier that the deliveries were unsuccessful, I would have requested a refund immediately. I am frustrated that I have not received my refund from last month. Despite being told it was processed, it never appeared on my card. After contacting my card provider, I learned that the refund was initially sent but then reversed without explanation, with the offer of Wish cash instead. I am adamant about getting the $7 and change refunded to my card, as I have requested multiple times. It has been over a month, and the situation is unacceptable. This experience with Wish has been disappointing, and I expect my money to be returned to my card promptly. I do not want Wish cash; I want the refund processed as promised.

However, after moving to [redacted] Lewis Road in Gastonia, North Carolina, I haven't received any items. When I reached out to support, they mentioned I've been flagged, but I have always been honest. Today, I received a letter from US Customs stating that something I ordered from your site was found to be illegal. Despite this, I was charged for it without receiving anything. I used to enjoy shopping on your site due to the fair prices, but now I am frustrated. I demand a refund for all undelivered items and for the order seized by US Customs. I placed an order for a flat iron on February 12, but I never received it. Despite contacting Wish through the app multiple times, I haven't received a satisfactory explanation for the missing item. Wish claims it was delivered, but I never confirmed receiving it. According to the app, it was delivered to an unfamiliar location in Richmond, VA ([redacted]), which is not the address I provided. I find this situation very frustrating and it is my worst experience with Wish so far. The tracking number is W[redacted]97DLEB, and after checking other tracking sites, I could not find any records associated with this number provided by Wish.

I've been trying to obtain a return shipping label for 2 weeks now. Wish's instructions are clear, but despite following them diligently, I can't seem to get the label. They assure me a refund upon receiving the items, but I need that label to send them back. I'm worried some items might exceed the 30-day return window. Customer support keeps asking if I've received my refund, but I need help with the actual return process. I recently made an order but canceled it before it was fully processed. Even though the items were never shipped, I discovered a great coupon deal for first-time users. When I tried to use it, I was told it was for first-time users only, which doesn't seem fair as my previous order was canceled. I want to utilize the coupon for my first actual order. I ordered a necklace from the Wish app, but unfortunately, it arrived with a severely knotted chain. The listing claimed it was [redacted] sterling silver, yet neither the chain nor pendant is stamped as indicated. After reaching out to Wish customer support, I was informed that my account was flagged for abusing the refund policy. Despite requesting a refund around four times, including once for a non-delivery, customer support refuses to assist me further until my account is viewed in a positive light. Rather frustratingly, they suggested I continue shopping with them to rectify the situation. I strongly feel that a refund is warranted for the faulty purchase, along with a fair amount of Wish Cash as a gesture of goodwill for the poor service encountered.

The company has made errors with my orders. Items were canceled without my permission because my children played with my phone. Some items are delayed, causing stress, and I was in the hospital. I placed an order on February 3rd, and I've been checking the tracking daily. However, the order was last updated on March 7th, [redacted]. It is now March 17th, and even though it arrived in the United States on the 7th (10 days ago), I still haven't received it. Customer support is automated and offers the same unhelpful information repeatedly, which is frustrating. Despite liking the products and prices, the customer service experience is discouraging. Some items were not received, and I couldn't find where to request a refund. Other items show a delay in delivery without any option to contact Wish. This situation is extremely frustrating. 😤
